We have always had such a good experience with Letty and Todd. She always does anything she can do to assist, the wait is never long, and the office is always so competent and professional.

This office is great!!! From the time the door was opened, Letty was friendly and very helpful.... everything done and said with a genuine smile. Todd entered and greeted us just the same. We felt comfortable and well taken care of. I will refer this office to anyone who need the service.

Very good experience. Tod knows all about hearing and hearing problems. It was a thorough test and he explained everything so well. Found out I was in the normal range but I will come back next year to check again. I would recommend getting your hearing checked.

Not only do the folks at this office provide excellent service for my husbands hearing aids, today the office manager Diane came to our rescue. We had a dead battery on our car and she came out and hooked up her jumper cables and we were back in business. Excellent customer service by the entire staff at all times.

Im currently having a hard time hearing due to my work field and not wearing ear protection. I called in to ask some questions about what options I have to address it and was helped by Letty she was super helpful.

Miracle Ear is the best by far. I have tried other brands and was never satisfied with the unnatural sound. When I got Miracle Ear hearing aids I was surprised and happy that the sound was natural. I quickly forgot that I was wearing hearing aids.

Great customer service and experience. I have been going to this Miracle-Ear location for many years and continue to love my hearing aids.

The staff is very nice however I was sold an expensive hearing aid thathad little chance of actually helping me. Elizabeth told me my weak ear would need to “learn” how to hear which after going to another miracle ear was told is BS. I was supposed to have four years interest free financing. Just found out it is interest free for two years and if you don’t pay it off during the first two it is very expensive. I am sure the product helps some but in my case I would not recommend them just because I feel like I was lied to in order to get a sale. I would try a cheaper alternative first.

Miracle Ear offers outstanding customer service. The employees at this particular location did all they can, relentlessly trying to find a way to get my grandpa some great quality hearing aids. Elizabeth and Vanessa treat their patients with sincerity, respect and comfort. They treated my family member as if he was their family and made sure he received the best care and explained the entire process of what it took to obtain hearing aids. I’ve waited to write this review because as a long term experienced hearing aid user I know it can be scary and frustrating when looking into purchasing hearing aids. To me miracle ear has always come across as a sales company but that could not be further from the truth. Elizabeth and Vanessa are both very friendly and helpful when it comes to the process of wearing hearing aids. Elizabeth never made me feel pressured to buy hearing aids and quickly helped me with my hearing needs. During my trial period I saw Elizabeth weekly and she was able to address all of my issues. I am truly impressed with the service I have received from miracle ear. I have never been treated with such kindness. The girls at this location have become my friends, thank you thank you!

I’m not sure if it was because they were going to close in 30min and she was pregnant but the doctor didn’t seem knowledgeable at all. I’ve had a progressive hearing loss since a child with two ear surgery’s, always heard an astonished blank when a doc would look in my ear because they’re that bad. Long story short, I at first believed her it was just wax when she told me because of the desire to always have normal hearing, she refused to do a hearing test and the service is not personable. Worst place ever when you get the courage to finally go the route of hearing aids

I had promised my wife that I would get my ears checked but didnt have any intention of following-thru after the test. But, Yahaira changed my mind. She was very professional, honest and extremely helpful and I couldnt resist hearing what she had to say and recommend. After I tried the sample set, I could actually hear more of what she had to say!!! I was immediately convinced and I am now into my 3rd week of a new world.
