Annie was great to work with from start to finish. The crew was very skilled and did an excellent job installing the LVP. Annie took the time to make sure we were satisfied and was very involved throughout the entire process. Thank you for caring about the customer and working so hard!

Bottom line: they SELL flooring and VERY quick installation (this now was a missed red flag), but results in sloppy and VERY unfinished look that you’ll pay more to fix. They don’t take any extra steps to consult you on what the best flooring might be for your house. So - if you are new to this (don’t know what flooring to choose) run, run run run. Another company told me they could sell me the exact same flooring - but it wouldn’t be a good fit for what I was replacing. I SO wish I would’ve gone with them. Expressive flooring is NOT in the design business. Make sure you know what you want and know the expected result ( feel, look, etc) - and do not expect them to help you with that decision. Two stars ONLY because we also got some carpet with no issue.Backstory: our flooring was the first major expensive update we have done to our first house. Because of that - I was very naive of how flooring chain stores do business. I’ll shamefully admit, the “used car salesman tactics” worked. After getting almost the entire floor replaced with LVP, they were very large gaps underneath all the door frames. I was told beforehand that there would be no gaps and “I would love it”. after the fact, the business said that “I signed paperwork saying I was aware there would be gaps, And that’s not part of anything they fix. They can’t recall any verbal promises made.” (Hard lesson learned #1) . This is partially true- I was told I’d fill nail holes and paint. But this was beyond my small repair experience ( see pics!) Also, no one took time to explain how different LVP would feel compared to hardwoods coming out. Because LVP is so thin- The flooring feels very unlevel in different parts of the house. (lesson learned #2 : research ALOT on your own first!!!!!, I will say they did not try to upsell me. But, I probably would’ve chosen a different flooring choice had they mentioned had I known what this might feel like)*Get a company that can show you a virtual pic of the new flooring in the space.The aftermath: the LVP flooring crew was in & out of the house in a flash. I was so disappointed and distraught with how banged up everything looked afterwards. Quotes from three different recommended handyman just to remove the old glue line on the baseboards, fill the gaps and re-cut trim, Install proper transitions that actually looks nice- all were about $1000. Anywhere where the floor was not installed completely to the wall, the crew sloppily installed shoe molding (to cover the gap) . When you remove the shoe molding there is a LARGE gap between the wall and where the flooring ends. Three handymen companies all agreed they would never leave a job so unfinished. Our final handyman said that most of the shoe molding was actually not even nailed in they had missed connecting the shoe molding to the baseboard and 90% of the house.As my complaints piled up, The communication got defensive and slow. Josh never came out to see our complaints, although we requested. Their “best” crewman eventually Came to fix the problems (that I noted soon after installation) over a month later. When I told the lead crew member about a plank of LVP that looked like the topcoat was not the same finish, he told me that “he would not be taking it out because he would have to remove the whole flooring” So I was just stuck with a defective piece of LVP in the middle of my room. At one point I was told by Annie “ if I were to write a bad review on Google they probably would not send a crew out to fix the problems.” WOW.In hindsight - I take responsibility for not really researching the process. Expressive Flooring’s Goal is to sell and install as much flooring as possible in a certain timeframe. They do not care about the endstate customer satisfaction as the website claims- Or they would invest time explaining the process to the customer before purchase & installation, emphasize money will need to be spent after you’re done with them to get an acceptable look, and they’d come look at the finished product themselves to understand customer concerns.

We used Expressive Flooring to remove carpet in master-on-main bedroom and replace with hardwood flooring. Everything worked out great from quote to color matching to install. In a time when it is hard to find contractors that will come through, Expressive Flooring did it! Annie, Fabio, and team got the job done on time and on quote.

Had carpets installed on the entire second level and Luxury vinyl installed in bathrooms. Price was competitive - installation and customer service to follow absolutely horrible. For some reason the crew installing needed all doors to the residence wide open as I was cooling off the neighborhood at my expense. There was an issue with the subfloor (loose floorboard) which I had clearly marked and which was overtly obvious. They installed carpet over defect. When I attempted to address with customer service I was told it was essentially my problem. * I should have told them not to install new carpet over defective subflooring* like that’s my job. They refused to address the problem. I recommend that if you use expressive - take up all your old flooring and do their job for them. They lack the mental fortitude and integrity to do a job correctly. $5000 for a carpet I had to tear up myself and re-install. Use caution!!

