I have been dealing with Jims Auto for over 30 years. I would not trust my vehicle with any other repair shop.Over the years, I have had dozens auto body & mechanical repairs completed by Jims. The Mechanic is highly trained and the bodywork guys pay attention to detail. I have had everything from an engine swap on our VW Beetle Bug to a near total loss repair on my SAAB 95s.The Company supports the community and the late Jim was very active with the Veterans Association.Robby, the owner is a straight shooter, There are high levels of integrity in the oftentimes difficult, frustrating process of experiencing a wreck. They will arrange a rental car and deliver your repaired vehicle back to you totally reconditioned, inside & out...I cant say enough good things about Jims Auto Body.Thank You to all the staff at Jims for keeping our vehicles safe and looking new for all these years!From a small scratch to a large dent, or even frame repair- you can and should bring your vehicle to Jims.Having extensive experience with ALL insurance companies, Robby will make sure that the hassles of paperwork and fuss is taken care of for you.As I say, every time I pick up our cars, its like it never happened.

Not very knowledgeable. They are in cahoots with the city of Pawtucket so be ready to be screwed somehow. With so many Towers and Auto Sales out there this should not be one of your choices. Cars seen there were lack luster and overpriced from what was seen.

First time using them and no complaints. Thank you guys for getting me out of the jam I was in with my truck! They told my husband give us a call back when your ready to get it towed and they would send out a tow right away. They did!! Not a single hassle like other tow companies we called before.

RUDEST people I have even had the displeasure of meeting !!! My friend got into an accident and I was unable to get my personal favorite towing company to get the car as the police had to call this awful Jim’s towing. I asked the driver to call my body shop to arrange for him to bring it there and he gave me nasty look and said I don’t know when I can in the rude degrading tone. I DIDNT ASK HIM WHEN HE CAN I JUST ASKED IF HE CAN CALL. I will never use this place willingly ever and i will forever discourage people for using this place. The driver should be embarrassed to have treated 2 young girls like that. Totally not okay.

Honest,best price, excellent work!They did`t charge me for anything that did`t need to be done .The price ended up to be 4 times less that I was given in Attleboro!I has been a few month since my car was restored after hitting jersey barrier. It is fine and no problems. Thank you Jim`s auto!

My go-to car repair spot. Ive turned a few wrenches in my time, but Ive gotten to old (and lazy, and dont have a good spot) to crawl under tailpipes. First rate work, and no rip off!
