Ive worked out at this location 4-5 times a week for almost 12 years now. The service is impeccable and the staff are extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. Im very particular when it comes to cleanliness and this location never misses the mark, so much so that I felt very comfortable working out- even during COVID. The staff are continuously cleaning and sanitizing which is great. I also love the contactless check-in which adds to the level of comfort I have when visiting the club. Over the last year or so I have noticed a lot of positive changes around the club which I fully attribute to the manager (Rob) and the new staff that he recruited. Rob is amazing and hands on and I can tell that he truly cares about the club, his employees, and the gym members. Since Rob became the manager I have never seen a machine that is out of commission for more than a couple days which is very rare compared to many other clubs that I have visited. There are far too many other positive changes to list but I definitely recommend this club!

I had a prepaid 2 year membership -- I thought the gym was decent while I was there. Then COVID happened, they closed down, then they went bankrupt and in all effects, stole the money and told their members to pound sand. Their settlement offered for taking your money was to offer a $30 or $60 gift card to their own gym. Oh yeah... and you have to buy a new membership. Because apparently F U... Thanks guys. Fantastic.Find somewhere more reputable.

This gym has everything you want and more! It’s 24/7 and it’s never crowded. It has great sets of equipment, is very clean, and the people who work here are so nice and always willing to help! Definitely found my home away from home. I love it here!

Pearland 24 Hr is very clean and well maintained. Love having the wet clothes bags available. Staff is very friendly.

Staff do not greet the members when they walk in. They are too busy playing with their phones. They dont even look up to acknowledge you. Example, today, 8/7/21 @ 430pm, 2 staff 1 lady, 1 male, both on their phones and i checked in using my phone, passed by both of them, not a hi or hello. This is not a 1 time thing, this is all the time, the club is dirty, and sanitizers are almost emoty. Equipment are scattered in the training room. Int

This gym has everything I need for my strength training needs. It’s always super clean and even when it’s “busy” it never feels crowded. A near perfect gym in my opinion!

I was under the impression that this gym was 24 hours based off the name because I get off late and want to be able to work out afterwards so I’m ready to cancel

First gym i have ever signed up for. Very friendly staff! I am non binary so i often cross dress to workout and everyone in this gym is super friendly and respectful. They clean their equipment and replace any that are broken. Amazing place to start out! :)

Nice Gym. You have many options: weights, machines, cardio, basketball, tennis, swimming pool (indoor or outdoor), etc. It is expensive though. Also they do close early now after COVID. I think they should go back to close at midnight. It gets really crowded at times.

Thomas the assistant manager at the store refused to let me in when i had a free pass. It clearly states on there that if you have not been a member for 6 month you can use the 3 day pass. They refused to let me in, instead pressured for me to buy a membership at a gym i never been to. I was a 24 hour fitness member for 4 years. I havent had a membership at 24 hour in 2 years. I wanted to get back in the gym and start working out again. Would not recommend. I drove 25min just to comet to location, was turned away. I would much rather take my business elsewhere.

I feel safe coming here to workout because of how much theyre doing to keep us safe. They sanitize the whole gym and equipment multiple times a day starting at 5 am to 9 pm. Thats above and beyond. No other gym is doing this in my area. 24 is the standard.

First time working out at this location. I like the cleaniness and not so crowded atmosphere of this location.

There were at least 30 people at the gym. Only three wore masks. Folks were not social distancing at all. The front desk employee as well as two trainers didnt have masks on. This was disappointing, especially with the number of COVID cases going up. I have gotten the flu twice from this location in the past, so Im extra vigilant with cleaning. I was there on Saturday and there were less people but everyone was being safe. I guess Im going to have to stay home until this pandemic is over.

So happy to see the club open back, and see many old faces again. The club is not crowded after closing for coronavirus but Id like to see them extend hours in a few days/weeks. Some of like to work out late in the night when the place is almost empty.

