I’m so happy to find this place. I’ve been struggling styling / finding the right product for my wavy hair. Mosella was so nice and took time to answer all my questions. She recommended the right product for my hair. The haircut was just what I wanted. Now it’s super easy for me to style my wavy hair. The salon is very clean and the receptionist is friendly and welcoming.

Stylist Jennifer is awesome! She immediately from the start new exactly what color of partial highlights were needed, gave me an amazing haircut which would compliment ME with a lovely blowout! She is one of the best hairstylists I have ever had. Very experienced and knowledgeable and a natural at her job. Ask for Jennifer ! Love the salon & all their employees are up to par. I had my hair color and treated with Haley V. with different shades of red (light red in the front pieces and dark red everywhere else) She is amazing!! Wow!! Just wow! I’ve gone to Frenzy Salon twice now, both times with Jacky (the best). First time I went she gave me a much needed haircut and blow dry. My hair looks beautiful. She recommended products, which have helped me significantly. Second time I went she fixed my balayage (done at a different salon). She evened it out and also added baby highlights in some areas as needed. I am so happy with my hair! I’ve received a ton of compliments on the color and I really love it. The salon is clean and nice. Everyone is friendly. Their services are very well priced and the location is fantastic. Needless to say, I strongly recommend Jacky and Frenzy salon. :)

I visited this salon last week on Sat March 20 2021. The facility is beautifully decorated with clean environment and proper lighting. The reason I m giving them 2 stars is because the coloring didnt turned out as I was expecting it to be. I made it clear to my hair stylist before she started that I want big chunks of highlights in darker shade. What the result came out is scattered light toned highlights. I waited the whole week for the color to settle down but the results are the same.I hope they can offer a re do service.I Paid $130 for this whole service and not satisfied with the results. Otherwise I like the salon.They look professional and honest. The location is also conveniently located in Pembroke Pines.

I was an old customer with Mike in Frenzy salon and was always very happy with the quality of salon . I started doing my hair with Jennifer as far as I know she is good too but this time I tried a partial balayage with her and almost three inches of my hair ends are burnt as if I am touching a broom . I am very upset about it and the balayage looks like an hair ombre to me . I have long hair and very soft now they feel like broom ends . I can’t cut them short as I will have to loose at least 4 inches to make them look normal and they are breaking as hell in each hair brush stroke . I feel really bad as I trusted the salon so much that they could use cheap quality pre lightener.

This is an amazing salon! I was helped in a timely manner and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My hair stylist Haley, gave me exactly what I asked for and more. I thought I was getting my pink and blue hair touched up but instead she gave me these beautiful galaxy like colors in my hair. I AM IN LOVE!!!! I would definitely recommend getting your hair dyed with Haley cause she will do an amazing job! I will be definitely be getting my hair redone with her again.

I am absolutely in love with my hair today. Ive always wanted to do a silver gray hair. This is only my first session and I love it. I will definitely go back again in August or September and bring my boyfriend there to dye his hair too. They were absolute sweetheart and everyone there made me feel so warm and welcomed. I am so glad I found this place and decide to pay a higher price for the service I received. I did pay $570 for this hair but it includes bleach and tone, haircut and blowout. I would 100% recommend this place to my friends.

Would NOT recommend going here! I went in for a simple haircut at this salon, my hair was down to my waistline and I came out with my hair cut over my shoulders. This salon claims to be professional yet gave me a haircut I never asked for. It was not even CLOSE to what I asked for. I called the owners of the salon to inform them and was offered to come in for another hair cut even though I literally have barely any hair left to cut. What a terrible experience.

I walked in this salon with the hopes of getting a haircut I wanted since they look like a nice place. However, that was not the case. The stylist messed up on my hair. I told her to give me long bangs instead she gave me fringes that are super uneven and look so bad that i cant even get it fixed. How do you have someone working there that doesnt even know how to cut hair properly. It is so bizarre to me. I have to wait for them to grow back so if you are looking to get a haircut here think again.

My son and I been getting our hair cut with Mike for years. He is a true expert at cutting men’s hair. We always leave the salon satisfied. Diane up front is always friendly and very accommodating with appointments. She always goes out of her way to get to know the salon’s clients. They really do a great job of making you feel comfortable at Frenzy Salon.

Mike has been coloring and cutting my hair for years and Ive never had a bad experience. Coloring my hair red was always a challenge. Before Mike, other salon stylist would use a color that was neon and said it would fade to look natural. Mike paid attention to what I wanted and makes my hair a beautiful natural red every time and gives me a cut that looks professional and sexy at the same time!!

I had a great experience at Frenzy Salon. I asked for a man perm to give my hair some texture and Randi did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair. She was also really good to work with as far as deciding what I wanted to do to my hair and how she could make it happen. I was originally hesitant to do a permanent change on my hair however, it turned out really good. Thanks again!