I had an amazing experience with Expressive Flooring (PTC) from start-to-finish. I hired them to refinish the floors in certain areas of my house. Josh came out and did all of the measurements, was knowledgeable and provided useful information to make decision on which type of polyurethane I wanted. He was in communication throughout the job. Their guys who were doing the work were on time, so friendly and gave me all of the info I needed before handing over the keys. They were in communication throughout the work and when they realized the stain I had wanted would be lighter than the rest of the rooms in the house, the suggestion they provided was spot on and remarkably close (if not exact!) to what I wanted matched to the other rooms. Their cleanup was great and nothing left behind aside from *light* residual dust in certain areas which is to be expected given the work being done. Annie at their offices was also in communication via email throughout the process and was quick in response and so friendly. Cost was most affordable estimate I received and scheduling was quick. All in all this really exceeded my expectations and Im so grateful. I highly recommend!

Incredibly disappointed in the customer service and product value. We were given the sales pitch about commercial grade durability when selecting the flooring to ensure it would last for many years to come, and paid a premium for said product. Less than 3 years after purchasing LVP flooring the materials started to degrade. The finish peeled up, boards warped, and we were told the defective product was not covered under the limited lifetime warranty. Neither Expressive Flooring nor their manufacturers stand behind the products they sell. Buyer beware.

We had a great experience with Expressive Flooring!We met with Josh, the salesman, at our home and he was able to measure and show us some ideas. We found their pricing is more reasonable than other places and theyre very easy to work with because of how they communicate with you during the entire process. Their installation crew came out and did an incredible job. Needless to say, we are well pleased and highly recommend them!This is actually the third time our family has utilized their services.

Worst attitude (by only female employee). Worst response time. Worst communication. Granted, they came out IMMEDIATLY. But after that it went all down hill. NO customer service at this place. Ive had to initiate every single call. They never ONCE called me to tell me any updates, status of product, nothing. They just kept passing the duties to each other. Always an excuse that they were either the only one in the store or they were out of the store. Its is THE WORST customer service Ive ever experienced.

Price was great, but the service was terrible and the installation was worse. They had to come back four times because they didnt do the prep work properly the first time. Spend a few bucks extra and go somewhere else. It will be worth it.They installed luxury vinyl tile in my home in every room. Failed to fill in the holes in the floor where the carpet tack strips had been and failed to remove the glue from where the previous wood floor had been. This was all visible through the LVT flooring. How about instead of disparaging my review, you try to explain how youve changed oyur improved upon your quality to ensure future customers that this will not happen to them. I think you have proven my point further.And this is not a spam review. You are right that you couldnt find me listed as a customer because the bill was in my wifes name.

Exceptional Experience. We scheduled a measurement, where a dude was in and out of the home in a matter of minutes, gave us a quote. The quote beat everyone else in the region. Less than a week later my floors are installed.There was a technical hiccup with their payment system where I was double charged, but thats more of an intuit/Quickbooks problem. Their staff worked hastily to resolve the issue. I couldve have been happier with their handling of that issue.As far as the installation goes, the team came in wearing masks for pandemic safety, was quick and efficient, did an LVP install + carpet removal and haul in for two 9 by 11 rooms in around 3 hours.10/10, 5/5, 7/7, whatever you want to rate it out of.

Three stars are given because the overall work was decent and the people at the building are overall kind. However, if you want a messy job that includes a busted door, trim cracked and big chunks of material thrown everywhere (a large piece of the new flooring was found above my cabinets, shoe molding was left all over the place, my dog even a tool of theirs in her mouth) then they are your people. I went to Peachtree City expecting a great experience since I’m paying top dollar after all, but, I’m left disappointed. I did email the company and even provided pictures hoping they may rectify the situation somewhat, they did apologize but only offered a rug for compensation. A rug?! Which I’m pretty positive you get a free rug when you purchase floor from them but I’m not 100% sure. Either way, I was left buying a brand new door and fixing trim due to the floor company that they hired out to actually do the job. I expected more. One other note before making your floor purchase, they don’t tell you upfront that you may have to shave your doors down after the installation, keep that in mind as an added cost after the fact.

Expressive Flooring refinished our hardwoods back in November and did an excellent job. Because of that great experience, we decided to also use Expressive to purchase our new carpet. Pricing was reasonable. Customer service was excellent. The guys that installed were professional, polite, and quick. The end product looked great! They went above and beyond our expectations. We have very large rooms and you cant even see the seams where they had to join the carpets. I highly recommend Expressive Flooring and will continue to use them on future projects.

