Didnt actually get anything done by these people but that was mostly because the guy answering phones was rude and sounded agitated I was even calling. Also refused to give me even a ball park for a windshield chip repair. Maybe hire someone with a little more people skills to answers calls.

Replaced my windshield and replaced my rearview mirror at a good price!

After dealing with the Texas freeze of 2021 all I needed to deal with in addition to busted pipes was a broken windshield. My rear windshield hinges were snapped in two, now I know that having a 2002 GMC that thing are getting old and will be needing replacement. Thats when Mr. Oscar comes into play. Shopping around dealing with people who didnt know about the lift gate on my GMC I didnt feel comfortable with the quotes. I called Drive Safe Auto Glass and Oscar knew exactly what the issue was without even seeing it and the quote was almost too good to be true. I took my vehicle to him before noon and it was done a few hours later. Oscar did a professional job and waisted no time on getting me back on the road. I would recommend Drive Safe Auto Glass and Im happy that he was there.

Had a windshield installed today in my 05 4Runner. There is black glue coming out from the headliner and the side pillar. Its actually smeared on my headliner. The factory foam at the base of the dash board is now all chewed up and doesnt look nice anymore. Its all jagged and cut up and you can see the black glue. It was not like this before.They also lost a plastic trim piece but they promised to order me another one. We shall see. Great price but the fit and finish is sub par. Owner/manager got really upset that I pointed these issues out. Made it seem like they would fix it, but they didnt cause it and I was just being an ass and they were helping me out somehow?? 🤔****Update: Returned this morning to speak with the owner and he has promised to order the lost trim piece, replace the torn up weatherstrip on sides of windshield and replace the foam strip at the base of the dash/windshield. Todays experience went much smoother than last night. Raising to 2 stars. If all goes well I will raise to 3 or 4 stars depending on how it turns out. I appreciate them offering to fix the issues****

The customer service at this place was great and quick.I had my rear window crack and fall apart on me on my way to work one morning and I started calling shops to get quotes and see who could fix it sooner.Carlos and Oscar were able to get me in that same day in the afternoon. They were economical (almost half the price other places quoted me for) as well so I went ahead and had them replace both rear window and windshield.They guaranteed quality and have warranty for as long as I have the car (installation warranty).I have had no issues.They also cleaned most of the pieces of glass from inside of my car from when the window broke.They were very nice!I highly recommend this place.

My wifes car was broken into the front passenger window was cracked pretty bad and the rear passenger side window had been smashed in completely they gave me a quote over $200 dollars cheaper than anyone else and still did a high quality job all in the same day. Hopefully nothing like this happens again but if it does I will definitely come back here.

Called for a quote. Was told Id be called back. They couldnt get a windshield for my van. I guess they never found one cause they never called back. No problem. I got it replaced and wont bother them again.

I called and received a quote and made an appointment the next day. I was warmly greeted and assisted. I was given a ride to/from home while my window was being replaced. I wasn’t even asked for additional money, although I did and was happy to give for the driver.Great experience and I recommend their service.

I would have given this company a 5 Star rating except that they stole a portable speaker from my backseat which I had them return to me. The irony of getting your window repaired from a thief only to have the installer try and steal from you once again the next day. Other than them stealing from me, the service was good, quick and cheap. Just clean your car out before they do and youll be ok!

These guys are very disrespectful. We’re from a business across the street from them. called to get a quote on a windshield repair, Took all the information put me on hold then someone else picked up the phone, I explain to that individual I already gave the information to one of his customer service rep. The person get mad and hang up the phone!! Call them back and he was very disrespectful with profanity and hang the phone up. Extremely horrible customer service in this particular time I’m trying to support the small businesses within the area but it’s proving to be difficult.

Friendly, professional and fast working staff. Took my car there for repairs and got it back in a timely manner. Work done on the car is very good, cant even spot the difference, really good job there. Will definitely recommend this place to others!

I had a windshield replaced. The job has been done fast, for less money than other places quoted, and no problems with quality. They even moved my EazyTag sticker over to the new glass. No leaks or rattling after a few months of driving.

These guys gave us a great price(on two windshields at once). Knocked it out fast and accurately. Windshields look great and leak free the first time. Hopefully you will not need windshield work, but if you do talk to these guys while getting quotes.

These guys went above and beyond in my book. My car broke down while it was there and they helped me start it up to get it to a shop. Apart from that the new window they installed and tint was at a reasonable price. Will be coming back to redo tint on other windows.

I recently had a side mirror replaced on my car here. staff was polite and work was done quickly and it looked good as new. part came in quickly also. I would not hesitate at all to have another repair done here. reasonable prices and quality work if thats what your looking for.

