Good service from the sales person. Seemed pretty knowledgeable on salt water pools. Their prices on parts are high due to lack of competition.

Just returned from this location with my water analysis. Decided to start taking care of my own pool. Luke was very helpful in assisting me. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you Luke for putting me on the right track. Ill be back.

Excellent customer service

Good place with a small inventory so you may be sent down the street to the larger store. This store has good customer service and due to traffic patterns it’s definitely easier to get to.

Employee was rude, unhelpful, ignored customers in the store while on the phone. Waste if time to go here.

I actually havent been here. I went to the leslies across 518, and accidentally rated this one, not knowing there were 2 locations so close. Id go to this location, however, as the other location has horrid customer service.
