Came into the store and waited patiently.The stylist started to speak to me in Spanish only.I asked if she could speak English to me.She glanced me over and then in a resentful manner said “I speak English” and told me to sit and wait.This stylist was so rude for no good reason. I walked up and left.I can’t comment on the haircut but I can comment on the customer service and it is terrible. Won’t be back here.Unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish but I’ve never been made to feel bad because of it except for this place.

Ended up not getting service here because when I went to check in and let the person know I had checked in online she was rude, so I left. I went right next door to the salon and they squeezed me and my daughter in for a quick cut.

They are good but, when you have a client in the salon you need others need to focus on bussiness.always on phones

They really do not have this together. Felt really bad for the one staff member who had to answer cut hair and deal with walk-in customers store is a trip hazard with all of the mats that are not being used because they only have one staff person on dutycharged for Supercuts to haircut which is supposed to be a big deal but just ended up being a regular shampoo and cut technically and acceptable cut but in retrospect not worth the money

The gave me the worst haircut of my life. I should have left when my stylist told the person behind me that it would be a 10 minute wait. So they were giving me 10 minutes. I told her to take some off the top and just trim the back and sides. Well she cut the back and sides short and left the top long. I had to go to another place today just to clean up the disaster.

My hair cutter was definitely experienced. She also gave me a Senior Citizens Discount which was much appreciated being on a fixed income. Would have given five star but I did not get the hot towel. Well definitely go back.

Aleyda is the best! The shop is very clean and safe. The shop has all the partitions, distancing items and practices needed to protect us customers from Covid.

Im sure there are a million excuses to be late for work. But after waiting 25 minutes after opening and still no one shows up I leave. Not coming here again.

Don’t bother making an apt online, I did it and also called to confirm. Once. I got there they didn’t honor it. They said first come first serve.

Depends on who your stylist is. Nancy always takes her time and does good work. OTH, Ive had very mediocre haircut that took probably 5 minutes.

I went to this place a couple days ago, I wanted to try a new look but the lady didnt know how to make a short haircut, no experience, not coming back again!

I always come out happy with my hair cut, and the stylist is soooooo nice.

I waited 20 minutes for the stylist to finish up with a previous customer. Finally, as she was being rung up, some guy walks in and the stylist says he was here before you. Why didnt you tell me this before I waited 20 minutes??? Never going again to this rude staff. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Just absolutely terrible. You tell them a design and they do whatever they want. They don’t even know the basics to styling hair. I one asked for a natural dry hair looked which was kind of like an undercut. She ended up cutting my hair a lot shorter then wanted AND put gel. It looked NOTHING like the picture.Not to mention, every time another family member of mine tries this place they always mess up her hair. She asked for brown highlights and they gave her blonde. (it was kinda like the Rachel look) overall, terrible.

They overcharged clients.