I have to update my previous post, because they deserve it. Previously the lack of instructors and professionalism was truly beyond me, but I can honestly say that they have tremendously improved. The instructors not only show up, but help in correcting you to get the best out of your workout . The facility has been kept up and management has been extremely helpful. Having said that.... Amazing job guys!!! Keep it up👍 I will recommend them to anyone now

Moved to Pearland and being a member of 24 hours for several years; I have not been ever disappointed until now. They said if I want to start using their gym, I will have to upgrade to a super sport package for $15 more a month when I am already paying $35 a month. I told them I want to try the gym first before I make a decision. I did find the gym quite dirty, broken machines, and don’t let me tell you about the bathroom. So I guess I will have to go to another gym in the area. So sad that this 24hr is worse than the Sport. This is definitely not worth as Super Sport. Maybe corporate needs to look into this location to make a better improvement in the gym and staff. Maybe I’ll come back but for now. I am leaving 24.

This is a great 24 hour fitness. I used it when visiting home this summer. It was my daily go to. Its much larger than the ones in Los Angeles and has a nice open feel. They do towel service and the machines are newer and in great condition. I did notice one difference in that most people didnt wipe down their machines after use with the cleaner stations they provide. Thats something that would get you looks in California, but in Texas no one seemed to blink.

I like how I can work out only an hour. Its a blessing from jesus.🙏🏾🥰

Clean but busy around noon

Been coming here for the past couple years only because of they are open 24 hours and it allows for my tough schedule . I pay over $45 a month and compared to my past gyms, this one lacks equipment . I feel like I should be paying $25 like other gyms because basically it is the same as those other ones . The pool only had 3 lanes and usually they are taken . The basketball court is always dirty and dusty and you slide a lot and have to keep cleaning the bottom of your shoe to get some grip since they dust / mop like once a year . Also, they turn off the AC after a specific time so if you work out late, its an oven and beyond horrible in the basketball court . Lastly, I hate their water fountains for being so warm . Youre already hot working out why would you want to drink warm water ?? They have no complain / suggestion box like other gyms do to even let them know .

This gym is just a sport level but they calling it as Super Sport to get some extra money from you. Compared to Sport level gym in Sugarland this gym is probably 60-70% of of its size. Sugarland location has so much space and has 2 floors. And this is just one floor and too compact. Just coz they added one Basketball court, they calling it as Super Sport..nothing else. I have been to both Super Sport and Sport level gym in Glendale, CA and this location is not at all Super Sport and they are just fooling people. Either you upgrade the facilities on par with other super sport locations or just call it as Sports level gym. and charge only for that.

Nov 2017 Update:Since the past review, I wanted to share that the pool has been consistently clean these past few weeks through October and November. We often focus on the negative in these reviews but the every time Ive swum (and I swim 3-4 a week), its been clear and relatively clean in the water. Perhaps some signage on instructing patrons to not wear shoes or clothing into the pool and to rinse off before entering the pool the first time. Thanks for the improvement. 3 starsSept 2017The maintenance is inconsistent and service is an after thought. Youll have exceptional folks in the front desk every once in a while who will troubleshoot, greet you and essentially do their job. Most others are just taking up space. Pool is poorly maintained, always murky and even after a clean, debris is still at the bottom of the pool. There needs to be signage that tells patrons to rinse first before getting into the water. Furthermore, ph of the water is inconsistent. As a competitive swimmer for over a decade, I come out of the water with crunchy hair because its dried out so much after just two or three swims. 2 Stars

We find broken machines all the time. Today we walked in and spent 10 minutes searching for machines that werent broken... 5 machines later!! And they run out of cleaner and paper towels regularly at the cleaning stations, so things get nasty quickly. Half the gym towels provided are yellowing, and now theyre discontinuing that service. For $48.50 per month, Id expect working machines at the very least. We only go here because its so close to home. **But as of May 2019, theres a brand new Planet Fitness opening nearby for less than half the price per month! We are so leaving!

The leaders are fantastic and engaging! And the activities are fast-paced & always fun!

Convenient and has potential to be better if it were cleaner and the equipment was maintained. The group classes are my favorite although I wish there were more cycles. It would also help if there were better timing for the class schedule to accommodate the 9-5pm clients.

