Service man was polite and quick. I was a bit disappointed in the amount of water left in the rugs and stairs and also with the level of dirt that appears to have remained on the edges (at each side of the stair tread) of each step. I thought that the edges would have dirt lifted easier than the middle of the stairs simply due to the amount of use. Anyway I have given your name to the realtor (who is a dear friend of mine) even though I am not all that happy with the stairs. If you can give the stairs another go at some point please know that would be very very much appreciated (even if you have to charge me the 2 dollars per stair. I believe there a about 20 all total. Its on the slip :)

I have been using the clean team for years to clean my area rugs and my upholstered chairs. They are very easy to deal with and reliable. I am always happy with the way the job comes out. I highly recommend them.

Technician had reservation about what the cleaning results would be on a recliner but never brought it to my attention ( I had similar concerns)After cleaning it really did not come clean but he went ahead with the scotch guard treatment without ever saying a word about the poor cleaning until it was all done. Mind you I was in the next room the whole time.I would have expected to be notified after the cleaning result and be given the chance to cancel the scotch guard but that didn’t happenOverall not impressed and would not use againShouldn’t have to babysit a professional

Same as the last negative post looks like zebra stripes. i had two couches done and both came out bad. i will have to have them redone.

Carpet was dirty had clean team clean looks like garbage carpet looks like a zebra stripe you can tell where he ended and started where dirt still is present and where its not. Rent your own machine you will do better.

Fantastic experience! Would highly recommend The Clean Team! Wade was amazing and very thorough, I was left very impressed. This was the second time we have used them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The crew showed up on time, couch and chair came out great. We had some dark water/dairy stains from little kids and they were able to really lighten those up or get rid of them all together. Took just under 2 hrs.

Everyone was so pleasant and informative; they explained the cleaning processes and actually laid my rug out on the floor and explained what they would be doing. They also gave me some good advice for my braided rug. Excellent results, very satisfied with how clean and bright our rugs looked when we picked them up. Brought in an 8x6 (ish) rug for cleaning; the attendant was pleasant and informative; she explained the cleaning processes they use and made a recommendation based on the rug laid out on the floor. The slip was outdated, with an old phone #, so when I tried to call, after the expected completion timeframe, I had to research the tel#. I was told that it should be done (this was Thurs) and I asked, will I receive a call on Fri, she said yes. I did not receive a call and after a few more days, I decided to drop in to see if it was ready. They had to do a search, then they brought out the wrapped (in plastic) rug. Im hoping it is clean since I planned to store it until needed in the fall.
