I had called and asked if they are able to scan a document onto my USB. They said yes. I told them that I was on my way. When I got there I was ignored. I had to tell them to take care of me while standing online forever. I mentioned that I had called. Then they proceeded to say that they dont scan documents onto a USB. I responded by saying that I had just called over the phone they had said that they do scan documents onto the usB. I just dont understand why lie over the phone? Maybe I dont look Colombian enough.

This company is awful. I called ahead and spoke to a rep who told me to come in and when I arrived I was told that I couldnt be helped because I was a first time client and the manager was not there. This is not customer service. This is bad business.
The service they provide as well as the attention to the public has been excellent for us Latinos
I had a bad experience with them ... I sent a box to Colombia and they opened it, things arrived damaged including my television, they did not respond to me for anything because supposedly as a company they are not responsible for damages or losses, I have sent in other places where They take care of any damage or loss, I am so sorry to have chosen this lousy site and also so expensive that they charge to send my box to Colombia,
They have a very special service, they are very attentive and always ready to serve the customer.
Apart from the fact that they charge so expensive, they dont care about your things, just the money, very bad attention, I made a shipment and everything arrived damaged, I made a complaint and they have not responded, I will not go to this site again and I do not recommend it to anyone 😡