Hair Frenzy is great. Professional, organized, and very friendly. My first time I was there, a new customer, and when I called, they were able to fit me in. Even after 4 1/2 years, sometimes I forget to make an appointment, and they always fit me in. Definitely recommend the salon for anyone looking for a great new place to try.

Very disappointing experience. Took my son there with a picture as a reference to change his look hoping that a professional stylist can work with us. Unfortunately the stylist just wanted to make the haircut like the picture and argue about the changes we suggested. The stylist, complained about the things we thought needed to get fixed to compliment my sons look. She kept saying thats not what the picture looked like. Of course, the picture is a reference, my son is his own person and the actor of the picture is a totally different person. A professional stylist would have worked with us to get the look we wanted to get. I would not recommend going to this place to get a haircut or even a new style. For the price we were charged, it was totally not worth it.

I have been going to Hair Frenzy for around 3 years now. Everyone there is so friendly and welcome you by name as you come in the door. I have been very pleased with my cuts and color by Mike and Mosella, and would highly recommended this salon to everyone.

When you are told one of their stylist is an expert at something, take it with a grain of salt. The owner comes across as passive aggressive, I guess this place is a hit or miss. If you decide to visit them, make sure your stylist takes the time to show you a color sample of color they are going to give you. They are not all experts at hair coloring!

Love, love love this place. I am always very hesitant to change hairdressers but I have a black tie event the month of July and all of my past salons were not able to get me in. So upon checking reviews here I called and explained to Diane (front desk) more or less what I wanted and the fact that my hair Was very thin .. not lacking but baby fine, she immediately without hesitation suggested Eli... so I booked .. I was there yesterday . And long story short I have never been happier with my hair so needless to say I will be returning. Do not hesitate . This salon is beautiful and Eli is fabulous

This was the worst hair experience i ever had. They booked me for a 4 pm appointment for highlightsI explained to hair stilyst what i wanted and that i didnt want red color in my hair. 2.5 hrs later she decided she needed to prioritize going out for Halloween rather than drying my hair and making sure I was happy with the product. 165 dollars later and a wet pony tail out of the door my hair is red . I cant believe they stay open for business. Do yourself a favor and run the opposite direction!

Really appreciated my first visit. Ninia was very nice and did a great job to fix my blond hair. Place was clean, staff very polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back and recommend it.

NOT WORTH $65 hair cut........waiting for it to grow so i can go somewhere else.The place is VERY bling-bling, but customer service, lacks off.......mostly with the receptionist..... Somewhat aggressive and apathetic.

They will probably follow this review with a fake positive review. Like others, I had a similar experience. I showed the hair dresser my color which was same one on my head, highlights. She was in a rush to leave. My highlights came out orange and my cut not like my picture. It looked horrible. I didnt argue because the damage was already done. I showed her a picture but she did what she felt like doing. Then she proceeded to act all cute as if my color looked great. They charged me $247 for a crappyjob. DONT GO THERE, they will mess up your hair. TERRIBLE WORK AND OVER PRICED. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Front desk is usually nice and friendly- at times they can be very matter- of- fact and a little aloof. I’m always offered a cup of coffee or water that they serve in a nice glass mug/ cup. Yuri is fantastic and works with me in a collaborative manner - very professional and very friendly. I’ve referred many friends to Hair Frenzy. Their discount system is a little bit confusing- if you book in advance, you get a discount, if you refer someone, you get one, but it’s not the same price every time little hard to understand the pricing. Overall a good experience.

Got a partial balayage with a toner and cut/ blow dry done and they did great! Yuri always cuts my hair and killed the coloring! I also had Josephine blow out my hair perfectly and spring it to life! And Melissa was able to get the toner on and on my hair long enough so it wouldnt be yellow! Thank you again Frenzy & Yuri!

The new renovations are great and the staff is phenomenal. From detailed follow up on appointments to an actual men’s barber / stylist in a salon (Fred is the best barber / stylist I have found on 4 continents) you will not be disappointed. Lively environment, great service and ultimately true professionals at their craft you will not be disappointed.

Went to a hair salon because I wanted to grow my hair out and only get a trim. 4 months of work trying to get a longer hair style wasted, my stylist used clippers and chopped a majority of my hair right off. There is a communication issue with some of the stylists - if you decide to go here, beware, make sure they understand and verify multiple times, because I thought I had verified exactly what I wanted, but still got my hair butchered.

Having been a client of Frenzy Salon for about 4 or 5 years and would certainly recommend the salon. From the staff up front when you walk in to all the stylists, they are professional and friendly. I dont do color or highlights, so i cannot attest to those services, ;-), but my haircut is always spot on. Shout outs to Diane and Mike. Mosella and Fred, you have a great staff.

