Absolutely no attention to details. Waste of time and money. Just excuses for things that could and should have been done with very little time and effort. I do not recommend going to them for detailing. Spots all over the windows and body easily seen on a black vehicle. A rush job and a bad one at that.

I paid 50 dollars for a full complete wash and my car is still dirty. Who does that,you are a CARWASH to keep cars clean. I will never come back here. This is the 3rd time this happened. Wont happen again.

I stopped by today Saturday 7/11, they were busy and I contemplated leaving before they started just because I noticed they looked understaffed. I went against my better judgement and purchased the bluebonnet package for 19.99. The exterior wash was fine however, the inside didn’t even look touched as far as it being wiped down. My car is 2 weeks old so it’s not like it was very dirty on the inside to begin with but with us going out of town I figured I would get it detailed. I posted pictures so you can understand why I will not return nor do I recommend them while they are busy. I’ve been to other car washes during their busy time and still received exceptional service, those other car washes were just very honest about their wait time. Here, once they started running out of parking room when the cats left the wash I watched them rush through cars. The service was thrown out the window and it was just came down to pushing cars through. Definitely not worth 20.00.

This place does a decent job at washing but more importantly they will damage your vehicle. The factory bumper was ripped off and they gave me the run around and never called me back. Cost me about $1,500 to replace rear bumper

I have been going to this place for the last five years. My last 6 visits have been really bad. You ask why I keep going back, it is because prior to this we always got good service. I’ve defended this place long enough and told customers to keep going back in hopes that we will get the service we used to get. Not sure what’s going on but cars take really Long to be complete and when you get your car it’s still dirty. I understand it’s hard to get people to work right now, so I have tried to be really patient with this place and defended them a couple of times. Guess it’s my turn to just say I’m calling it quits at finding a new place.

Went for second time here, the first time I went, I checked under the seat and they missed a whole spot that needed to be vacuumed (they didn’t bother moving up the seats to check underneath). I sent it back that time, this time I didn’t even bother, I’ll just do it MYSELF, if you want your car cleaned like my pictures, go ahead and go here, you can save yourself time and money just doing it yourself and doing a way better job and yes, these pictures are after they finished washing the car and cleaning the inside.

Would not honor teacher discount and apply credit from free 7th wash to more expensive wash. Then did not notify me when car was ready, I had to ask if my car was ready when it had been ready for over 20 minutes, then found key in ignition with car beeping. Unacceptable

I brought my car in after a long road trip and paid $90 for a detail. Among other things, I asked specifically about underneath the car because I got stuck in the mud during the trip. I was told it would be taken care of. The car was very dirty when I brought it in so they did do a fair amount of work but I dont think I got what I paid for. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself if this was a $90 value.

I havent left a review for a business in FOREVER but the service I received here was terrible to say the least. I saw an ad on Groupon for a discounted detail package so I figured Id give it a try. Im SO glad I didnt pay full price. The package I was supposed to receive was a $70 full service wash/wax/interior clean. At BEST all I received was a wash and maybe one or two passes of the vacuum accords my seats. I left and came back so I didnt see if the wax was actually applied but my JEEP was completed in less than 30mins so theres no way they could have hand waxed and buffed my vehicle like they claim to have done. The pictures posted are of my JEEP upon pick up. Youll see exterior dressing smeared and not applied correctly, crumbs dirt and dust left behind, sand in easily accs bile areas. This was by far the worse detail Ive ever received. Ill continue to go to Island Breeze Carwash on Scarsdale.

Have our granddaughters older car and it was dirty inside and out. We dropped it off early for a detail that included shampooing carpet and the seats. When we picked it up later in the afternoon my jaw dropped...WOW...they did an excellent job! Didnt even look like the same car. Very pleased.We take all of our cars here regularly and always happy with the job they do.

I had my vehicle washed a few days ago at Texas Pride Carwash. Again, they left bugs and dirt on the front of my vehicle. This is the second time in a month that this has happened. The service has gotten worse over time. They dont take pride in their work anymore. Time to find another carwash facility.

I paid $130 and waited 2 hours for my truck to still be dirty. Definitely wouldn’t recommend save your money and your time.

