Ive been coming to see Juan at JA Motors since 2014. I had a Chevy Impala that had a check engine light on that a prior mechanic had caused. When I brought Juan the vehicle he said give him 24 hours. That was the same story I heard from every other mechanic before him, but little did I know that the results would be different. He called me back the next day and told me my vehicle was fixed. I actually couldnt believe it until I saw it. I drove the vehicle for days before going to get the admission done because I just knew that the check engine light would come back on. IT NEVER CAME BACK ON AND HE HAS BEEN MY MECHANIC SINCE!!! I love the staff and mechanics at JA Motors!

This is the second time I have been to JA Motors and I will be coming back now anytime we need work done on our cars. Our first experience was in early 2014 with a broken window motor. Juan had it fixed up within a few hours and the price was very fair at $75 for the part and labor.Most recently (September 2014) I had an intermittent battery light that we couldnt seem to diagnose. I had already replaced the battery and alternator, yet the light kept coming on. I called ahead and Juan said to bring it in and he would take a look. As I was pulling into his parking lot, he was already walking out to greet me. Despite his garage being full of plenty of work, he took care of my issue immediately, and had me back on the road in 45 minutes. The most unbelievable part is he wouldnt even accept any money for the repair - turned out to be a dirty/bad connection at the battery. It is such a rare experience to find an honest, highly capable mechanic, and I feel very fortunate to have had him recommended by a friend. Although I hope we dont have anymore car trouble for awhile, Juan and JA will be my first stop when we do.Thanks Juan!

Im so glad I came here and spoke with Juan. He was upfront about the work that needed to be done and was super fair with his pricing, he even had my truck diagnosed before I ever pulled up (he heard me coming up the road). He didnt pressure me into expensive/unnecessary repairs, but did let me know what Id need to get have done to keep my truck at its best. I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here in the future for any needed repairs.

I took my Toyota RAV4 to have the water pump replaced. They did a great job at a very reasonable and fair price (much less than what the Toyota service department was going to charge). They came highly recommended from a trusted friend and after my experience well recommend to others, and use them for any future car repairs.

JA motors is one the very reliable and honest automotive services shop.I had a problem with a new battery in my car which was not charging.I went to Pep boys from where I purchased the battery. They gave an estimate of around 2000$ saying the whole harness and alternator needs to be replaced.I went to JA motors and the problem was with just a wire not grounding and I just need to pay the labour. It saved me 2000$.Thanks to JA motors honest service and specially to Juan who took the pain to single out one wire from a huge web.

Ive known Juan since 2010, he has worked on all my cars. He has replaced my clutch, flywheel, oil pan gasket and motor mounts on my 97 Honda Civic. He also worked on my 93 Nissan 300zx and is the only person other than me that will touch that car. I send my family and friends to him too. He an honest guy that does great work for a great price!
