Everyone was very friendly. They do exceptional work. Aaron Lambert did a great job on a chip in my windshield. Would definitely comeback if I have any glass trouble in the future.

Their prices are far too high for no reason. My sister almost paid $800 for glass until I helped scout out a better price. I found the same dimensions elsewhere for only $99! Unbelievable.

Great service. I had my window smashed late in the afternoon one day. They were able to fix my window between other jobs the next day. The window was replaced less than 24 hours after it was smashed.

The sales person and installer are very polite and will answer any questions you may have.

This company was great. They responded the same day to my quote request to replace the glass in two broken windows in my house. The next day the guy called and within 30 minutes was at my house to give me a quote. That was a Friday. On Monday morning the repair guy were here and within less than 90 minutes had finished the job.

Dont go anywhere else! We love this company. They are very responsive and quick, do great work, and leave everything clean/neat afterward. Youd never know we had a broken window (this was a residential window replacement). Prices are also quite reasonable!

Definitely make an appointment for any windshield repair work, as this location is busy. I arrived a little before my appointment, and my work was started earlier than scheduled. The work was done professionally and quickly.

So I just called to get an estimate for a broken window I have in Alvin. The lady was nice put me on hold then gave me an estimate over the phone. Which I thought was great. Then I proceed to tell her that we are getting some estimates and I would be in contact with them to talk further about their estimate. Before I could finish Ava hung upon me. Not professional at all.

Very professional, I showed up early and they started the work early. Originally estimated for two hours the work was done in 1 hours. The guy came out and explained all the future coverage that came with their replacement. I would definitely recommend them.

The worst experience - Ava was extremely rude. I made an appointment to change my windshield and got 20 min late - yes I got there late but they had absolutely no other customers in the entire facility. Ava told me they were busy (?) and could not do the job. It was Friday so I tried to reschedule for Sat of Sunday or Monday - she told me nothing was available. if I wanted to reschedule for Monday I had to pick up the car before 4 pm ( which I couldn’t because I work until 5pm) / so all very complicated and not friendly at all - they lost a customer due to poor customer service.
