A service technician came to service my air conditioner because it was not cooling properly. After his analysis he told me he could repair it but based on his findings he suggested that the unit be replaced. A few day later a sales representative came out and gave me quotes on various options. Im happy to say that I replaced my air conditioning unit as well as my furnace and I am very pleased with the work Progressive did. Great job -- each team was very professional.