A teller by the name of Raven was sweet and understanding. She answered all my questions perfectly. In a 2 minute phone call she convinced me to leave LA fitness and join 24 Firness

Gym is pretty sub par. I’ve been going 3 days a week for 4 months and I have yet to ever see an employee clean the weight area. They never put weights away (not do many members.) They’re out of paper towels regularly. They have had machines broken (a simple broken cable) now for over a month. If they truly wanted them fixed, they could pay someone to hurry and fix it. Their leg press was down for 3+ weeks.The bathrooms aren’t as bad as some other 24’s, but I haven’t showered in one.Like other 24 hour fitness I’ve been to, easily have the possibility to be a 5 star gym, but they clearly don’t care about the members or employees to pick things up a notch. Either their employees have no oversight, or no incentive to take care of the place.

I’ve been to better gyms and to worse ones so overall this one isn’t too bad. There’s a lot of equipment to work with; usually I can do what I came to do without having to work in or stand around waiting.Unfortunately, clutter is a problem with some users not bothering to re-rack weights and leaving towels and empty water bottles lying around.I’m in there 4-5 days per week and haven’t had any problems worth complaining about.

It was an excellent sport club i found in the area. Friendly instructor and wide area. affordable fitness equipment to used and it was warm inside and it was a safety gym i had known in the area. Thank you.

The usual 24 gym old rusty equipment smells like mildew not enough equipment for the volume of people at the location. It seems like 24 does not invest in their locations and charges a premium why go to the sauna when they dot even run the ac it seems like To be honest fitness connection is the better choice more equipment choices with multiples their always clean same level as a super sport only thing missing is a pool for 20 or 21 bucks a month.

So I am resident of Illinois and came to Pearland TX to visit my friend who is member of this gym .My friend offered me to go with him and he was trying to get me guest pass.So manager told us that by they policy guest past allowed only for the same state resident.Well my dear 24 hour fitness gym I am costumer of LA fitness and instead of declining your potential costumer you could offer your experience.I am moving to Austin next month and definitely never choose 24H fitness

There is nothing Super about this Super Sport gym. Its not that big. THEY NEVER FIX THE BROKEN EQUIPMENT!! If its broken it will stay broken, until they decide to remove it, without replacing whatever is broken with something new. They dont do anything to help prevent things from breaking, including making sure those disrespectful, egotistical men stop slamming the weights. If you have to slam weights on a machine, then its too heavy for you to lift. Ive seen 24 hour fitness Active gyms with more equipment than this particular gym. Sure they have a basketball court and a Swimming pool, but so do other 24 hour fitness Sport gyms. They didnt need to add the Super to it. They only call it that to charge more money. It actually feels congested in there. There isnt enough space for everyone to get ripped off instead of getting ripped. They dont have enough equipment. You have to wait in line to use some things. Thats not very Super. Where do they get off on calling this gym a Super Sport gym? Its better to go to a regular Sport gym or an Active gym. The only good thing about this place is the location. Thats it!!

This is the nastiest gym I have ever been to. I was considering continuing my membership but only coming in during times when the gym was cleaner. However the manager Mary and one of her female employees ruined my experience by being rude. First the young woman removed my brother from working out and told me he can’t workout unless he is 12. She didn’t explain any policies so we were under the impression a 12 year old could still workout in my presence. When I moved this young woman interrupted my workout demanding me to get to the front. This was very off putting. If she would have explained there was a sign in for a child and spoke in a pleasant manner I would have no issue. Soon after signing him in Mary, the manager, told me it is policy his parent signs him in. Cool, I called our mom to sign him in. As I am speaking with my mother Mary is yelling at me while I am on the phone. This was off putting as well.There were some account issues that had been occurring. This gym charged me an initiation fee when it was free. Then they charged me an annual fee from someone else’s. When I called in to speak with the Manager I was told they were busy but the person would call me back. I waited three hours, no one called. I called back in. When I asked to speak to the Manager. I was told the Manager does not come into the store; which was a lie. I called corporate and they said the Manager would call me. No one called me to remove this fee.After my initial interaction with the rude employee and rude manager I still decided to keep my membership. As I was explaining the problems that were occurring on my account to the Manager Mary she tells me that I have an attitude and need to fix it. At this point I have experienced a rude employee that was talking to me crazy and a rude manager interrupting my conversation with my mother. Now this manager, who did not correct her employee, begins to make off handed comments to me about having an attitude and how I need to fix it. When she had an attitude and was being rude to a paying customer. I have never encountered a 24 hr fitness that had dirty towels everywhere, nasty bathrooms, steam rooms and saunas or rude employees.I am glad I kept my composure during these rude encounters. However I am canceling my gym membership. I wouldn’t recommend people to use this gym in Pearland.

