I had a bad experience with another company and was not getting the help I needed but she went out of her way to assist me and find a policy that I could afford! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff; very professional and always get the job done.

I have had this mediocre provider for way too long unfortunately, but recently Ive had to move around for work and reaching out to this company for anything other than them taking your money is as if youre a disservice to this location and its staff. Not only will they proceed to take payment. Theyre also inclined to to switch your zipcode to areas in florida without telling you ahead of time that theyre supposedly restricted and then send you a non renewal after ALREADY charging you for living in your new zip code. I.e : you cant live here so were gonna cancel your policy but only after we charge you extra for living here on a restricted zip code. Not only does this facility essentially do anything in their favor with little to no professionalism theyre about as illiterate in their own native Spanish language as they are in english. Spend the extra 50 bucks and get a real provider. Its worth it in the long run not dealing with this company and their stress and negligence. God forbid you ever require usage of your insurance that way estrella cant screw you over as well.
