NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. I paid $160 (wish I could get a refund) for highlights that were rushed and turned out orange. When I complained and requested Jodi to fix them she wanted me to wait a week until her next appointment. Finally, she agreed to come in early the next morning to “fix” them. They are now a COMPLETELY different shade from the rest of my hair and I have a huge stripe of color right at the front. I would not recommend anyone to come here unless you want your hair to look like mine and waste your money and time. The first 2 pictures are from the first time when she did not leave me under the dryer long enough. The 3rd and 4th picture are from her “fixing” the highlights.

Judi has been doing my hair for over 8 years. After I moved to Conroe, I still travel to Pearland to have Judi cut and color my hair. She is skilled at coloring and can replicate any ‘do— I can bring a picture and she can match the cut/style. She can fix a color/cut uh oh from another salon. She has a good eye for what looks good with your face shape and type of hair. She can cut curly to fine and straight! Judi is professional, friendly and her salon is spotlessly clean. I have challenging hair and I’ve NEVER left her salon disappointed. A++++++++++++

I usually avoid going to salons because I like to mess with my hair a lot, so I feel the judgment immediately with my fried ends 😂. Yarely made me feel absolutely comfortable, welcomed, and she did an amazing job. She also recommended products to help my dead hair. 10/10 would recommend!

All the reviews are true, Ive been coming here for months and all I can say is Judy is an amazing hair dresser. She is always helpful, funny, friendly and courteous. The appointment only is also awesome because I always get her at the time I need my cut. If you havent been here yet do yourself a favor and make an appointment with key ASAP. Especially during these tough times when small businesses need our help. Shes truly amazing at her job and it will be the best haircut youve ever had.

Judy is awesome! She gives great hair tips and advices but still cuts the way I want. Really love this place because it’s super CLEAN. Hair cuts are made by appointment which I love because I will always get my haircut by the same person and at the time I want.

I had my car cut colored and highlights. I have dark hair and have only let 2 people color my hair. The owner was recommended and so I took a leap of faith and was very very happy with the hair cut and she did amazing on 5he color and highlighted. I would recommend her to anyone especially those who like me are picky about who they have touch there have I feel 100 percent confident putting my name and recommendation by behind the owner. She is also very pleasant to talk to.

Andrea was wonderful! I had been going to another salon in Pearland, but was looking for another place that wasnt nearly as expensive, but still offered great service. I called and they were able to fit me in quickly. I had my 6 month old daughter with me and they were so accommodating! The shampoo was awesome! She cut my hair just like I wanted it and styled it simply. Im a mom and she gave me a timely shampoo, cut and style very quickly. I will definitely be going back! My husband needs a cut very, very soon. I have been to a handful of salons over the years and they either 1- overcharge, 2- style your hair a bit weird at the end of the cut, 3- dont understand your requests. JV Hair was none of those things! The best salon I have been to in a very, very long time. I highly recommend!

Judi did a fantastic job with my hair. She even offered to trim my eyebrows, which were getting pretty unruly. Timely, clean and affordable... what more could you want!

If I could add more stars I would.I’m very picky about who touches my hair, but every time I walk into JV Hair my trust issues are gone. I was a little nervous trying this place out but I’ve been coming for about two years and have never had any issues. The environment is friendly and welcoming, always have great conversations, and the haircut always comes out on point. This kinda sounds like a commercial but that’s just how good they are. I recommend 100 out of 10!

JV Hair has talented hairstylists. Judy is mine and she is very skilled and thoughtful at what she does. I’ve shopped around for good haircuts (Dallas, Austin, Houston, Pearland) and I haven’t found anyone better. She’ll listen to what you want, look at you, and blend in personality with your style. I drive from the Heights in Houston to have my hair cut every 2.5 weeks and it is worth it. If you are looking for stylish hair by good people, this place is a must try.

Tired from month after month going to the high volume hair cut salons, only to get the standard haircut resulting in what looked like a horrible attempt to mask the war for my hairline.In seeking a professional that would care enough to remember my name and the challenges my hair presents, I found Andrea. Now when I have an upcoming important engagement, I can rely on Andrea keeping me looking great.In the past year Andrea has cut my hair every time, with the exception of once. Because I didn’t manage my time correctly, I had to go back to a national chop shop, and boy did I regret it. Was great had Andrea Sandoval trim my hair did a nice job, she asked how short and gave me tips on how I can style my hair and help me with deciding if I should get bangs or not.. sometimes we want something different and some of us need help in making decisions and I was glad to have her hope yall stop on by great place I recommen!

So I wanted brown high and low lights but instead this lady gave me blonde stripes and now like Anna from from frozen and a stripper do not recommend

Do NOT go to this salon for color. I went in asking for a balayage and haircut, and they told me they could do it over the phone when I made my appointment. I already had one done at another salon back in October, just wanted it to be a little more noticeable. Boy do I regret my decision to go here. My hair got completely fried, Andrea cut 2 mens hair while my hair was being bleached (or processed), when she was done it was literally white at the bottom so it got covered with a dark color later. She never explained what she was doing, so I was in the dark the whole time, and she disappeared twice to talk to the other stylist about how it was supposed to look and how it wasnt looking like that. I could hear them talking. I was panicked. I was at the salon getting my hair dyed for 6 straight hours, 6 hours with color in my hair almost the entire time! My hair has splotches of color, its completely fried and it isnt even a balayage after all of that. 6 hours and no hair cut because she had no idea what she was doing. My roots are orange, then I have random dark streaks in the middle. The bottom is green. Worst salon Ive ever been to. I would go back and have them fix it, but they already ruined my hair once, I wouldnt be caught dead in there again. Im sticking with someone I know this time and hope this saves you from ever going here! I had my hair halfway down my back, and now have to chop it short and dye it dark to fix this mess since its so damaged now.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT IF ANDREA WILL BE TAKING CARE OF YOU!! I have been here before and Judy always does a good job but I arrived today a little bit before 2 and my 4 year old was seated immediately, was not out until 2:55. I understand when you are getting your hair colored or something but this was a little boy haircut that should not have taken more than 30 minutes. Over an hour for a little boys hair cut is ridiculous and it ended up being a horrible cut, my son looks ridiculous. Never again!! To top it all off it smells horrible in there.. maybe they dont clean their restroom often but it legit smelled like s**t. Save your money, dont go unless Judi is the one taking care of you.

Went in wanting a Brazilian blowout came out with new color and cut, although it took a little longer than I anticipated it was definitely worth it. My hair was a hot mess, dry, damaged, breaking, and brittle but I came out with soft, supple, moisturized hair. I had originally went to Neri hair salon just down the road in January, and they left me with bleached copper/orange hair and Im telling you I left devastated, but one trip to JV was all it took to correct it. I tried to schedule another correction appointment with Neri, but the owners mother kept fighting me on times that worked best for her and not me so I gave up. I did have a scare there at JV for a second when my hair turned greenish because of the formula Neri used, however with a bit of toner and time JV gave me, it came out perfect. I will NEVER go back to Neri...JV is great at what they do. Theyre clean, professional, sweet, fair on pricing and explain in detail what they will be doing during your treatment. With only 2 minor issues, the final results was worth it. Ill be going back for heavy highlights, and the Brazilian blowout next! Thanks JV!
