I used them once before and although this time they were somewhat unresponsive to my calls, in the end they came in a timely manner and did a good job. The crew was very neat and nothing was damaged

Over the past four years I have used Long Island Lumberjack three times to have various trees removed and stumps ground along with trimming other trees and removing brush. Every experience has been a good one. The last was today, March 26, 2019. Joe Weber and his crew arrived on time. They quickly and safely took down two Black Locust trees, ground the stumps, removed the surface roots all within the first 90 minutes. They then proceeded to remove an old wood pile, a large rotten log and a pile of brush. Next they used their bucket truck to trim and cut a number of high branches over hanging the street. When they left the yard was spotless. They did a GREAT job. Kudos to Joe and his crew.

These guys were good safe and fast.You will have to wait because he was cheaper than everybody else. A lot of the other guys were a ripoff. This guy Dave was fair and honest.Worth the wait.

Excellent company. I needed them for a tree removal in the yard after some high winds and they came the very next day. Everything was done as explained. Would recommend without hesitation.

Joe the worker was trimming trees next door, on the coldest day of the year! I had him remove and trim a few of mine..very professional and clean up was amazing! I would highly recommend this company!

They left 2ft. holes all over my backyard that they said I had to fill back in, even though it started on the contract that they were to level everything back to grade. Left a 3ft. Pile of mulch in my front yard and littered there garbage all over my lawn. Would not recommend them.

Runaway from this guy. He came over marked all the trees with paint and said he would cut them down next week. He did not show up. I called and he said he would come the following week on Thursday. He called Thursday morning and said he was on his way just a little late but said he would be there for sure. He never showed up I called he did not return my calls. This guy made me wait weeks and just never showed up no call no reason. Dont waste your time.

These guys worked so fast...on a very hot humid day! Took down a couple of dead trees and removed an old wood pile....and cleaned everything up like they were never there.Hire them.

Update : Major miscommunication, deposit refunded. I only wish I waited and had them do the work.

Dave the owner did work for us 20 yrs ago and we called him back to work for us last summer and did excellent work and we will be using him in the future.
