They dont answer the phone, I have tried many times, different times, or they just leave you hanging on the line forever, or if you ask to speak to someone nobody is available or they send you to an never respond voice mail. However, to renew your policy or make a payment, they contact you to tall the phones (cell phone, home) e-mail, etc. Besides, this when I tried to cancel my policy with them, they wanted to see my new policy from other company... in order to cancel them.... VERY CAREFUL... to sell you a policy everything is fast and friendly, once you are hooked, the service is terrible.Yes, I was a customer at Best One Insurance, 2018, 2019, both policies, car and condominium. And Yes, I contacted many times during business hours about my cancelation, and I was sent to a voice mail (never responded) or hanging on the phone,.

I sent all requirements needed from my land lord to best one insurance to set up my commercial insurance account. When everything was all set and done, paid for etc my land lord reviewed the policy and said that there was missing items. The main item that we were missing was Commercial auto. We went ahead and sent an example of an accord policy to our agent so she can copy line per line of exactly what I needed and she said that it couldnt be done. I contacted another insurance agency with little to no effort they got what I needed not only a better policy but also added the commercial policy as it was required. So today (1 month later) I receive a refund check from my insurance company of $25 dollars after paying over $400 to start my policy. The reason for my review and frustration is the fact that I sent this company Best one insurance instructions of what I needed so they sell me a policy and have the guts to refund me $25 dollars. if there were not instructions I would understand but this was a lack of competence on their part so I am hoping this doesnt happen to any other business owners out there.