The staff is always helpful, the hours are obviously great, and the childcare is a huge help as well. People who are reporting bad attitudes from the staff are probably projecting some stank attitudes themselves.

Has everything you need. Came over from a crowded fitness connection with no basketball court. No complaints...if I was being nit-picky Id say that they could do better about keeping the sauna and steam room a bit cleaner, but you cant police everyone who uses them.

Olivia she said her name very dry and unconcerned of any matter you may have at this location. I called to inform her that my car was broken into at the location. Instead of showing some form of concern she goes well were not responsible for anything token off the property. I wasnt asking you to be responsible more less reporting the incident and she follows up and say good luck. Really??? How sarcastic of you to say that in such a tone. The prior manager was alot more sincere but I learned from Olivia shes no longer there.

Was a member and stopped attending after the pool turned green like the Rio Olympics. After I canceled my membership, they waited to cancel until after my credit card was billed again, 3 weeks later! Think twice, especially with all the good gyms in the area!

This gym used to be so nice when it first opened and I was happy when they finally did what they said they were going to and added the sauna/pool and upgraded the whole facility but Im getting really sick and tired and broken/old/rusting equipment. I go to places like fitness connection where I only pay 10 dollars a month an the facility is constantly being updated with new and better equipment and doesnt only have one person in staff late at night (which is extremely unsafe as I have been harassed). Very disappointed with this gym lately.

I said hello to get the front desk girls attention to ask of they had jump rope and she just straight up ignored me. And the other reviews are correct the place is nasty and alot of their equipment is broken. Been coming here for a while but it seems its time to go somewhere else

Not as bad as people say. Sure its a bit seasoned but if working out is what you came to do then it serves its purpose. If you are looking for a weight museum then go elsewhere. Iron is iron. And in a few years those other glitzy spots will be old news. As for personal trainers, none of them will offer a Jill Michaels so do your homework, create a plan, and stick to it!

I bought a pair of training gloves today which was too small, i used my credit card for this purchase and did not get a receipt.I was given the option of getting a receipt or not and denied it because i thought that the credit transaction would be sufficient.The manager refused to exchange the training gloves because i did not have a receipt.The original pair of training gloves is still at the front desk and I basically paid for nothing.This is the worst experience ever,i am canceling my membership and will join another gym that will treat their members better.

The place has improved since my last review significantly. Still room for work but above all a great place to workout. The childcare is great and its Nannies are friendly and kind and fun according to my daughter (7).The pool is disgusting always and sauna and spa just as bad. Machines never work and come on guys its sunny and dry outside (Harvey)and every business is open except the 24 hour gym. Working out helps relieve stress and yet the one location that I look forward to failed to open. Poor management.

I was not satisfied with their services. When I initially signed up they did not explain the membership to me properly. I lost a lot of money behind them and I cant even use the gym. I wouldnt suggest 24 hr fitness to anyone, not even my worst enemy. You guys have poor service and cheat people out of their money.

$29/mth is not bad for a 24/7 fitness gym. Be mindful before you sign up, may be hiden fees. And make sure to be committed since you pay from it.

Equipment is not bad most of the time. Needs a deep cleaning though you can see dust up high. Needs maintenance there is a spot from water damage thats been there months. The amount paid every month is enough to keep it clean and maintained. At times it makes me wish i didnt leave La fitness about the same price and the entire time they are open they have staff cleaning. There is a machine thats been broken for close to a month now.

Came home on summer break from my medical school in Miami. The rude desk attendant refused to let me come in to workout on my brothers guest pass because you have to have a Texas Drivers License. She said it would be $25 for the visit. We have a 24 hour fitness in Miami and I considered switching but definitely NOT anymore. We ended up going to Dynamic Fitness up the street across from the Town Center where Jazmine was really helpful and allowed us to workout. Please avoid this place.

