Great service! I called and spoke to Chase over the phone and he was very helpful and polite. The communication was great throughout the whole process. He was scheduled to come at 9am Saturday and called me to say he was running early! Dont hear that often at all especially from tow services. Once he got here we quickly found out that my from drum breaks had froze up. Chase said no problem and quickly came up with a solution. 20 minutes later my 1954 Bel Air has arrived at its new location. Chase was super helpful and made it look easy getting my car straight into the garage from the flatbed. Cant say enough nice things about this company and Chase. Appreciate yall and thank you for transporting my dream car safety to its new home. I definitely recommend you give them a call for any of your classic car transport needs ask for Chase. Also, the price was great I didnt even flinch at the price that he quoted me.

Hand down the BEST, FASTEST and MOST PROFESSIONAL towing company in Pearland!!! My car needed to get to a mechanic shop near downtown, I made arrangements with another towing company and they never showed up. I called and spoke to Chase, explained my situation and in 20 minutes he had arrived to tow the car. I followed behind Chase to speak to the mechanics and he did an amazing job in making sure I didn’t loose him on the road. He came out late at night when most people wouldnt and unlocked my car in which I locked my keys in and he helped unlock my car and towed it to my house when it wouldnt start. Best prices, best people, quality service. Randee is the way to go if there is any way to go.

My sons car got impounded. i was expecting an unpleasant experience in retrieving it. surprisingly, the person that i dealt with, chad, was very helpful and understanding. he answered all of my questions and gave me a breakdown of the charges. i didnt feel like i was taken advantage of. i would recommend them.

Best part of my day..... when the tow truck arrived fast and on time! So happy to have been rescued but they went above and beyond! The quote was cheaper, arrive time sooner but then driver actually saved me more money. The first company I had the unnecessary pleasure (or lack of) of making arrangements with ....never called, never showed, and tried to take advantage of an already bad situation by insisting I had to have a certain (more expensive) tow truck that I DiD NOT need. Then the lady at Randees even aided me with information on getting a reimbursement from AARP long after there job was done. I could not be more pleased with such an unexpected inconvenience.
