I live on a third floor walk up which was not an easy job. Ultimately they determined best to take area rug and ottoman to ground floor to clean. When complete, they brought back upstairs for drying. Very friendly and looks great.

Very disappointed with the job that was done. Had some water come in so I needed the carpet cleaned. The carpet was extremely wet when they left. As it dried out I had massive stains. I’m currently redoing it with a rented machine myself and the stains are going away and it will look good when I’m finished but extra work that I was not counting on. It also cost me 400.00 Lesson learned
