My auto insurance just continued to climb higher and higher each six months. I always asked about reducing cost but they never seemed to interested in helping me save money. I switched to progressive with same coverage and saved over 400$ a month. Shop your insurance treat them like a cable company there are too many options out there. Being loyal no longer pays off in this world.

After 2 consecutive years of my insurance lapsing, screwing up my home loan, and zero customer service, I decided to switch. Their parting gift.... Sending my last bill to collections instead of charging my card as they normally do. It was completely done on purpose and unprofessional. Avoid.

Great experience. Liliana gave me several options for home/auto/TWIA insurance and I was able to pick what was best for me and my family.