Josh from expressive flooring did measurements etc, and stated they would beat any other legitimate flooring company estimate by 200.00 that proved false, and then Annie said it should have been 100.00. That was false also. There written policy stated they will beat by 5% which is also false, After all these false statements they said they only meet the price and furniture moving not included. They should be ashamed of themselves, s for false statements and false written claims. NOTE As of today they have changed there written policy.h At least that is a improvement.Get YOUR ESTIMATE IN WRITING as they will change there story, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company because they are not truthful. They might do beautiful work etc. but i did not get to find out as they where so untruthful on there estimate. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

This is an excellent small business.. They truly care for their customers and go that extra mile! The installers know their flooring and are so polite and professional. I have used Expressive Flooring many times in my houses with great results until the last house. The entire process proceeded as usual, picking materials and installation with no problems. I was not living in the house at the time so it was a few weeks after installation that I noticed a small piece of laminate and molding were missing from the stairs to the basement. I contacted Expressive Flooring, told them about the missing pieces and was told they would come out in a few days to install the missing pieces. By the next week they hadn’t come so I contacted them again, was told they would come the next week. It’s been almost year with me contacting Expressive flooring almost weekly vie email (they requested photo of the missing pieces) and phone, each time I was told “ that someone would be out in the next few days”. It has gotten to the point that I offered to pay to have I the job finished or just give me the missing pieces and I’d do the work myself, to no avail. This has been unusual as in the past they have done a great job.6/20/16 UpdateAfter posting my review I received a call from Michael (the owner). He was very concerned about what happen with my flooring. He apologized and said he’d have it fixed the next day. I waited 2 days to go check and just as promised the floor was finished! This was an exception to Expressive Floorings professional service. Thanks Michael for resolving this for me.

We had them replace carpet and the big job was removing carpet and weaving in wood floor to match the existing wood floor. The finish is stunning and I love the end result. We had a hard time picking a stain for the floor and the guy ended up mixing the colors to make the perfect blend! Great customer service and very responsive from the whole team!

Typically I’m easy going and don’t write bad reviews but I’m not satisfied. I am in a new construction home which was finished in October. Around December my master bathroom floor start getting bubbles and some of the vinyl is coming up downstairs. That’s not the big problem because it’s minor but the problem is the communication. I have had to call them 5 times about fixing my floors and each time I get the same “we are trying to schedule all your subdivision on the same day and will call you back.” Two problems with that, one my floors should not be scheduled around anyone else when it comes to individual homes and two they NEVER call back. I tried to call for the 6th time yesterday morning and of course no call back. My housewarming is in April (next month) and my floors have yet to be fixed.Update: dropped it to one star. Technician was suppose to be here between 8-10 with the service taking no more than a hour. No show. Called and they said he would be here no later than 1115. It’s 1140 still no show no call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL company

Recently we had Expressive Flooring install engineered hardwood on our entire first floor. The experience was wonderful from end-to-end. From the first time I walked in their doors they made me feel that my business was important to them. They allowed me to take home samples and sent someone over to measure my rooms later that day! Michael came with his laser measuring gadget, which made the process easy, since not all rooms were 100% accessible. Michael answered all of my questions and gave me excellent advice about what type of flooring would work best in our home. Back at the showroom, Tina patiently helped me make the decision about which color and brand of flooring would work best with our decor and our lifestyle, which includes two young boys and two young dogs. The men who came to install the flooring were great! They moved everything necessary without complaint, worked quickly and efficiently, and completed the job in two days, as promised. The floor has completely transformed the look and feel of our home and we absolutely love it! I highly recommend Expressive Flooring and Im sure well be calling them again when were ready to redo our upstairs.

A fine outfit!! Look here Yall, my husband and I are not wealthy people and I was TERRIFIED of screwing up and making a bad floor decision. Kinda had one shot, you know? I was becoming discouraged when I decided to give Expressive Flooring a try. They were WONDERFUL. Everyone is SO nice and there is no making of appointments to get flooring prices, no waiting on call backs. Josh knew everything right then, right there. He answered all my questions, just a patient as could be. I was worried about the safety aspect of luxury vinyl flooring and Expressive Flooring carries a very environmental/people friendly brand and Josh was *quite* knowledgeable. I was initially reluctant to go with a vinyl flooring of any sort, but turns out, it was perfect for us and our busy, sports oriented life. Its a gorgeous floor and we are delighted. We were on a very tight timeline to get new carpet and Annie was fantastic! She bent over backwards to make it happen for us and it looked great.

