They did a superb job installing LVP in my basement a couple of years ago which is what the pictures are from. Fast forward two years and theyre now doing all the floors of a newly purchased house. They continue doing top notch work at competitive prices.

Very unpleasant experience with this company. I called and scheduled a home consultation and was given a designated time for a rep to cometo my home. On that day, Mr. Perez call me 30 minutes after my appointment time and said he did not know he had a 2:30 appointment with me and he had to pick his kids up and take them home and will be at my house by 4:30. I totally understood this situation. When 4:30 came, I called him back to see if he was on the way, MR. Perez was very unprofessional and rude!! I asked if he was still able to come out today, and he rudely over-talked me, assumed I did not need his service anymore and hung the phone up. When I call the main number back to report him, I found out he was the boss! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

After apologizing for the missed appointment Ive had Sergio at my house now twice. He is making every attempt to earn my business and I must say that I am impressed. Quote to follow and then hopefully engagement. Will have a final writeup then.

Sergio and his team are the best, hardest working team I have ever dealt with. They are friendly and trustworthy. From helping with the product selection in the store with Samantha, to the installation. They worked late and even came in Saturday to finish on time. I strongly recommend them for any type of flooring and remodeling project. They installed new flooring and helped totally renovate the kitchen. The workmanship is unrivaled.

You go to the store and pick out whatever you wantand you get expert advice from Sergio: he knows hisfloors. The crew came out to our home and within oneday and a half we had beautiful brand new floors. I would recommendExperts Flooring to anyone that expects the best.

I couldnt even get a quote out of them. They came to my home and told me they would have a quote within a few days. After three attempts to contact them, and a promise to provide the quote, it never happened. If they are unresponsive to just providing a quote, you have to wonder how responsive theyre going to be when they have half of your house torn up but other jobs to get to before they finish yours.

Sergio and Sam were very helpful in selecting the right floors, and were always very responsive. The crew did an excellent job with my floor installation and I was very happy with the outcome. About a month after getting the floors installed, I had water leak into my basement, which was a very stressful experience! I called experts to ask for some advice on how to help save the floors, and instead of just talking to me on the phone, Sergio came over to my house right away. He pulled up all of the wet floor and laid it out to dry, trying to salvage any planks that we could. Sergio even let me borrow his commercial dehumidifier. He really helped make a difficult and stressful time much easier. This is a business that truly cares about their customers, and goes above and beyond to ensure an amazing experience.

There are less than a handful of times when I have been pleased with the work of a contractor (and I know I am not an easy customer). My project was 5,500 sq ft of flooring. 2000 sq ft hardwood that was re-finished, tile in bathrooms and carpeting in bedrooms. Sergio and Sam were very accommodating from the start. They were patient and a big help in picking out colors and materials. Sergio and crew actually finished the project on the day he said it would be done. Were things perfect? No - and they wont be. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. With any project like this, there will always be some frustration and things to be corrected. When I shared my list with Sergio, he nodded his head in agreement and quickly went about making things right. He used the opportunity to educate his crew to prevent repeating these issues. Sergio made things right not only because I wanted them right but, Sergio also wanted them right (this is why I rounded up to 5 stars). It is obvious Sergio loves what he does and takes pride in his work. Sergio called a week after completing my project asking if I am happy and if there is anything he can do. I find Sergio, to have real integrity and he lives for that positive feedback from a job well done. We had the unfortunate experience of our septic line backing up into our house. Experts came out, saved what they could of our old floor (which was only 9 months old). They helped us pick a new floor and restore our house. They even redid the Sheetrock and trim work. You can’t go wrong by using Experts. Micki and Michelle MacCallum

I love this place. They helped with the entire process of getting new floors. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. My floors turned out better than expected! The entire process was great. Very professional installers that took care with the house during the install. They have a lot of selections too.

Used this company after my home flooded in 2018 replaced all flooring on 3 levels they also rebuilt all showers and tiled my bathrooms ( showers, floors and walls ) and installed new backsplash in my kitchen . I was very pleased with the service and quality quality of work! The owner, Sergio, helped us so much ( even with items not in his scope of work ) I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again !

Experts flooring installed new hardwood floor to match the existing floors perfectly and quickly! You can’t tell the floors were installed at different times. Great customer service too, had lots of patience with us in making up our minds on the color.

Experts Flooring did a TERRIFIC job installing my kitchen backsplash! It looks beautiful, and everyone - store personnel and installers - was extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely use Experts Flooring for other tiling projects.

I stopped at the new Experts Flooring showroom at 1992 Hwy 54W in Peachtree City on 26 Sept 2017. Their personnel assisted me in porcelain tile selection. This bathroom remodel was tricky as the design was mine and the installation tricky. It involved removing old ceramic tile imbedded in cement slab, leveling the floor and then building a tricky half wall left when the demolition team removed a door/wall. The installers were responsible for the cement board prior to tiling and had to return to reinstall some pieces damaged by other contractors. I am an exacting customer and Experts Flooring met my standards - no easy feat.

Great to work with the owner is a good man that is has his own company put the floors in. In a timely manner and has a clean up crew come in and leave the place nice and clean 100% recommend