Oscar is phenomenal at what he does. My boyfriend had been visiting DriveSafe Collision and Glass for years, so when I got into a car wreck, the location came highly recommended. I drove all the way from Galleria to Pearland to get there because I trusted their work so much. When I walked in with my boyfriend, Oscar had treated him like a valued customer after several years of not seeing him. He was so amiable to us. The scratches and dents on the bumper and side of my car are completely gone. He did superior work for way less than what Mazda wanted to charge me. Thank you for taking care of me!

Called in friday, went in Saturday around 11am did my 2 passenger side windows with tint and even got me a discount for tint. Good job, professional and friendly environment i would recommend this spot for everyone hands down.

If you are looking to save a substantial amount of money on replacing your windshield than this is definitely the place. I was quoted over $500 dollars at other locations but Drive Safe Auto Glass was able to cut that price in half. In addition to replacing the my winshield they also fixed my loose rear view mirror for free. Truly a top rank organization.

This place was great, I called an hour before to make sure they could fit me in and within two hours from me calling, driving and getting work done, I had a brand new windshield. I was in about a week ago for a cracked driver door window and these guys were my saving grace! Not only were they very reasonably priced, but they were able to see me same day and tint my window! It did take a little longer than expected but hey, perfection takes time and thats exactly what I got!

Ive called made an appointment over the phone for a 2016 impala repair on the passenger door window, was told itll take an hour which was fine, then they tell us itll take awhile until they replace the glass because they didnt have the right size, about 2 hours in the waiting room and visiting the thrift store next door to kill time and they tell us that they thought we told them it was for a 2013 impala. Waste of time,

Worst place to get any services done on your car. I had gone to replace my windshield there as the owner, Oscar V. had offered me a cheap price. I gave him my car and horror followed. The job was done poorly and when I asked to check the work before I payed him, Oscar started cursing and coming on to attack me saying I was a bad customer as I wanted to check my car. His wife watched as the horror went on. I am never going to return here for any services and urge others to not just consider cheap price but the service as well as no body should have to go through such crap after paying! As for Oscar, police charges are going to be filed against him and hell be hearing from my lawyer.

I visited drive safe autoglass 1 wk ago..my vehicle had a leak from the sunroof! I had been referred to Oscar for assistance, he fixed the problem and also fully explained what had occurred. Definitely would recommend this company, and will return for any future work!

Called to make an appointment and they missed the time that is was scheduled for.. then called again after they missed it to reschedule and they missed that appointment .. now they wont answer the phone when I call.. Will not ever do business with them

I brought my car in to get my windshield replaced on a 2008 Nissan Altima. The pricing was by far the most reasonable I had seen from other repair shops. I spoke with Oscar who was very knowledgeable about the repair process and explained the best options to me. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready that evening. My biggest concern was that the car would not retain its OEM cabin features. After driving it for the past couple weeks, there has been no extra road noise, leaks in the seal, or any other issues with the windshield!

Do NOT go to this place. The Manager, Oscar V is insane. He cursed me out because I was upset with the sunroof/ car leak service he provided. He talked about i should bring my F-ing car back and B-this and that! I have NEVER in all my life experienced this. I called Pearland PD to file a verbal assault complaint. Now Im taking him to small claims court. He broke my visor, did NOT repair my leaks and there are glass shards falling from my sunroof. He lies, lies, lies. He has put my family at risk. He told the Pearland PD Officer Mr Blackmon that he told me to Shut up! How is that for customer service????? Be warned. What should have taken a day took two weeks and its am STILL not repaired. This is unbelievable.

After waiting an hour for them to call me back with a price, i brought my car here anyway. They said it would take an hour. 4 hours later, i called to see if it was ready. They said that it was. 2 hours later, Im sitting in their lobby.

I got my car broke into on Sunday the whole right front window was busted tried calling around Monday morning(today) trying to get someone to fit me in same day luckily I found this shop they were able to accommodate me for the exact time I wanted the price was reasonable for a window replacement and tint it took a little under an hour they were able to quote me a price over the phone when I checked out it was the same price no hidden fees great service and friendly staff I will keep this place in mind for future repairs

Had my cracked windshield replaced and assumed it would fix a leak. Well it rained and the leak was still there, I went back just to find out it wasnt leaking from my windshield. Oscar and his team found where the leak was coming from and fixed it. These guys are professional and customer service friendly. Thanks Oscar!

If I could give no stars I would I have had to come back 3 time to have my window fix on my 97 chevy because they could not do there job right the first time. I brought it back they said it take 20 min and I have been in there lobby for 2 hours for a window to be put in and on top of it they are supposed to open at 8 and no one was here until 8:30 this is not right and I will not use them again

Will not be going back to Drive Safe Auto. Went for a driver side window replaced and couple days later my key is not unlocking my door, and my windows come down (both divers side and passengers😑) when I turn the key. Plus, when I call to talk about my issues I get laughed at because I am flustered. Second rate work along with customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.
