Poorest service ever! My husband left his hearing aid to be checked out about 2weeks ago and was told he would hear back in 1or2 days. To date he has not heard from them and they are not even answering their phones! Not only is The quality of the hearing aids poor but there service is as well. Think twice before you commit to spending a lot of money on Beltone hearing aids.

Need to get someone that knows how to work on and adjust or minor repairs to hearing aids.

Solid service. Knowledgeable staff. Since we now practice social distancing, we dont see a smile. However.... you cant miss their smiling eyes.