Did great on my interior

TP did an excellent job on my truck inside and out. They even got the stains out of my arm rest and center console fabric without me pointing it out. The truck took about an hour and a half but was well worth the time and money. I will be going here again definitely in the future.

Texas Pride did an AWESOME job on my old work truck! From the handwash, clay bar, and buffing out the paint...it looks brand new!! They also cleaned the interior from top to bottom and made it look years newer. Great job folks. A great value and an investment that will pay off for years to come.

This place is awesome! People here are friendly and do an awesome job at cleaning your ride.My car came out cleaner then when I take it to TideWave and spend $20+. Ill be coming and recommending my friends to come here instead.My one complaint is that they cannot give cash at the register, and theres no ATM to get cash out for tips..

Overall I am happy with the job they did. They missed a few spots and never clean the tops of the windows.

Got told that vacuuming my car would cost $160. For $160 I could just buy the shampooer and do it myself and make a business out of it. Couldnt give me definite prices couldnt explain what was getting charged. Honestly just do it yourself at this point

Went for a cleaning and not good service provided. They were nice but I could have done this myself at the 5 dollar car wash. After 2 vacuums it still looks the same

Texas pride car wash is perfect for a standard wash and vacuum ...... but will not recommend polish or wax job....In my opinion employees lack proper training in that area.

I’ve been going to this place for a very very long time and the service and customer service has become extremely horrible starting as you pull up!!!!! Just horrible the Service is very poor!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, incredibly rude manager and workers. They wanted to charge me $25 EXTRA because my small SUV was muddy. Absolutely not, after arguing with the manager for 15 minutes he finally agreed to do it for 10 extra which was fine. When I was walking back in I heard him tell his workers to only do the front inside of the car... this was not what we agreed on. I told him not to worry about the trunk area because it was dirty and I didnt have time to clean it out. I made sure to tell the cashier at the front to make sure to tell him that I did not want the trunk area done but the rest of it needed to be done. At this point the manager walked back in and told me that I told him to only do the front seats, that was not the case. The manager finally gave in and did the front and back seats. After 30 minutes my car comes through the car wash and the workers are all standing around it like something is wrong. They call over the manager and he looks at it and walks off. I still have no idea what they were looking at. When my car was done I told the manager thank you and walked out, he did not smile nor say one word.

I got the everything package which they wash the mats, rugs, seats..etc. Pretty much the entire van. It was like a brand new van when they were done. The price was $170 and they did a great job. They clean out all the kids spill and mess. Highly recommended.

I spent 80 dollars on getting my car cleaned got detailing done. We thought they would do better than they did. I have cloth floor boards and seats and they didnt dry anything and they wanted me to leave my car doors open so I could air dry. I did not spend 80 dollars to have my car air dried. I will NEVER come back here again.

I have a Dodge Journey with third row seat.I spent $45 on the super clean.It’s my fault for not making sure before I left and I spent a little more then and hour there waiting for my car. Not until the next day I go to c the back and they didn’t even touch the back row. I work for Lyft so I got a low star rating cause it was dirty in back. I was so mad I went to vacuum it so I could get back to work.I didn’t take pictures but that’s my fault.I didn’t call the manager because I think it’s too late plus I didn’t get a picture Just hope it don’t happen to any one else. I guess I have to find a new place.

Ive been here a dozen or so times. Great place to get your car cleaned. Usually costs me total about $25-30 depending on the package. Never had any issues at all. Theyre fast and they do a great job. Plenty of seating and free water and soft drinks while you wait.

It took me 50 minutes to get my car wash and vacuumed. Wash is average but wheels where left really dirty. The regular wash doesnt clean them well you have to pay 6 dollars more. Most car washes will leave wheels clean not this place

First time taking it here.Took about 30 min for them to do the basic wash. After it was done I headed out, got home and noticed water spots on the front end of my car. Almost all my windows at smudges and smearing on them my windshield has these specs of grime not really sure what it is but they are not coming off. My screen on dash also has a streak on it from being wiped some chemical.Overall save your money go to the automatic car wash called ishine way faster better machine to wash your car. Plus they won’t ruin your windows.

