Weve been with Chriss State farm office for years and they are professionals. They are understanding and friendly. They check up on you and they show that they care. I recommend State farm to everyone but most in importantly this office. They truly make a difference!

Zero stars. They dont answer phone calls, voicemail, or email. Stay away!!!

Dropped Citizens for a Chris Campbell State Farm policy with Andres Daravina (agent) on 2/26/20 who then turned around and then dropped me a few months later. Took a Citizens policy with same agency, which was much more expensive, but SF said they could now cover me on 10/21/20 so I switched back. Then in November, I was told they were over exposed in S. FL and I had to go back to Citizens in Jan 2021. I told Andres Id go back to Citizens, but never received new policy notification. Andres told me I had to wait 30 days to get an even a more expensive Citizens policy, so I told him to move forward. Again, didnt receive any paperwork so I call him today and he told me I never said to move forward. Andres not only got my email and other information incorrect, but got rude on the phone with me and hung up on me today. Id stay away from State Farm and this agency since they obviously do not want business in S. FL but also have treated me like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Horrible experience!

I have been with Campbell State Farm since I cant remember. I carry my auto and home policies with them and love the professional service. Truly make you feel like family.

My existing agent retired and i was passed on to Chris Campbell, NEVER once did he or anyone call to let me know of the change or bother to introduce myself. Was traveling this summer and came home to find my homeowners insurance had been cancelled while is was away. Do you think my so called agent even so much as emailed me a warning NO NOTHING, if this is the new state farm they can have them i have NEVER had such POOR service. Definitely dont waste your time here

I just wanted to say that Sheila Allen was quite helpful in giving me several options for my upcoming renewal to meet my needs and was not pushy as I have encountered in the past. Thank you for expertise and kindness, a definite asset to this company.

Great price great service

Just horrible. I called talked to Shelia got a quote on my truck. She was going to call back with my 5th wheel quote. She never called. I called her back she lost my info & never followed through. So we did everything again. Got quote. I called today to make my 1st payment because my policy ends tomorrow. She then tells me State Farm will not cover my truck & cant tell me why. Its a 2017 Ford 350. So, now 1 day left on my policy & I have to try & find someone else. Dont waste your time here like I did.

Horrible customer service!! No one can answer your call when you dial 0. Their staff dont last long. I been with them almost a year and I been through two different agents already. I have multiple cars and policys with them. You would think you will have better customer service from them. I requested to have a call all day today to replace a car and not even rosa, nat or Susie could help. Each of them passes the buck on their task and cant help. Rosa herself tells you shes cant help because she has a client in front of her while I been after them all day long. Definitely changing agent right away. I had to call State Farm myself.