Absolutely worst 24 hr I have ever been to! Nastiest gym ever! Equipment always broken and never fixed! Have reduced hours for childcare! Give you a nasty towel and tell you its a super sport some kind of Shaw club! It should be there lowest gym! They charge you the premium price since they identify as a premium gym but its like Bruce Jenner identifying as Caitlin is as far as it goes as what it says it is. Staff is very rude. Cant say I expect that much for that side of Pearland though!

Came for the first time today and Aaron got me set up quickly! Very nice facility with extensive equipment for weightlifting.

The staff do not even keep it clean. The announcement says time for a team clean and staff just around. Some days its great however Ill come in and and its trashed!! Its like the client is there to serve staff and never mind trying to buy bars or drinks because it takes forever to get service. Its not 24hr fitness thats a joke it this location. A super?! Please. I was going to give it 1 star but Ill give it 3 because its the client that goes there that makes it somewhat okay. The gym manager should reevaluate what she does because at the end of the day you work retail and you shoould put the client first.

Management dont care about the Pearland site. Hotbath tub doesnt work for more than 8 weeks. No towels for a month, place is not clear and no one cares. They are only interested in peoples money!

Group classes is what I use here. And I love the body pump, Body Combat & CX workout. They really push me. The instructors are great!!!

Good choice of equipment, very nice management. Most customers are very friendly, even the ones who seem to spend all their free time at the gym. 2 minor complaints: a bit too warm for me (feels like 78 degrees inside), and crowded day care.

I understand its a gym, but hygiene should play a HUGE part in a human beings every day regimen🙄 IJS. And the ladies restrooms are🤢🤢...Other than that Great!

Nice 24hr... however it gets pretty crowded. I think 1 or 2 more in the area is needed to be honest.

The gym machines are old and they break often.Some of the barbells are bent.The overall cleanliness of the facility is aweful. My brother and I always get acne after using the machines even if we use bleach it wouldnt work. (It makes me wonder is it bleach or water with tiny drops of bleach.)The jacuzzi is dirty you can see feces in the water.The mens locker room / rest room is an embarrassment for all of the locker rooms/ rest rooms that ever excited to gyms. They stink, water faucets break often too! And there are only three showers for men in this facility.The gym is always too warm that I feel Im going to faint while working out. (I guess they dont have an air conditioner, or if they do it has been broken for over a year)The dumbells are always displaced throughout the facility. You will find them in the steam room and pool area.For this club to be considered a super club its a rip off comparing it to this location Windsor Plaza Shopping Center, 5070 Richmond Ave, Houston, TX 77056. The one in Richmond is way bigger and have more machines which are fairly newer. And its not a super club!If things dont turn around Im afraid Im going to cancel my membership and look for another nearby gym.

Awful experience. Was pretty certain I wanted a gym membership here since we just moved to Pearland and this location is 5 minutes from the house. Went in for a tour, was guided by a person with zero personality and experience.I called to discuss pricing and had the person tell me they would call me back after they spoke with their manager. No call back.Called them again to discuss pricing, they said theyd call me back, never did again.Needless to say I will be making a slightly further drive to go to a gym that actually is willing to speak with me

Definitely not worth the extra money to belong to this club. It is no different than a sport club, but cost much more. Save your money and use another location.

The staff here is friendly but the downside to this establishment is that they arent very alert or vigilant of the people coming in. I see many people sneaking into the gym when no one is manning the front so the basketball courts are filled up and the PAYING members dont get to use them. Equipment is constantly out of commission. Just tonight my car was broken into and had stuff stolen from it, I get it that its late so it could be dangerous but its called 24 hr fitness for a reason so logically it should be safe for member to use the gym within those 24 hours since thats what we are paying for. There are only 2 cameras outside for security but are angled towards each other so coverage isnt very good and thats the reason my vehicle was broken into.There is a annual membership maintenance fee of 50 dollars, but the restroom sinks are falling apart, basketball courts are never swept and dusted so its dangerously slippery, there never seems to be a round basketball that actually bounces like one should bounce, and the security system is seriously lacking in purpose or functionality. Im appalled at the overall quality of product that this gym provides especially at the premium we pay for since its a 24 Hr Super Sport. There are plenty of other gyms around this area that will fulfill your expectations of what a premium gym is suppose to be if youre paying a incomparable price for what youre actually getting here.

