T-Rex was awesome. Really took his time answering all of my questions, and making sure the installation was perfect. He even helped take down the previous owners equipment for a different provider.T-Rex knows his stuff, and is super awesome to work with. Customer service is always friendly, professional and helpful. They always answer my call in a reasonable amount of time, resolve my issues quickly and answer all my questions. There has only been one time the service was down. It was resolved quickly and I was informed of the situation, they even called me to check to make sure my service was working properly as soon as it was back up. Would highly recommend this company!

Not quite a customer yet, but trying to convince my landlord to get service through them. T-Rex had just come out to upgrade our internet speed and he was awesome as usual. When we first got our service about a year ago we had issues and they worked tirelessly to get it working flawlessly. Great service, greater customer service. Highly recommend if they operate in your area.

I’ve only used the service for 24 hours . But I chose Intellipop because of 100% 5-star ratings. My pre-installation and installation experience fully lived up to the expectations. I discover that some of my older equipment can’t use the 5G service that’s offered, but everything can use the basic service. I’ll wait to see if it’s worth replacing that equipment. But I’m really happy to have fiber speed and capacity

Have tried other services in Payson and this by far is the best . I went with them because when on a Payson Face book forum someone asked who the best was the answer was intellipop. They have been wonderful with my payments and the customer service is professional and very kind. The price is great and my service great And with a recent disruption with being able to access Face book they sent me and email stating that Face book was having issues. I highly recommend this service.

We had intellipop installed in February of 2021. The best part of this company is their customer service. They are super responsive and super nice. However, the service is terrible. The technology is not reliable and we dealt with outages almost weekly. I would go with another provider, to be honest. It is not worth the aggravation.

I was having some trouble with my connection the other day with my speeds suddenly dropping. I called Intellipop and they had their tech (T Rex!) come out and check everything within the hour. I ended up having a bad cable on my end which he identified and fixed quickly. We decided on an upgrade and it has also been great. Our tech was awesome - he was personable, knew what he was doing, and wanted to make sure we were happy. He even came back later in the day to help when I was having trouble getting my wireless router up and running again. Their phone support was also very patient and helpful. All around great experience. I love being able to do business with a local company as well.

The service was ok. I experienced outages maybe every other month. Their customer service is slow to respond. The real kicker for me was I discontinued my service and they wouldnt rebate me for the second half of the month I didnt need service, because I didnt give them 30 days notice, even though thats not in the contract. Its silly to me that it wasnt worth $10 to them to keep a customer happy.

Intellipop is a smaller community internet company, but they have the best customer service we’ve ever come across.

We have used intellipop for just about 2 years now. They are professional, friendly, efficient and a good internet provider to deal with. Their speeds are very good I never had a slow down even when running phones, multiple computers (online school) streaming YouTube, Disney +, the list could go on and on, not that we are online junkies but we used our fair share of data and like I said it kept up with everything we threw at it.In Santaquin we are limited to providers in certain areas, but intellipop is affordable and good to work with. When we sold our home we didn’t realize we needed to return some hardware that was connected to our router they told us we could swing by and drop it off at their office or we could leave it out on our old front porch and the technician would pick it up when he removed the hardware (the dish) attached to the home outside. When they did do the initial installation the installer took the time to run the wires to follow the contours of the home so you didn’t notice it as much from the street or neighbors and secured them with fasteners not just a zip tie to the rain gutter. I feel the go a bit further to make things look nicer so I am happy for that. I would use them again and for sure recommend them to anyone looking to get a new provider if they needed one.

Ive had some problems with my service I called customer support and they were very friendly and Willing to listen And they sent Technicians to my house And they were very willing to listen But not able to fix it there 3 to 4 times that they came out But they still came out to try to fix the problem never gave up things happened Thats not always in our control I think it says a lot that they did not give up until they made things right Thats the type of service I want Somebody that doesnt just push you off

Super nice people. I wanted to support the little guy. I am on the fastest premium residential plan they offer in Santaquin, but the download speeds are usually about 15-20 and upload speeds are always about 1 or less. I can get 5 times the speed for the same price elsewhere. If upload speeds are important for your needs (gaming etc...), Intellipop may not be for you.

Intellipop is SO helpful and SO personable!! The 24/7 assistant is unmatched, and the fiber through Utopia is top notch. We were unsure of what router to purchase, so I called Intellipop prior to our install and the emailed us a list of recommended routers with different companies like Amazon, Best Buy, and even some specific to our local Walmart. Xfinity and other providers would never be so thorough with their help. Intellipop goes above and beyond and shows they genuinely care about you. Utopia gives you a gift box with snacks and a blanket to top it all off. I would recommend these companies over and over again. The price is unbelievable and for the quality? Amazing.