I decided to treat myself to a Valentine hair do so I chose Hair Frenzy Salon & Spa. From the moment I walked in I felt such a friendly vibe. The staff was very nice and warm. My stylist Mike is so wonderful he did exactly what I wanted. This place actually cares about the health of your hair and they also provide other services conveniently in such a beautiful atmosphere. My total experience is A+. My only regret is that I didnt find this place sooner!

Im not one to review places but I felt misled by the reviews I read here. The very first time I went here, I had an okay experience with partial balayage and a trim but the cost is crazy expensive. My next visits got worse. I pre-booked my next appointment and they tell you you get a 10% discount, but when they forgot to apply it, there was nothing they could do except note it for next time. I got bangs chopped into my hair I did not ask for. Ive been trying to grow my hair to one length, all I wanted was a trim and without asking she chopped 10 inches off the front of my face and gave me bangs. I left the salon in tears. My next appointment with someone else left me with crazy yellow hair, not the blonde I wanted and I had to buy a toner to fix it at home. For the price I pay, Ive left there very unsatisfied. Maybe its a better salon for brunettes that speak spanish.

My hair is always beautiful when I walk out of the salon. My nail tech is Cindy. She is artistic, creative, and always willing to try new nail designs. Jenny and Cindy are my tag team. Christine/Cristine (sorry if I misspelled) was my stylist and she was AMAZING! her energy/vibe was just right and I believe in peoples energy - specially when it comes to handling hair/cutting hair because their energy goes via their hands and how much they care for their work. My hair has felt full and awesome ever since I got my haircut from her and she was supper attentive and asking me how I was doing while she was cutting my hair to make sure I was ok - she was very caring! Ive never had a hairstylist ask me if I was ok. I loved my experience and I am definitely going back! the energy was just right and our chemistry was just right as hairstylist/client! Thanks again!

I ended up at this salon because it was one if the only was that was open on a Monday and had a stylist available right away. I got a balayage and a hair cut, was quoted for $230, ended up paying $288... didnt argue because I just wanted to get out of there because I had a bad headache. I had showed the stylist a picture of that I wanted and even though I got a toner for my hair ($40) my hair still looks orange. Very disappointed after paying all that money.

Dont purchase gift cards here. I purchased one for my cousin. She received poor service in trying to get an appointment. After months of trying she didnt get one, and said that they were very unhelpful. I tried to return my gift card and guess what they said? Thats right, they took $45 of my hard earned money, provided no service for it whatsoever, and wouldnt refund me my money. Like I said, dont buy gift cards here.

This was my first time coming here. Walking in, it has a nice decor and they play great music. My stylist was Chalis and she was super nice. Made suggestions but wasnt pushy. I would have to say that the girl at the front desk seem disorganized and confused. Maybe she was new. There was a gentleman at the front with her but he didnt really say much other than what to charge me for and to fill out paperwork. Front desk needs some work but the stylist staff seem great.

I use this place for the past 2 years. I used to love this place. Hairstylists are wonderful. Mike and Elizabeth are the best hairstylists ever. Diane at the front desk is always helpful and matches you to the best stylist according to your needs. She is professional and pleasant. However I encountered the problem during the last 2 or 3 visits. The girls that washed my hair last few times were horrible. They never check water temperature and last 2 times used ice cold water even after I told about it. They don’t massage but just pull hair during the wash. Last visit she scraped my ear with her long nail... I feel they either very new and have no idea of how to do the job or just careless. Second Front desk (I believe Rene) is just rude and has bad attitude. She was bad on a phone and in person. I drive 20 miles to your salon and I came early and knew about it and did not expect or asked the to be seen before my appointment. There is no need to be all agry that I came early. And since it’s 100 degree outside you may offer water too.

Elizabeth is very professional, she does a great job, I will give her 5 stars, I had to give them one star because of the owner, she was very rude with my sister, someone did her highlights at the salon and it was not good she had to come back to asked them to please fix her hair and she was so rude with my sister and said that she had to pay again. No happy about she treated my sister, since then I stopped going there, sorry Elizabeth but you are a Great stylist 👍

It’s a beautiful place, but the attention is not where you feel pleased. Also I went looking for salon and salón and i felt that this was going to make an awesome job. I trust it but I regret it so bad because the first person that did my highlights was called Mike horrendous highlights crooked, brassy, gold. I even asked a famous one that fixes famous girls that they have done a bad job, that is not true that if you have a light brown color it won’t get lighter. You need to leave it longer. He just did 1hour . Then they decided to fix it I am was excited because I felt that I was going to be helped better and be beautiful. And her treat was very dry and in a hurry and now I now look like the wife of Donald trump. That’s my comments of my hair. When I never had gotten a problem on my hair, done my highlights since I was 15. And never 20 mins will lighten the highlights you need to leave it longer. When I go to my lady she does take her time, fill all my hair, takes 3 hours and beautiful job I will send pics. I lost money, and i can’t even have my hair down always in a ponytail. Just very sad
