I was traveling for vacation from Missouri. Called them by the luck. They were very prompt. I only waited about 20 mins for them to show up The Man who changed my tire was very nice and did a good job. He did everything I asked of him. Appreciate them for helping out an out of towner and not charging me an excessive amount. Very reasonable.

They were great! Called them at 8:30am on a Monday (day before the 4th of July), and they said about an hour or so. They arrived within 45 minutes, brought a flatbed, got the car and towed right to the mechanic. Super friendly and very fairly priced - $90 CHEAPER than 2 other places we called!! And Scott, the tow truck driver, was awesome - super friendly and efficient!! Would highly recommend!!

THIS TOW COMPANY DID NOT CALL PRIOR TO ARRIVING, AND DID NOT EVEN STOP, INSTEAD, HE OR SHE JUST DROVE OFF WITH NO ATTEMPT OF TRYING.Words cant explain the frustration this company put me through yesterday (01/05/2018). MY car had broke down in my driveway and through my road side assistance my insurance got in touch with [Four Star Towing] who gave a 4 hour wait period before arriving. I heard a tow truck coming and looked out the window to see [Four Star Towing] driving by. They arrived well before the 4 hour estimate, however they never called me prior to the arrival nor did they even stop. INSTEAD, they called my insurance 40 minutes later and said due to my street being a One-Way, and the snow: they were unable to tow my vehicle, and stated that I will have to WAIT TILL SPRING TIME to get my vehicle towed so that there is time for the snow to melt.-LUCKILY, my insurance contacted G J TOWING who arrived in an hour, and towed my vehicle within 10 minutes of being on scene thanks to some common sense and willingness to work by the G J Towing driver, unlike the lazy driver Four Star sent me.*** I WILL NEVER REACH OUT TO FOUR STAR TOWING EVER ! ***

Made my drive to pick up my car 45 minutes to a location that was closed . I waited 1 hour for someone to show up an tell me my car was a 20 minute drive 2 towns away . The guy that gave me the car was great an very helpful . But the office could have sent me to the 2nd place an saved me the stress an time . Very unprofessional .

These guys are hands down the best on the North Shore and from what Ive seen the whole North East!!!!!!! I use them all the time to move my bobcats, mini excavators, dump trucks, trailers and all my other random equipment or anything else that breaks down or cant move under its own power! They have been treating me fair for YEARS and really could not be happier with their service I have no issue giving them the code to my personal garage to get my Harley or 68 Chevelle ready for the seasons and I know that I have nothing to worry about and nothing is going to go missing or damaged which is worth its weight in gold to have that piece of mind!!!!!!! These guys have definitely earned a customer for life and I recommend them to anyone and everyone they really can tow anything!!!

These guys are fantastic!!!! I broke a ball joint on the highway the other day and thankfully was able to get to the side safely without crashing or hitting someone else!!! I called a few companies 1 of them said they couldnt even help me because of the issue but these guys said no problem at all and they would get a truck right out to me and when the driver got there he was extremely professional and his adorable puppy definitely made my frustrations subside for the time being!!! It was very comforting to see the extra care he took not to damage anything even though my car was basically sitting on the ground but he got me loaded up safe and sound and got me off the highway and to the garage with no further damage!!!!!! These guys are the BEST!!!!!!!!!! Definitely got a customer for life!!! Thanks again to the folks at Four Star!!!!!

They towed my brother’s car from an accident scene, and they gave the car remote to the adjuster from the other party’s Insurence company and never got it back. When me and my brother asked the towing manager for the remote, he said I don’t have it sorry and started giving us attitude when we told him he can’t do such thing, he can’t just give the car remote to the adjuster from the other party’s insurance company. And then he said he’ll try to reach out to them and get the remote back and so far nothing yet. I really don’t know what to do anymore, I’ve been calling four star everyday and nothing, my remote is still missing. Attitude, irresponsibility, can’t keep accountability of people’s stuff. That’s all I experienced dealing with them

Great company. Broke down on 95 when I was driving home. Called them and they had a driver there pretty quick. Very reasonable pricing and got me and my car to the garage. Would definitely use them again. Straight forward and very honest.

