Ive been dealing with New Sound for around ten years, service has always been excellent and never a problem. The staff is well educated, and has always taken care of any situation Ive had, to my utmost satisfaction. Im very happy with my hearing aids, far superior to others Ive had.

In late SEP my right ear stopped working. They got it fixed very timely and at no charge. This group still remains my top vendor (That is not just for ears it includes and the businesses and contractors that I use. They are the best customer focus of anyone.)Elaine & Nassim continue with outstanding service. I was schedule for a routine cleaning. The day before this appointment I lost one of my hearing aids. I walked into the office on the scheduled appointment. They immediately started the process of replacing the hearing aid. They gave me a loaner. This means I can continue to have hearing assistance while the permanent hearing aids arrive.Besides outstanding service they do it with a friendly atmosphere which makes everything a bit nicer.5 stars is not enough

New Sound has been providing my hearing aids for several years now. Kristi is very helpful in fitting the right pair and if you have an issue, trying to resolve it right away. I depend on my hearing aids daily and its wonderful to know I have New Sound in the neighborhood when for even after the purchase. Thank you for the terrific service and friendship.

They were extremely friendly and professional. The woman in charge of the test was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was made to feel very comfortable there.After the hearing test was over she showed me my results. I would recommend them for anyone looking to get their hearing tested.

Receptionist was very pretty professional. She was also kind and proceeded to assit. This was probably the best eye exam I’ve had. The Dr took his time to example what the exam required him to do. He explained every procedure. He also let me see the inside my rear so I would have a good idea what he was talking about. Give him a high five ✋ and if I could update I would give him a raise.

I broke my hearing aid charger. I called the office, and explained my problem. I was put on a brief hold after which I was told my charger was still under warranty. I was asked to bring in my charger so they could offer me a loaner while mine was being fixed. When I arrived the loaner was waiting for me and a very charming woman behind the front desk said she would call when mine was repaired. Now that is Customer Service.

Kay was extremely helpful in explaining every part of the examination and hearing test. There were no questions unanswered, and she was a great sport about my 4-year-old, who had to tag along, asking plenty of questions of her own. There was no sales pitch or pressure to buy hearing devices, and she was very straightforward about pricing. It was an excellent experience, and Id recommend them to anyone!

When I walked and the receptionist was very helpful the place is very clean and the other people that work there the doctor was very helpful very polite patient with the questions that I have for her I enjoy being there it was a nice place they helped me understand some things about my hearing that I didnt know very helpful polite people.

I visited the location on Hwy 6 in Sugar Land and Mrs Latoya Martin received me very well and was very helpful and professional. She spent plenty of time going through the explanation of the hearing aids maintenance, usage, and support. She provided full cleaning job to the hearing aids and scheduled another appointment in two weeks to ensure I am satisfied and understand all she explained.In contrary to the technician in Katy office, Jarrod Freeland, who did a very lousy job in not providing the proper explanation and support and did not spend the required time for me as a fist time user. Mr Freeland should be questioned if he does a poor job with all customers as he gives a bad name to the company.Finally, I confirm that Mrs Martin did an excellent job. Thank you

I was completely overwhelmed at figuring out the process for obtaining hearing aids.. The staff at NewSound Hearing Center in Pearland patiently walked me through the process, explaining in detail each step. They are knowledgeable, friendly and Im always assured that I can reach out to them with any questions or concerns.

NewSound Hearing Center in Rosenberg is the best place to go for hearing aides.they test your hearing and set you up with the hearing aides that work best for you. Then they take care of you with appointments every three months to check your ears and adjust your aids as needed also clean and fix any problems your having with them They are the greatest. So if you are having trouble hearing this is the place to go.

The work staff (Jamie) is extremely nice and helpful, even when I was going in for my very first appointment and unsure of having hearing issues. Gloria is straight to the point and is amazing at what she does. They will both answer any questions of uncertainty and will guide you in the right direction. All in all, very knowledgeable team and I would recommend this clinic to anyone, whether youre unsure of having hearing issues or if you need new and affordable aids.

I will update if they resolve the problem.Gloria and her staff are great but the factory had a hard time fitting the invisible in the ear styles. After many tries, and slow turn around they never could get it right. It took a while but with the help of her corp office Gloria was able to order from a different source and they fit fine.

Gloria esquivel and receptionist were excellent the moment I entered, very friendly. Gloria was so attentive and very knowledgeable, she deserves a raise. She is very professional and took time to explain everything. I upgraded my hearing add. But dont go to Webster location, Christy and receptionist are very unfriendly and kind of rude. They pushed me out, So they lost the sale.

Gloria is very knowledgeable and has been able to help me with every situation concerning the operation of my hearing aids. I am not 100% satisfied with my hearing aids. I still miss a lot. Maybe its my ears.
