My phone had become possessed. It would not bring up my keyboard and would not let you talk to it to get it to respond. Crystal was so helpful. She did not give up and finally got it to work. She is a great employee. Thank you

Fantastic service the store was extremely busy and they were able to help everyone in a timely manner. Moving my stuff to my new phone took a long time since I never knew how to back it up and the 3 girls that work there made it a fun experience with chit chat and teaching me how to use my new iPhone. You can really tell that Crystal the store manager has her thumb on what’s going on and knows her stuff. I wish more retail stores were like this. ( she even told me some pretty cool places to camp!)

This store is awesome! The employees here at this location are the reason I am still with Verizon. Andrew and his team have really helped us get into new phones and helped us get the best value on our plan. Crystal helped us the first time, but theyre all pleasant to talk to. Come to this super helpful store. They made it easy for us older folks to understand the phones better. They are so nice and patient. We used to go to the Spanish fork store and had horrible experiences. Now we enjoy going to this store and being treated so nicely.

They said over the phone they could put in a Verizon sim card and activate my unlocked at&t phone to Verizon after I gave them my IMEI but when I went in they said they couldnt because their computer wouldnt let them because they believed it was a 72 hour wait period even though they said they could do it over the phone. So I wait 3 days and then I went over and they said the same thing again I showed them my at&t email saying it had been unlocked but they didnt care to look at it I EVEN went next door to the at&t guy and said that it had been unlocked and that it takes 24 TO 72 hours. So I went back and they said it still wouldnt work on the computers so I called the other Verizon store and told them my situation and he said no problem just put in a Verizon sim card and do it on the website... So thats what I did and now it works fine. Nice girls but very incompetent.

Alex Ames is an absolutely superb representative for Verizon! He provides outstanding customer service. He is knowledgeable about your products and services. He readily solved 4 of 5 problems I had with my cell phone, then continued to work with tech support for 1-1/2 hours to resolve the last issue. It is readily apparent that he takes pride in his work. I visited this Verizon store again this week. I go to this store because its the closest Verizon store that carries GoWireless. I have been greatly helped by Tyson and Crystal. Crystal sold my wife and I phones over a year ago. We have been in 3 or 4 times since. Crystal is always helpful and patient. We love our phones but especially her customer service..

I got two GizmoGadget and he set them up for me and they came with a $25 gift card for each one and he filled out the paperwork for me. A+ service.

So I hope they are upfront with everyone in the future.First review: Horrible service. I have never been lied to so much from any company. They lied about the $100 discount for me and my wife. They lied about the price of my phone. The lied about customer services ability to help me.They are all clean cut nice looking young men, and they lie. Either that or they have been trained all wrong.

They assisted us as much as Verizon would allow. They helped us with some phone screen issues but werent allowed to help with another in store. I wont be getting the liquid screen protectors again. We purchased them from an Arizona Verizon retailer but they both failed within a couple days and my wifes in two weeks.This store in Payson was friendly and assisted us with a few issues and an extra charge issue from the az store. I have been in twice and the customer service has been exceptional. I recommend this store.

I bought the new iPhone 5 and to keep my current contract plan grandfathered in they had to place the plan under my wifes number, but they said they would activate it to my number. Apparently they forgot and I had said something that got dismissed during the set up. Well over an hour that day at the store, they set it up to the wrong number...promised me it would be ready the next day, it wasnt...the third day we still had problems. By this time I was a steaming mad customer and wanted to know what they would do to keep my business. They wouldnt take accountability for their mistake, didnt apologize or fix the system problems, instead they said that they had already gone above and beyond to help me get my phone set up correctly. Needless to say that after purchasing multiple phones and over $200 in accessories through this store, I will NEVER pay another dime there due to poor systems processes and customer service.

Trying to activate an iphone 5 that the customer service rep couldnt figure out and walked in the store and they had me up and rolling in no time at all. Very friendly staff and very clean store. We ordered a phone from these guys a week after the date the said it would be here we went and got our money back. They tried to refuse to give my money back untill the phone actually arrived i had to yell at them to get my money back. Went to the spanish fork store the phone was $150 cheaper no hasle or hoops to jump through. Dont give these people your buisness you can save a lot of money and headachs by driving to spanish fork.

In all my years of dealing with Verizons customer service (or rather lack of) I have grown to love going to myBullfrog. Up until 6 weeks ago, I lived in Sandy and would go to myBullfrog near my house. All of the people that worked there were great. After moving to Payson, I was worried that it wouldnt be the same. I was proven wrong; everyone there was wonderful and patient with me, and at one point an employee showed up for her shift, saw that I was there with my daughter - took it upon herself to go get some paper and pens for my daughter to draw. Then, when my daughter was done drawing (as 3 yr old get bored easily) took her over to one of their display Ipads and played games until I was finished.

Nate was the best Verizon customer service person I met. So help full.

I was just in this store looking for a charger for a htc x8. They said they had never heard of this phone I told them that it is a windows phone that is when they told me I must have a nokia lumia and htc doesnt make a windows. I think it would be better for them if they knew about phones and brands. Consequently they didnt have a htc charger and they told me it doesnt matter. I have had 2 brand new phones die this week and that is what verizon suggested I try to fix it.Bullfrog wireless try listening to your customer it appears they know more then you do.
