Gage and Trent did a very good professional install. Ray stopped by to check out the progress and kept in touch throughout the install. They all were patient with our questions and provided answers to everything helping us to better understand our new system and trusting the process. They cleaned up like they were never here. We got our ducts cleaned and replaced the HVAC for both the first and second stories in our home. They back up their work and we will have them maintaining our systems for years to come.

Just wanted y’all to know how disappointed I am with your company. The $89 service call, the $125 leak test, the $90 a pound Freon in my system that will be gone in a week.Had 2 other companies come out and give a quote of fixing and they destroyed y’all’s service and quote. Plus did a leak test and service call FOR FREE!!!! Y’all are an absolute joke. That’s for scheming $400 out of my family without actually doing a repair. Y’all should be ashamed of your business!For anyone looking to get some maintenance or service call done…there are tons of other companies out there that won’t break the bank just to tell you if and what is wrong! I have purchased 4 HVAC systems over the years. The Trinity team was by far the most professional of all four. Their Trane systems are top performers too. Mark Gibson was thorough in analyzing my needs. Installers Gage and Trent were super competent and friendly.

The service was amazing. Called initially for repair, but determined that replacement was the best way to go. Install was delayed, but that was due to the unit shipping (not Trinity’s fault). Nathan was amazing-provided good advice, great customer service-even lent is a portable ac unit to get us through. Nathan also followed up with us several weeks after the installation. The installation team was also great! Gage and Paul we careful, polite, and very concerned about not inconveniencing us. I’ll use and recommend Trinity from now on.

Ive been using Trinity Air for the 17 years weve lived in the area and they provide professional, quality service and not just for AC and heating. I cant thank Mark, Gage and Justin enough for using their expertise to solve a tricky gas appliance installation and venting issue for me. I called several other HVAC companies who dont even do that kind of work and were it not for Trinity Air, would be eating cold sandwiches again tonight. Chapter 1My experience has been pretty good. I mean lets face it, no one WANTS to have to drop 10k on a new ac/furnace right? Im sure we could all think of things we would rather have spent that money on but our ac was OLD. Like one foot in the grave old when we bought our home. We lived here for 5 years before this one decided to croak. The whole time we knew it was going to go and one day here recently it finally did. It was very cold in the house and the furnace wouldnt work. So I call trinity and they send a guy out on a Sunday. Who works on a Sunday? Trinity does thats who and thank God for that. The tech gets out here and I give him the whole description of who what when where on the system. He nods and says well let me take a look. 5 minutes later our heats running again. He didnt give me the run around either, Im paraphrasing here but basically we both were in agreement the system was a POS and in need of an upgrade. I already knew this prior to his visit so it was no surprise when he validated my suspicions. I told him well lets replace it. Next, on Tuesday, another guy for quotes comes out, real nice guy by the way, we talk politics and various other subjects and he throws some options out here and there regarding the actual reason for the visit in between all of that and finally we talk numbers. By the way it was good he small talked, he didnt sound pushy at all or in a hurry and was the exact type of sales guy I would like to talk to. He says he will set up for it to be installed Thursday and Friday. Thursday for the actual machine and Friday the new duct work. Trinity was 2 for 2 so far. Thursday comes, which is today by the way, and these guys tell me if I dont mind them staying later they will do it all today. Do I mind? Im actually excited by his question. Why would I mind if you want to be an over achiever and just get it done? I wish more people had this work ethic. These guys didnt even stop for a lunch break. Trinity you better hang on to these guys the busted their butts today. 3 for 3 so far. Perfect on all accounts in my opinion. Your techs, your sales, and your contractors. Great work. Tomorrow your tech makes a last visit to do final checks but Im sure that will go well too. I dont mind paying for a premium system especially when the company selling it treats its customers like they have with me. Great work.

We have a maintenance plan with Trinity Air, and Jay was very professional and helpful when he came out to perform our winter heat check. Trinity installed our system and we trust them to keep it running and ensure it’s taken care of. I would recommend Trinity Air to anyone looking for quality AC service.

Super quick response, the technician was very informative. Came out on a Saturday night and arrived within 30 minutes of the call. Provided me with several service options of which I am considering. Not sure want you are paying him but you should probably do a little better. He is definitely worth it!!

I would recommend using Trinity Air if you need any heating air conditioning products. Ricky Thacker who is the comfort specialist work with us to make sure we were installing the right equipment to replace our old systems. He is extremely professional and down to earth. I highly recommend you work with him. They sent Luis and Geo to my home and these gentleman were extremely professional and made sure the customers knew what they were doing. They uninstalled and reinstalled 2 furnaces and 2 AC units in a timely manner. They never stop working until it was done. Then trinity sent Nic who very installation was completed correctly ran a series of test on all equipment to make sure they were running correctly and efficiently. One thing that impressed us was they clean up really well and everything was new and up to inspection code

Nic did a great and very thorough job of inspecting all of our units. He shared details along the way and provided a great summary of findings at the end of service.

Trinity installed a new HVAC system for our home about 2 yrs ago. Pricing was reasonable considering one of the other major company quoted me almost double and another one was about 25% more. I did get quotes cheaper as well, but went with Trinity due to their great reviews. We still have Trinity come out and service our unit twice a year. Every time the service men have been on time and respectful of our home and family. Today was one of those days as well. The technician (Jay) came out, explained everything he had done and was very helpful. In today’s environment I can understand why people may be concerned letting strangers in their house. Completely felt comfortable with it being that he came in with a mask on. I completely recommend Trinity air!

We had great service from Trinity Air Heating & Air Conditioning. Our technician we used retired and we needed services, so we were looking for a long term company. So glad we made the call. Jay was professional and helpful with our problem. A great experience from beginning to end!

On a Saturday afternoon, a competitor supposedly repaired my cooling problem but after an hour water was gushing from the air handler. I called back said they could not come back until Monday. Frantically I called every possible ac repair place in Atlanta and only Dan with Trinity Air could come out before my guests arrived later that night. Dan was very professional and diagnosed what the problem was right off. He fixed it and we havent had any problems since. The unit leaked a bit more that night and he explained it was probably residual that was trapped in the insulation part at the bottom of the unit. He volunteered to come out the next morning to make sure and told me if it got worse to call him back that night. I didnt have to call back that night but he did stop by just to check the next morning. Trinity Air has a customer for life- me! I can not recommend them highly enough!

I called late last night when my A/C stopped blowing cold air. They offered to come out last night, but I said the next day would be fine. Initially they said they’d come between noon and 5pm. Jay came closer to 11am. He figured out the problem and we had cold air before noon. Excellent!

Been using Trinity for several years after trying a couple other HVAC companies in the area. Comparable prices or better but the quality of service techs and reliability of work is markedly better. Bought a new AC system from them and they were the best of the 3 quotes we got with good finance plan (0% same as cash via wells fargo on a Trane unit). Overall, very pleased with no complaints either when they were trying to keep our old unit going on its last legs to save money or when we finally had to bite the bullet and buy a new one.

I’ve been a Trinity Air customer for 3 years now. Trinity installed a new Trane 2 stage high efficiency HVAC system for me about a year ago. The technology is relatively new and required several technical visits to get correct. This is to be expected and each call was made and the deficiencies corrected.Each call I made about a humidity problem or a air flow problem required a transfer to the service department. My calls for service were answered by a very professional and knowledgeable employee. She always provided me with a time slot that worked with my schedule and was a joy to talk to.
