Cleaniness is poor, customer servuce is poor. The woman at the counter refused to give me the correct change. I went to use the air machine and it doesnt work even after ived paid with card and quarters. This is all very illegal and they are getting away with it...

The night shift lady is very rude. She stops working and shuts the li 10 to 15 minutes early almost every night she works and is very rude. She keeps you waiting for a long time while she is cleaning and or using restroom usually during busy time of day around lunch time then give people attitude for saying anything about it. She should apologize and listen to what the costumer says and realize there could be a better time to do those type of things.

If you buy a car wash, it doesnt tell you that the car wash is broken, and when you get to the carwash, theres a handwritten sign saying that the store cant give refunds. Thieves!
