I needed a spare piece of framing glass cut-to-size for a smaller frame and took it to McCauley Glass in Pearland. Robert assisted me and kindly offered to immediately cut the glass to size at no cost! I was completely surprised at his generosity and that of McCauley Glass! Out of all the glass companies, Robert was the first one to come out. He was also the one that gave me one of the more competitive prices. As a person, hes very easy to work with - I exchanged texts and calls for a few days leading up to the job and felt very comfortable. Really frustrating experience. I ordered a tempered glass buffet top and when it turned out that it was very delayed due to an outsourced third party (which I had not been told would be doing the work when I placed the original order), I canceled. I was then told that my credit card would not be refunded (shady) and instead Id be cut a check minus the original credit card processing fee. I cant believe a company would inconvenience (and cost) the customer when all the errors were between them and their outsourced vendor. Would not recommend.

Our shower door was old and the latch didn’t work anymore called McCauley they came out the next day and checked it out, we needed new door they measured and ordered our new door, the guy was very professional and friendly as well . McCauley Glass was able to work our repair in within a few hours of calling to replace a broken plate glass residential window. They were quick, courteous, and swept up after working. Their price was very reasonable.

Even for what would be a small job for them, they were at the shop when they said they would be, held onto a part I accidentally left at the shop and they provided great service.

I had a great experience with the team from McCauley Glass. I had 3 showers remodeled and McCauley Glass came out quickly, measured and turned around a fair price within a day. I also had 2 mirrors replaced and those also came out great. One shower/bathtub was changed into a single steam shower. The guys installed the heavy glass to perfection and I have zero complaints. My master bathroom was remodeled in November 2018. McCauley Glass installed the glass shower and mirror in my bathroom.After two weeks of use, I noticed a minor leak between the tile and glass. I notified McCauley Glass and a technician came onsite to repair the leak.In July 2020, I noticed a new leak and notified McCauley Glass. I rarley wirte reviews . But I felt this Business wen way out of there way to make things happen for me in many positive ways . From the get go we had problem with tile that was installed slanted to the outside . If the shower was installed without McCauley Glass checking these things we would have been in Huge trouble with Water damages ect .I would definatley recommend calling them back at any time .Speak to Robert . We had a McCauley Glass replace a shower door on April 2016. At that time, the purchase, installation and service were excellent. The door has held up very well. We recently had some issues with one of the hinges making a creaking noise when opening and closing. I called McCauley Glass to see about replacing the hinge. I was expecting to pay for the change out since the 1 year warranty had expired. They were very understanding and said they would replace the hinge free of charge. The installers called 30 minutes prior to the appointment time and showed up about 15 minutes early. They completed the job in about 10 to 15 minutes and were very professional. I would definitely use them again would highly recommend them to friends and family.

We need glass because someone broke into our home. We seen the business turned around and the guy told us everything except what we needed. Went to lowes and they no longer cut glass. So we googled and called from the top of list and of all things we get a answer and googled the address and it was the exact same place we had just left the same guy with horrible service I went in and well I didnt want to patronize his business my friend said we needed the glass so I made him pay for it 🤪

They made an appointment with me for January 7th at 12:00. I called at 12:30 asking when they would be arriving and he said he would check but he never called back. I called again at 1:30 when he promised he would be there shortly. Now it’s 2:30 and still a no show. I call again when he promises he will be right there and he would call when he got into the neighborhood. Now it’s 3:30 still a no show. I call again when he tells me he will call right back and never does. I call back again at 4:00 after I missed a half day of work waiting on them and he tells me they forgot. I make it clear that there services are no longer needed, then he proceeds to guilt trip me, he then texts me several times to continue with the guilt trip, never once apologizing.Horrible attitude with no regret. The guy I was dealing with was very young and unprofessional. I’m also in the customer service industry and couldn’t ever imagine treating someone like this. I called Binswanger glass and told them what happened. They were there within 30 minutes and will be installing on Friday.And no, you never called me back. Nobody told you to foff. You repeatedly dropped the ball and left me hanging. Your company was responsible for wasting hours of my life and caused a huge inconvenience. All it would have taken was a call to reschedule but you kept Blowing me off. I’ve read several other reviews on your company and it’s obvious that you have some internal issues causing these dilemmas. The worst thing you could do is point the finger at a paying customer instead of excepting your faults.

I am disappointed to write a negative review and I only post reviews when the experience could have been avoided with better customer service. I used McCauley glass to cut mirrors for me before and had no issues with the work so when a mirror inside a frame broke I knew I would go back. Things got messy when I paid upfront and was told I could return within a day or two to get the finished product. The afternoon I had dropped off my frame I get a call that my frame is broken... well the obvious is that I wouldnt pay to replace a mirror in a broken frame and they said they wanted to try to fix the frame and then if the crack was seamless wed move forward cutting a new mirror. The frame couldnt be fixed. So I asked them just to throw the frame away and get a refund. They said they could not issue a refund back onto my card and would get me a refund check and call when it was ready. Ive not waited an entire day with no call and Ive called them twice and had to dispute the charge with my bank in hopes of getting my money back. Youve disappointed me. I wont be back.

I paid a deposit and they were unable to install the glass in my door. I’ve been calling for months to get my money back. They keep saying they will look into it and get back with me. They never do. I’m out the glass and the money. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Don’t let them steal your money.

Needed a rear window replaced quickly. These guy got on it and its good as new. Very responsive and price was reasonable.

If I could give this review a 0 start I would. I spend a month and a half trying to get them to take measurements for a wall mirror. At first they lost my paper work and had to re-measure (twice). They didn’t show up on the first install we scheduled. They didn’t even call to say they couldn’t make it, just a complete no show. Then on the second install they scheduled they found out their measurements were wrong. They left and rescheduled a third time. On the third attempted they were no shows again. At this point I was done and I asked for my money back. It than took three weeks and multiple calls before I finally got my money back.

While I always attempt to shop local, this experience was not a good one. I just needed a mirror cut and they told me they don’t have the right tools to do it and they might get to be one of these days. She told me I should just take my mirror somewhere else. wow. Considering I’m planning to have a lot of glass work in the next six months they lost me forever from a small little mirror cutting job and I brought it to them! Just didn’t seem to care at all. If they have that much business that they don’t need mine, good for them.

McCauley Glass was fantastic when my window was broken by my son throwing a toy school bus into it. I was worried that having a plastic covered window would be a horrible sign for criminals to break in. They fixed it so quickly though, it was just like new! It was fast and economically priced service! A+