They had affordable prices for carpet installation but ruined our base boards in the process of installing the carpet in all bedrooms of the house. A few months later, we had an issue with a small leak that required we replace the carpet padding in one bedroom. We called to ask that they do the repair and they refused to do a repair and said we could pay them to install new carpet & new padding in the room. I will not be a repeat customer.

I’m here to share my experience with Expressive Flooring in Peachtree City. I was in the market for new carpeting. While in the store the staff was so helpful and full of information about the carpets and answering questions about my needs and wants. Josh came out to my house to measure my rooms and a few days later my new carpet was installed. The carpet is exactly what I expected because I was able to bring home samples to see it in my own lighting and furnishings. The installers were very professional and helpful.LOVED my experience with Expressive Flooring in PTC!!!

We are happy we learned about Expressive Flooring. It took us awhile to decide what we wanted but they were patient as we kept bringing samples home. The process of installing went well and was faster and easier than we anticipated it would be. We are thrilled with our floor and with our experience. We did our whole main floor. Told them I would be back next fall for another project I have!

Overall, it was a good experience but we would have liked a little better communication between the company/installer and us. We had two rooms in the house that had carpet - the dining room and the office (which we use as a kids hangout). The rest of the downstairs is hardwood. Initially the company had red oak delivered but the rest of the house is white oak. This was noted on their initial estimate, but for some reason brought the wrong stuff. Minor problem, but indicative of communications issues. The installation went without a hitch and the installer matched the color almost exactly, which is tricky since the other hardwood was much older. The floors look great. The problem was that we didnt really know how the process was going to go and had a hard time communicating with the installer as his English wasnt great. That in itself wasnt a big deal, but it did leave wondering what was happening day to day. In the end, the floors look great and were happy.

Great job. I used them previously and the work was good so we used them again to put down more flooring. The guys were very hard workers. Very polite, professional and did a great job for us. Would definitely recommend and use again if we have a need.

I used Expressive Flooring for hardwoods and carpets what a great job. My house looks so awesome. They were there for ALL my phone calls. (Which were alot). The work crews were very professional. I would recommend Expressive Flooring to my friends and family.

I have been satisfied with Expressive Flooring in the past, but their customer service has definitely changed, and I dont recommend them. We had a closet system scheduled to be installed on a Friday and made it clear that the floor in the closet had to be finished before that. It wasnt. We had to reschedule the closet installation and pay a $299 penalty for cancelling within 72 hours. I called twice, left messages, even went by the store once asking to speak to Mike (the owner). That was over a week ago, and no one has contacted me. In addition, they required full payment up front before scheduling the installation date, which they hadnt done in the past and is an unusual business practice to say the least, however, we agreed due to our past positive experience with them. Once they have your money, they are done. Be forewarned.

Expressive Flooring recently completed the installation of engineered hardwood and porcelain tile on our main floor and we are very pleased with the results. The installers were on time, clean and detail oriented. I wont lie, I had an issue but it was handled without any questions. Mike, you run a awesome business and I will be the first to recommend Expressive Flooring. Also, I should add that my project was very big. Wood floors, stairs, risers, and LTP for lower level.

We recently bought an older home and had all the carpet replaced and also had the existing hardwoods matched and added into 2 adjacent rooms. I couldnt be happier with the end results. The staff was super helpful and patient and the prices were amazing. The hardwood installer helped to choose a stain that he thought would be the best match and after he did the 2 new rooms, he thought he could match it even better by mixing stains so he re-did both rooms without charge and spent an extra day re-sanding and re staining. Who does that? Expressive Flooring! Theyre top notch. Finding a company with integrity is rare and wonderful!

We have used Expressive Flooring to remove old flooring andinstall beautiful engineered hardwood on entire first floor, along with new tile in kitchen and hallway. Mike and his staff are super easy to work with. They have an extensive selection of flooring samples in their store. The installers were all experienced, courteous hard workers, making sure all the debris was swept and cleaned up. We get lots of of compliments on the floors and will use them again when ready to tackle the upstairs. I Love my new floors!! Try em, youll love me too!

Great price and products. They took the time to consult with us as to what products we should choose (mixture of carpet and hardwood flooring) to make sure we were getting what we needed for the various areas of our house.They then installed on time and were very professional. Any time we have needed anything (touch up etc), they have responded quickly.We loved working with this team and have plans to do so again in the future. We highly recommend.

The installers, Fabio and his crew, were very professional and really went over the top to make sure I was happy with my new floors. They cleaned up everything and helped me to put pads on the bottom of all my furniture to keep the floors nice. I highly recommend this company!

