Service was prompt as prompt could be for the time of day it was...rush hour. About 45 min or so. Courteous driver.
Took my car across town for service and charged $210 when the address on the website shows 10 min away
Called to get help, guy was very unprofessional and hung up in my face.

Electrical fire caused us to have to have our vehicle towed. They said they would give us a reduced rate if they repaired it. They had a full service shop. After they towed the car to their shop they said that they did not want to repair it. They charged $175 for towing to their shop and $175 to tow it to another shop. Total $350 for a tow that wound up being 15 miles from where the electrical short occurred.
Hung up on me twice. SUPER customer service buddy!