If I could give this company more stars I would!! I called to have my car towed and the gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and professional. He gave me an estimated time that the driver would arrive as well as the costs that I would incur for the service. The driver arrived 10 minutes early and was very professional. They towed my car and notified me when it arrived at the dealer. A very pleasant experience and I would recommend them if you need towing service. A five star plus +++ company

I got a flat tire. I had my son with me. I have never need road service ever. well I was scared to death. But after I called a friend who called Four Star for me. they arrived on time the driver made sure me and my son where safe. He explained what he was going to do. Explained charges called his office to run my card. he performed the tire change. Use gloves my car stayed clean. Which was awesome! The driver let my son blow the horn on the truck. This scarey 1st time road service was a 5 star service!

Don’t ever I mean ever consider using this company, the trucks are as clapped out and as dirty as there tow drivers. I don’t know how they still are able to stay in business. My car broke down on RT1 and the state police requested a tow for me as I am not from the area. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to get the car up the bed and a second driver, the managed to rip my bumper off(my car is lowered), next was the bill 171 dollars to go less than a mile are you kidding?! I get they need to make money but I’ve gotten tows for much less than that. On top of that the ride to the shop was terrible, the truck was loud, dirty, and smelled like a high school locker room, and the driver barely spoke English. I highly recommend looking around if you need a tow, and if the state police roll up on you request a company other then them

Whoops! Parked my car in the wrong spot at Conifer Hill and got my car towed! I was not happy as expected, but I was able to retrieve my car quickly and efficiently! Truthfully, it was my fault and everybody at 4 star made an otherwise unpleasant experience, awesome. A big thank you to the owners and staff for treating me with kindness and treating my car as if it were their own.

I had somewhere to be this morning, and of course, my car was dead. Quick Google search and Four Star Towing Service was the first company to pop up with a website and their address. Quick phone call and they said theyd be there within an hour (I dont recall who I spoke to.) I got flustered because I was late for an appointment (my fault, not theirs), and they said theyd redirect a truck and would be there in under a half an hour. Matt showed up in just under a half an hour and got my car going. For some random person to call them and for them to go above and beyond to get a truck to me as soon as they could was impressive. Im beyond grateful for how I was treated this morning and the service I received. Ill definitely call them again for any other issues!

I was recently towed from a private lot. I found no street parking for the eating establishment I was visiting so I entered a lot with over 40 empty spaces and was towed. I know it was wrong but I had no options and there was no where to park . So they wait for you to leave then take your car. I specifically parked in a visitors spot so as not take a reserved spot . And on mother’s day to boot with no reasoning. All for $171.00 you guys should be real proud of yourselves .

Very difficult to work with. Love being difficult so you cant get your car and they get to charge you extra. Not sure why the police force uses them.Got two stars because they where polite. Still paid hundreds for a tow from Capones to the salem border.

I was stuck on the side of the road in the middle of the night with a toddler. They were told and came out as fast as they could. They are great towing company. Will use them from now on.

It should be called 5 star towing. I was in an accident on the highway. I was traveling with a lot of tools that were ejected from my vehicle and scattered on the side of the road. I was unable to gather them at the time of the accident because of the snow storm going on. The next day one of the drivers returned to the scene and gathered what was left of my equipment on his own free will. When I was at the shop just after the accident all of them really cared about my condition and praised the fact that I was all right. When I returned to gather items from my truck the next day everyone there was extremely helpful. I would say they made the hole situation easier on me because of how they acted.

Would give a lower rating if possible. If you are a “cash only” business you should probably provide your driver’s with bills for change. Something just doesn’t feel quite right being forced to leave a “gratuity” to someone that just towed your vehicle. Had to contact multiple times, every time there was a new hoop to jump through. Avoid this company if you can, surprised they are still in business.