They have absolutely horrendous communication skills which is ironic being in the communications industry. Billing was spotty, internet was spotty, and most customers prefer reliable and trustworthy and Im not so sure that is the case when an employee answers the phone and refers to himself as T-rex. Ongoing issues for over 2+ years. Would not recommend to even people I dont like.

After having problems getting Centracom to install our internet (we had waited 3 weeks and were told it would be another 2 weeks before they would get to it) I called Intellipop and had internet within 3 days. It has been fast and reliable so far. Their customer service has been top notch. We are very happy with them so far.

I appreciate all Intellipop has do to make sure we have internet service. When we setup or internet last Friday March 12 th through Utopia. We had a struggle getting communication from the Utopia modem and our Wi-Fi router. We then tried plugging a computer in Directly to the Utopia modem as directed by Nathan W. We still had no service. We sent a call to admin that discovered and changed some things at main office end then instructed to try again Friday night. Still did not work. I told him I would work on it Saturday morning. T-Rex called Saturday morning he tried some more things. Still not working. He contacted Admin to work on the issue again. Many people at Intellipop put in great efforts last weekend to get our internet working. Thank you all for your efforts. I really appreciate the efforts of these two Young man specifally. I wish I could say their internet is great, never got installed to find out. Called Utopia to schedule install, he said they could come mon-fri, said they’d show between 12-5, I said I can’t until after 3:00. He wasn’t willing to make that work. I guess xfinity will keep my business. Get utopia to be better and you’ll get more customers.

After having many problems with my mothers Internet company which I felt was very low quality. I have family that has this Internet company. They have only told me good things. I had this company install for her today and I have to say after dealing with vendors in my career day in and day out I met the most delightful young man. He was our installer his name was Connor. What a hard worker very professional very nice. I’m excited for this new Internet company. I hope they grow their business to be able to go into other cities soon.

I’ve lived in Juab County the last few years and just until recently we’ve only had one option for internet service. It was extremely low quality and way overpriced but I guess that’s what happens when a company can create a monopoly. Not anymore! I recently switched to intellipop and it’s been a night and day difference in every way! I’m paying less for the same “speeds” and the quality of service kills the competition. I moved from Spanish Fork where I had Fiber internet and Intellipop has actually been faster download speeds and a better service than the Fiber I had. The only downside is its about double the price so they get 4 stars from me. Otherwise they are professional, responsive and overall the brand I would recommend 100% for Santaquin.

Intellipop has been the best ISP I have ever had. When our dish went missing they immediately replaced it and called the company that took it to there equipment back. They have no data caps which is big out here in the country.

They used to be great. We’ve had them for probably 5 years. But for the last several months the speeds have gotten slower and slower and so slow between 6-11 pm that we can barely use it if at all. We’ve called the last four nights in a row and they don’t know what’s going on and they just say they’ll pass it on to the higher ups and see what they have to say” bc we don’t have a computer to test the speeds with. Be we can assure them it’s not our end because it’ll work great every morning and all day. Maybe they are bogged down with everyone being at home right now. Intellipop is great we moved to Santaquin just over a year ago they have been amazing! I love the fact that if they are going to have outages they email you and typically they do them during the night when most people don’t need internet. I also love them because their customer service is great! I also love that we almost never have slow speeds or buffering during streaming videos.

This internet is the best. We have had very few times where we have had to call, but when we do they are quick to fix the issue, even when it has been our fault with the problem. The service is great, the internet is fast and reliable, and friendly caring people.

Have been with Intellipop for several years now, and havent had ANY issues with them. Prior to Intellipop we were with Century Link for 35 years. The best speed CL could give us in our area was 7mbps. Who knew we could get 10xs the speed for a lot less!! No regrets making the switch, and I highly recommend them to anyone who asks about internet service!

Internet stopped working called they said it would be 3 days till they could come! We were gonna be gone the next available day they could come... someone has to be there... I’m scheduled for the next Available service slot.... 5 Day from now!(Update )Received a call from Intellipop about getting someone out sooner to check things out. He was able to get things fixed back up and running!I was glad that they made the effort to resolve the issue we were having and that we didn’t have to wait 5 days. I think a lot of growth in the area and them being the better internet has put a strain on there tech support team. Talking with one of the owners it sounds like they are growing crazy and will be improving that aspect.

Dont get these guys unless you have a straight shot at their dish otherwise youll be disappointed. Hoping Id get their service but apparently their we service all of payson isnt completely true. I bet their is a way to set it up at my place but until that happens No 5 stars

Had three different WiFi providers over the last couple years and we decided that it was time to find one that actually worked. When I called intellipop they were fast and got everything up and going within half an hour and they did everything exactly how I asked for it to be done. The WiFi has very few problems and I got a sweet $25 dollar credit for referring a neighbor! We will not go with any other company ever again.
