AVOID:I have sent a few thing over the pass year to my Son and wife in Colombia and never with any issues at all. first time using this ZAI cargo company and not only I was charge and additional $72 dollar, the box was delivered in a complete mess and was missing items. the customer service was unreliable and seem very sketchy. so unprofessional. Here in Cali, the woman in charge of a badly faced woman did not want to receive my complaint, arguing that they do not change the boxes and as expected something was missing and as this something was not declared then there was nothing to do. They take out what is not declared. I have lived for a long time in the United States and I know that there if someone steals your mail that is a federal crime, good bars await you for that reason people refrain from committing crimes. Conclusion they rob you here in Colombia that is almost normal, here nobody answers for anything, these countrymen without exception are rats.