Expressive Flooring installed hardwood flooring on our first floor and carpet on the second floor. It was a big job but we enjoyed working with all their staff from beginning to end, they were knowledgeable and patient with us through the whole process. The installers were efficient and did a great job. We are enjoying the beautiful new floors in our 30 year old home.

We hired Expressive Flooring to replace some of our damage hardwood, then sand and finish the entire house. We had two other flooring companies bid the job prior to calling Expressive. The first company declined due to the extent of work and the second strung us along for a week, waiting for a quote that they never provided. Josh from Expressive Flooring came out to measure the same day we called him and had our quote ready the next morning. We then met him at the showroom to select our finish, which was also a good experience. The installers (Rod and his crew) did an excellent job! We are more than happy with the finished product. They showed up when they said they would and kept us updated throughout the process. Save yourself the headache of dealing with unprofessional installers and call Expressive Flooring first.

I had them install flooring in my house and they were very professional and easy to work with. Their pricing was very reasonable and their customer service was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and that the job was done right. Amazing! The customer service and pricing were great, and the installation was well done. I had a few questions during the installation and they were more than willing to work with me. Then, a week after the carpet was installed, our hot water heater broke and flooded a portion of the basement. The manager, Michael, agreed to replace all the soaked padding for FREE. I cant say enough positive things about this experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.!!!!!! I would never use them again. They get zero stars (had to give them one to get this posted) for making something that could have been so good such a maddening experience.Floors are nice but we picked them. Service was good in the beginning. Crew was good. Then it was done and the new flooring was thinner than what they removed. Josh the guy who came out didn’t mention or explain about the difference in flooring when complete. Major problem.1-inch difference all the way around the house between the flooring and the door frames. they didn’t mention it because they knew it would be a problem but didn’t care. Over 3000 sq ft installed so we have plenty of spaces that were left incomplete after and looking like a do-it yourself bad job all after dropping a ton of money on them. The crew will bang, scrape and ding lots of stuff so be ready for them to bring up the almighty contract that says they can wreck stuff in the process but are not responsible for repairing. What kind of business doesn’t want to make their customers happy? This one! They wreck your house and then leave you with a mountain of stuff to redo that could have been avoided had they been even remotely careful. No regard for your home once completed. They Just say see the contract. No other business would leave your home this way. Many times they say they will help and many times they didn’t respond or told us that’s not covered. It’s just easier to use somebody else. Not worth your time and money to have to get them to recognize they screwed up and need to make amends. The head of the crew was a nice guy and seemed to admit that the crew made all the mistakes he had to come back and fix. He told me he would come back and fix the trim not reaching the floor issue if I got the trim. He said he would cut it paint and caulk it in at all the locations where it was not complete (all door frames). Then he never returned or responded to any calls and the company started saying that’s not in the contract. We see that. But a good business makes their customers happy or atleast tries to. They probably think most customers are happy and only a few get a bad experience and are ok with that. That’s what’s separates them from others. The willingness to leave you behind if it’s not up to your liking. If you are crazy enough to use them don’t give them a penny until the job is up to your standards. I wish we went with someone else.

Expressive Floring recently put hardwood floors in the main floor of my house. The entire experience was great! Their attention to detail was amazing and my wife and I could not be more pleased.

I had a great experience with this company. As soon as they had the measurements of our rooms they went above and beyond to show us what is available and install the flooring on our schedule, courteously, and efficiently. If that wasnt enough, you wont find better prices.

We recently had our 25 year old carpet and flooring in the great room and kitchen replaced with floating LVT and tile. The product is beautiful and the installers did a great job. They were also very polite, professional, and hard working. Lauren was very knowledgeable, professionable, and polite. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Had entire house carpet replaced and some wood floors done. Work is mostly contracted out. Spent over 10k but never spoke or met with the owner, even after requesting. My wife is happy with carpet but a dissapoinred with the wood floors.The wood floor contractors were not profesionals.For a local small business, May be we expected good service and apreciation. I was reffered by a friend who recently bought home in Peachtree City but I may hesitate to reffer my friends.

Was the worse experience I ever had installing Hardwood floors in my house. They made a big mess and the steps looks terrible I will have to cover with halfway carpet. I dont refer this company to my worse enemy.

I visited and was told I would receive a quote back via email. I never got one, so tried calling...four times. Left messages. Even tried calling their other location, got an answering machine there too. Dont bother.
