J&S was professional and on-time. J&S made short work of an otherwise difficult job. The carpets looked brand new. They expertly removed and cleaned everything from gum to pet stains, and also took care to ensure all aspects of the job were to our satisfaction. J&S used cleaning agents that were pleasant smelling, and non-toxic to our pets and kids. We will continue to use them in the future.

We had an emergency experience in which our basement carpet was soaked via a next door unit’s water heater. Jeff was there less than 12 hours later with equipment that he assured would do that job. He understood our situation and got the job done. He was efficient, effective, and helpful on top of everything else, was affordable. Everything was smooth and easy. Highly recommend.

Working with Jeff was great! During the pandemic he came to our house and picked up our 2 Pottery Barn wool rugs that we left out in our driveway and returned them for us as well. Hes extremely professional and is a perfectionist when it comes to rug cleaning. Weve had our rugs for 10 years and they came out looking brand new again for an affordable price! We will definitely use him again.

The owner, Jeff, is very professional and thorough. He cleaned 3 rooms of wall to wall carpet and my kitchen tile. The carpet wasn’t too dirty, I get it cleaned often. I never realized my carpet cleaner could also clean my tile and grout until I saw a Facebook video. The difference is like night and day. I’m disgusted I lived with it as dirty as it was. I have had wonderful experiences with J & S Carpet Cleaning! I cannot recommend them enough. We first used J&S to clean our home top to bottom, carpet, tile, grout! All of our surfaces. They were efficient, courteous and professional and my home never looked better! Their products are non toxic which is important for my family. This past summer we had a sewer main break in our basement and needed an emergency service to deal with the enormous problem. We called J&S for immediate remediation and they were at our home within the hour even though it was the middle of the night. We hadn’t had our rugs done since right before our son was born (3 yrs ago!)so they were pretty gnarly. Jeff from J&S used a crazy powered brush tool that really pulls all the embedded gunk up(it was almost embarrassing). Everything looks incredible now and you wouldn’t even know we had a toddler!
