Ive dealt with Phoenix a couple times now and I hope this review gets to people. The staff is excellent. Among the most fair Ive ever dealt with. And on top of that their repair costs are second to none. Being your business here!

Charged me $50 just to prop open the hood of my car, Took only 8 minutes to do, I then later asked around just get laughed at.***update***Thank you for reaching out to me, but unfortunately more than 3 very respectable experienced Mechanics say otherwise. This is not very honest when you overcharged a costumer and no receipt was printed to show me what exactly was performed on my vehicle to cost so much. I went to you the first time for an overheating car, $250 was paid for 5 more days of cruising just to break down on i95.2 visits$300 dollarsAnd the same outcome.In fact the cable you re routed was cut too far near the spring it never reopened after that visit. This was explained to me by another mechanic.

I rear ended a van down the road from here after they stopped short, and I brought my car here for repairs. They fixed my leaking antifreeze and which would have cost upwards of $400 but they did it for $137. Jeremy is an awesome mechanic and very nice, I came without an appointment on a Saturday and they had me out in under 3 hours. Waiting room is nice too, it’s air conditioned with a bathroom, water cooler, and a microwave. Would definitely come here again.

If you consider that your car has any value, let this place be the very last option on your list of auto body shops. Only 10 years of auto body experience which is paired with the poor craftmanship of their jobs. My truck was supposed to be given a good paint job and what I got was spots, parts that were unpainted and they lost a good portion of the parts that I bought with my own money.

Recently moved to the area and found this place they do great work and have a great turn around on the time to fix cars.....prices are always good and the staff always makes time to make sure you are informed and never performs any extra work with out your consent I will always take my car to them as my first choice highly recommended if you need a mechanic

Fantastic service and great honest people

These guys are great honestly. I had a crack in my radiator and needed a new one in as soon as possible well everywhere I went either had a ridiculous price tag or couldnt get me in for like a week. When I called Phoenix they said we could bring over in an hour, he took a look, left to make a quote and said he could have it done in like 3 or 4 hours. We got a call to come pick up they car a little two hours later. And when we got there not only had they fixed the radiator but he had replaced some clips that had been gone since we bought the car. Honestly thats true service and it doesnt get any better. Fair prices and quality work is what youll get here .

Had a check engine light come on. On my way home from work the took me right in and was in and out in a hour was so thankfull to them for there help I live far away and greatly appreciate there help and not a bad price