So disgusting. major pool problems for over a year. even a couple times with chemicals so strong they had to close and drain pool. burning throat, lungs, hair, suits, etc. Trash and mold scattered all over pool tile deck, which has not been cleaned up in at least 2 months. The gym area is about as nasty, and machines always breaking, and never being fixed. we may not have many options in the area but we dont have to put up with this.Were leaving. I will have a pearland rec natatorium -pool membership and a gym membership probably at dynamic or other nearby.The review requires at least one star to post. it doesnt deserve that.

This gym is disgusting. Locker rooms are gross. Imagine learning fitness routines from instructors who arent even fit. Whatever. Management doesnt do anything about the bullying or harassment going on. They have a lot of fitness instructors and their friends bullying and mistreating other members of this gym. Management is aware, but does not respond to complaints about bullying, harassment or sexual harassment occurring. They are aware that certain female instructors and students get harassed by Male gym members and refuse take action. Management blatantly told a student that was being bullied, that they were the problem, even though they were the ones subjected to ignorance. It is wrong. Imagine getting picked on by people who dont even know you, for reasons that you do not understand. It happens at this gym. Go somewhere else.

They discriminate people by not letting them use a foreigner ID. To try the gym 💪 with a 3 day pass. What a disappointment. Absolutely worst 24 hr I have ever been to! Nastiest gym ever!

The staff there in general is attentive and helpful. The towels could use an upgrade as most have stains on them but as a free service Im not terribly picky.The biggest challenge there is the machine maintenance is poor and most of the equipment tvs dont work or screen quality is bad. The cleaning service is really bad and training people to wipe equipment down after working out is spotty at best.The facility needs to be upgraded to show me my monthly fees are contributing to a better asset. Shaq hasnt had ownership for some time now please remove him ... Devil in details.The only advantage is the hours other than that I would consider a different gym that has better equipment with upgraded facility.

Recently transferred to Pearland for work and wanted to get a lunch break workout in and it didn’t happen. I am not one to complain but I was disappointed with the customer service by Toshi, if name was given correctly. I have always been happy with 24 hour located in Midtown and Baytown. Gyms are always clean with friendly staff! Pearland 24 makes 24 hour look bad. I will now be getting a second membership elsewhere for my lunch workouts to avoid this place. Safety also seems like it would have been an issue.

Not that great! Very small. Hard to get a decent workout in.

I like this gym way better than the Meyerland location of course I pay a little more monthly, but its cleaner, I get a free towel, and a free towel every time, and the staff is friendly, also I like the fact that I can always find a treadmill I would walk into the Meyerland location and most of them were out of order or it was packed in there.

Love this place staff is amazing and very helpful dont try and get a bench or a treadmill on a Monday though.

I travel to all of the 24 hour fitness centers in the Houston area. This location is by far one of the best! And one of the newest. The 24 hour in Pflugerville is just as nicer But cleaner. I go to 24 hour at least five days a week for over two years. So I can speak from experience The people complaining about the Pearland 24 hour fitness have no idea what theyre talking about and only like to complain. They just dont realize how good theyve got it there.

Seriously. Please fix the AC. The entire summer this gym has been hot af. Does not matter what time of day you go, it is hot in the morning, afternoon AND evening. It does not matter whether it is crowded or empty with people. This place is consistently hot af. I have asked staff to please turn up the AC and have been meant with the response the fans are on full blast. Talking about the ceiling fans. With as much money as we pay monthly you would expect a decent AC asusten. It wont be until someone has a heat stroke for this to be a real issue. Go to 24 hr in the med center if you want working AC.

I went to this gym for over a year and I always found the gym clean and the staff helpful.