Dont not come here! They damage my tire and rim! I know that wasnt there before because I literally got new tires installed 10mins before I came here to get it fully cleaned. On top of that they did a terrible job at vacuuming. Avoid this place. The Lone Star package is not worth the damage

Should have washed it myself. My truck is black. They didnt even wipe it down. Instead let it sit in the hot sun and let it cook. The chrome doesnt shine nor does the black paint. Its a 2015 so its not old paint. And the inside they were to lazy to lift the center armrest to vacuum and they didnt vacuum the backseat. Think Ill pay the extra and keep going to the east side of town

I live very close to this place and for some reason had never brought my vehicles here. Well, today I decided to take my truck and was extremely pleased with the job they did. I paid for the Lonestar Package and my truck looks amazing! Three people were working on it and didnt miss a single detail. Texas Pride...you have a new costumer.

Great place for a wash!

Ok so I decided to use Texas Pride because my normal place ( I shine) doesnt open till 9am for the detail department. I needed to be somewhere by then. First of all the staff is really friendly and the business is clean but unfortunately that is where the awesomeness ends. I paid $80 for a detail which didnt include half of the stuff I shine does for $40. My truck definitely looked better than it did but several spots where missed. The exterior of my truck still had dirty spots all along the bottom and spots all over. I was told I needed clay for these spots that I easily wiped off with my hand. The interior had spots all over that werent even touched. The cup holders werent even vacuumed. I mean for $80 I feel like the cup holders shouldve at least been vacuumed. I was told that for $150 they would get the cup holders. This seems a bit pricey. I am not a prickly guy and am pretty easy to please but I felt I needed to say something about this. I will definitely only be going to I shine for now on as they go above and beyond for half of the price.

This carwash really gets your vehicle clean. These folks really work hard. The young lady at the register is really sweet. She was pleasant when I called and answered my questions. This was my first visit but I will be returning.

Very disappointed in the customer service and detail package. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and impatient. The detail package was WAY overpriced for the services that were done. The interior of my car(leather), was covered in residue and globs from whatever product they used due to the carelessness of cleaning. I asked that my interior to be re-wipe, but that did not make much of a difference afterwards. The exterior wash service was adequate and done well. The salesman/ greeter was very pushy in trying to up-sale me to a higher package. Their advertised services on their website do not match up with what they offer in person. I recommend that you call to verify what services they are offering at that time.

I tried this place for the first time since its close to the house, I ran down there with my truck and got just the outside washed price wasnt horrible for that, but I had asked about getting my other car detailed and thats where they shined on price so it made up for what I payed just for a drive through wash on my truck, I got my suburban detailed inside and out paid a really fair price for it as well I dropped it off came back for it the truck looked great I was really happy with the job they did, as well they offer military discounts on top of whatever you get wrote up for, I will definitely be back and I recommend them to others.

I was so impressed with the service that I just cant stop looking at my rims. I had recently been up north and the salt from the ice and snow did a number on my rims. Up there they said it would be a special wheel treatment and would cost $20 per rim to fix. Texas Pride did it without asking for extra money and did a stellar job. Thanks guys and gals!

The $20 Blue Bonnet Package is not was it used to be. The only good thing about this package is the tire cleaning.

3rd time coming here, and each time it is consistently disappointing. I thought maybe I was coming at a bad time, so I would switch it up. But no, this is how it is. I always end up grabbing a towel and going behind them to get the spots they missed. Workers are not motivated to provide good service. They are very sloppy when vacuuming pre-wash and wiping it down post wash. I can see the dissatisfaction with their job on their faces as they are doing the work. I feel bad even, but Im also a customer paying for a service. My husband says the same thing and he has refused to come back. I just thought to give it one last chance, so here I am with two generous stars. And thats because there is a boy that works there that wears a cowboy hat that seems to care about people.

Worst car wash in Pearland. Management has no people skills I took my truck in this morning to get washed and they ripped my flooring on my brand new truck. When I came back to confront the manager he had nothing to say about the floor being ripped saying that sometimes happens and theres nothing you can do about it. I advise you not to come to this car wash. You can find better ones down the road.
