They take money for the jobs and tell u they were done when they werent had a allinement done in late July when i bought new tires so i took along trip so when i got back. I had my shocks and stuts done so i brought in back to get another allinement to only find out that they say they cant do it cause i dont have the adjustable cam bolts when they supposedly did the allinement in july without those bolts there crooks so dont trust them just got another allinement at another place and didnt need those adjustable bolts thany you broadway tire there where its at

It was my 1st time here the service was great fixed my car so fast and the price was great thank you guys again.

I stopped in at 2pm (they close at 4:30pm)on Wednesday with two flat snow blower tires. The woman behind the front desk told me that they were not taking any more customers for the day and they could not help me. This is seriously a 5-10 minute job that would really help out a customer, but they couldn’t be bothered to do that. I do understand that this is a small job. Some places won’t even charge a fee to fill up those tires. That’s not how businesses thrive, though. This small job may lead to larger jobs in the future.So, the very next day we have a snow storm and get about 12 inches of snow. That snowblower really would have come in handy for that storm, but I’m glad to hear that business is so good there that they are able to turn away customers that walk through the door. I’ll tell you what, I won’t walk through those doors again.

Bought a used tire on 5/4 and on 5/8 it was flat.....need it replaced again.....cost me $75 to have my spare put back on.....not good service

Cant say enough about my visit to Warren Tire. I needed a tire replaced immediately for safety concerns and they were there when I needed them. The girl at the window was so helpful and went outside to get my tire size. Within minutes someone came and got my van and the work began. It only took them maybe 10 minutes to replace the tire. I paid my bill and went to my van where the tech and I exchanged small talk about tires. Then I was off. Probably took about 20 minutes to have a brand new tire installed. Couldnt have been more happy. Kudos to Warren for great service. Price was reasonable too. 5 out of 5 stars. Plus they carry Cooper Tires which I used to get at Bennys. Looks like I found a new place for my tires. Wanna thank everyone at Warren for a great experience.

Had a issue with one of my tires they fixed it but then had another issue leading to me replacing it. They kindly credited me for previous repairs and replaced tire. The women took care of me support local business. I own Jimmy’s PortSide and family owned since 1956. We need to support local family owned business.

I took my 2017 Camaro to have the tires balanced because of vibrations when driving at high speeds, but after the balance was complete I noticed deep scratches on the inside of the rim from their method of removing the adhesive that held the old tire weights on. The job didn’t even fix the vibrations. I then took my car to a body shop and paid $300 dollars for the scratch repair. I also went to another tire shop, and was told the weights used by Warren Tire were a cheap brand, another $110 dollars. So all in all, a lot of money wasted at Warren Tire for a careless job done.

The women at the front desk was very nice attentive and knowledgeable, it was convenient, they had the part that I needed which was a tire sensor so that was positive and it took about 20 minutes or so to do it. They had the best rates too. I would recommend people to go there.

To anyone searching for a great service center.My daughter had mechanical problems with her Chevrolet Cruz and Warren Tire came highly recommended where she was working during her summer internship. I live 2 1/2 hours away from Warren Tire, so I had to trust whatever I was told. Knowing my daughter lives an hour from work Jimmy (Owner) got the job done the next day. It was a matter of waiting for 2 parts to be delivered the next morning. The price was quite the surprise. It was more reasonable than I ever expected. Another problem, unrelated to the first, happened 2 weeks later. Knowing my daughter was leaving RI to return home and go back to college, they could have made up any diagnosis but they didnt. Jimmy called me and explained the problem which was a noise caused by moisture and once it dries out the noise will go away and it did. Jimmy is a true gentleman to talk to. He is a man of integrity and I was able to trust him being 2 1/2 hours away, with my daughter and her car. His price for the job cant be beat. His receptionists are wonderful and a pleasure to talk to. When you talk to Jimmy, you feel as though youve know him forever.Quality, Price, Honesty, Trustworthiness and Personality. Went in due to a weird noise from my car and they told me it was my right strut so they “fixed” it. A week later it was making the same noise again. Went in again and they told me to just drive it on the highway. My car was still making the same noise. Brought my car in again and they said this time it was my left strut so they “fixed” it and charged me double the labor this time. $500 total down the drain. My car is in worst condition than before I brought my car to get fixed here. So disappointed. Please take your money somewhere else.

AVOID. Easily the most unprofessional experience of any automotive service Ive ever gotten.Made an appointment last week. Gave them my info, my car make, etc. Asked them if it being a Tesla would a problem. Nope. Its fine. I took them at their word, since most tire places know how to lift a Tesla vehicle - its not all that different from any other.After putting new rims and tires in the car, shoveling out my driveway, and having my wife leave work to take me back, I arrive at Warren Tire. I tell them that I have an appointment - they take all my info again as if I never made one (what was the point of asking for it over the phone?). Since Im now wary, I again ask, your lifts can handle Teslas right? You just lift at the lift points? Woman at the desk cannot answer this and goes to ask the owner.After 5 minutes of waiting, the desk woman, not the owner, comes back and tells me that they cant take my car. We dont do Teslas.Imagine that? Instead of telling me this on the phone when I went to make the appointment, they wait until I pack everything up and my wife and I drive there to inform me that they cannot take my car. The owner didnt even have the class or professionalism to tell me himself.Ive advised my wife and my father in law who takes his 3 cars in twice a year of what happened. Well all be going to Broadway Tire and I advise you to as well. Its a few hundred feet up the street - and they have no problem with Teslas.

This is my first ever car experience. I am a new driver so once I seen the tire pressure light come on on the dashboard, I got super nervous. I checked my tire and seen there was a nail stuck on my rear passenger tire. My friends told me hey jess, it’s no biggie. Just get it plugged and it’s not even an expensive issue. So me being me, I decided to google a tire shop near me and Warren Tire was rated high AND it was down the street from my job. I decided to give it a try and I’m so happy that I did. Kano was super helpful and seen the nail in my tire without even saying anything when I pulled up. He took my tire off and went to the back and when he came back, he told me the nail wasn’t the issue at all and wasn’t causing a slow leak. He put air in my other tires and said the one he took off was the only one that was low. So he said hold on, I’m going to take the tire apart and see if it’s a different issue. TADA! It was just that. He took me to the back and showed me inside of my tire, it had already been plugged from a previous car owner and he said it was an easy fix. This whole process took maybe 25 minutes and I left a happy customer and will be a returning one at that. Super happy that I had someone who took his time and was able to resolve the issue. Thank you again Kano!

Rob and his crew are respectful and nice.My friend from dunkin donuts highly recommend this company, because he sells tires from little car tires to big dump truck tires, even snow tires.I broke down on the side of the highway with my truck and was very worried because it was a dangerous situation; I needed help fast and I called Rob and he was out to my truck in about 20 minuets. He really saved me. I would defiantly use him in the future.Even better than AAA!

Pleasantly surprised by the service I received today. Before heading out to work this morning I discovered that one of my tires had a bubble in it. As a woman I am always weary of being taken advantage of any time I need work on my car especially given that I dont have much to go off of other than online reviews. Im also in my 20s, riddled with student loans so money is tight for me a solid 75% of the time and I wasnt trying to spend an arm and a leg on this. I googled nearby shops, this being one of the first popping up. I didnt bother calling in ahead of time to see if they had the size I need in stock, I just showed up. The lady working the front desk greeted me warmly, I told her what I needed, they checked the back, found a used tire (pretty decent quality might I add) for me at $30 and I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. Hoping not to have this happen again, but would go back in the event I need to without any hesitation.