The place is dirty specially in women locker, not enough room or bench for your stuff and only 3 shower rooms, there is always dirty towels on floor or on the equipment’s that people leave behind, the hot tub is nasty and steam room and sauna is not clean at all. Pool also dirty, I get sick when I go there. Some people hold equipment by putting their bottle water, bag, or keys to hold it and they are somewhere else talking to their buddy. They do not clean the equipment, dirty. Dirty as it can get... Sorry I signed up. I dislike it. I pay 43.95 a month that is too much for a dirty place like that. Disappointed 12-23-2015

This location is supposed to be Super and it consistently fails at it. It fails as soon as you walk in and see most of the staff out of dress code. The one good service representative did not mention that upgrading membership you would have to pay an initiation fee again which I did not mind. Then the Customer Service Manager (who was not wearing anything that said 24hr fitness) was rude and could care less about my fitness goals did not even offer personal training. She never greets guests entering or exiting and prefers to hold personal conversations with other employees instead of taking care of her customers needs. You hear the PA system for team members to do a team clean but they never do. Dirty towels are strewn all around the club and weights are never put away let alone organized. When you get ready to make your New Years resolution to make fitness a priority and to loose weight avoid spending time and money at this loccation.

Dirty place got a bad rash from there un sanitary hot tub they let the old people at night enter the hot tub with out showering first. The steam room is always broken it always smells bad in there restrooms. They charge you a annual membership fee of a $100+ without any notice they use to be good when it was shaq fitness.

Cancelled my membership this past year because I was tired of not getting my moneys worth. Sauna or steam room was always down,machines that needed maintenance werent getting it right away,the showers always smelled like sewage through the drain holes and I dont think they ever changed them old nasty ass shower curtains. Taking my money elsewhere.

I would avoid this gym like the plague. I have a 24 hour membership for about 6 years now and Ive been to over a dozen throughout Houston while traveling for work. This is definitely the saddest excuse for a Super Sport. In fact there was nothing indicating it was online or even outside on the signage. I came here for a few weeks early in the morning and always checked in getting an error. There was no front desk person present on the multiple occasions I came. A few times the girl was there but she was too busy on her phone or talking to friends to acknowledge me so I just worked out anyways. Well today I decided to approach her (she seemed annoyed because she was in the middle of a conversation with her girlfriends). I kindly asked why I was getting the error. Long story short she absolutely denied I workout and was adamant I had already had multiple courtesy workouts at the location. That was news to me since Id never even been acknowledged ever at this location lol! Anyways, she said I could either upgrade my membership but wouldnt be able to until a manager or sales person was in OR I could pay 25 dollars for the day. So I left and went to powerhouse gym in Freeport. I understand 24 hour fitness has policies about different level gyms. But this specific location is seriously lacking anything to be considered a Super Sport and doesnt even have it stated anywhere online or at the location. The staff is extremely dismissive and doesnt care. And on top of all that it doesnt pay to be honest and step in to see whats going on. Next time Ill just walk on by again.

Went to try the JAFRICAN FITNESS class to see if i wanted the membership Steve says no Id have to pay $25 for guest pass or first and last month up front. He was like the Super Sport Police trying to get a $1. The other reps were very uptight and aggresive trying to emphasize the super sport from the looks of these other reviews its not worth the money. GO TO FITNESS CONNECTION theres a new huge one coming soon.

Always has equipment for many users and convenience of being open 24 hrs is great. Only reason for knock off star is sometimes towels are not available on entry.

The only reason I go to this gym...is for classes, the equipment, bathroom, showers and the rest of entire club is always dirty. They dont clean the room where they hold the classes in. Just not a clean gym

Generally speaking this places services sucks. They are almost always out of towels, the cleaning supplies are empty and the staff is pretty rude. The equipment is in good condition and generally working.

Great place to get fit as it was my Christmas gift and I love everything about it

This is one of the most poorly managed gyms Ive ever paid $40+ for. I hate to give it 1 star but I really dont think it deserves anything more. Very dirty, always broken equipment, no towels ever available, the staff can be nice but thats the extent of their help, classes are run by people who arent qualified and if they are its sad. Ive been here 2+ years and Im going somewhere elseelse. You should too.

Horrible customer service. Towels look old and filthy. Gym is a mess with weights un-racked and on the floor everywhere. Very small for super sport. Restroom smells like putrid. Lots of machines Temporarily Out of Oder. Save your money and find another gym.

Good, clean and newly equipped. Definitely gets the job done
