I’ve had State Farm as my insurance for a long time. My experience with all representatives, especially Lori and Liz, has always been a very positive one. They listen, they explain everything carefully, and I truly feel as if they always have my back. They try to do the best for me every time I call which is rather often with three young adult children! The fact that I feel they truly care about me, is priceless. They are just lovely people and I would recommend this insurance agency without hesitation. Thank you for caring!!!!

Exceptional customer service! Lori answered all my questions and helped me determine the correct coverage. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. They even had a kids section with plenty to entertain them while we talked.

I have been working with Steve for many years. I have both business and personal policies with him. He and his staff are very knowledgeable about their products and their customer service is always excellent. They are a pleasure to do business with.

Everyone there is great. The agent Steve and his wife couldnt be more kind and helpful. Alex one of the agents is also so helpful and nice. Give them a call for all insurance needs you will not be disappointed.

I rarely leave reviews, and Im only disappointed that I cant leave zero stars. Ive been with State Farm for over a decade, and I recently got a new car. When I had to add my fiancé to the policy, it was far cheaper to use his insurance company, and we attempted to cancel my policy. Lori from the office could not have been more condescending while speaking in circles. Although new insurance began in March, and we spoke in April, upon calling today, she said that we spoke in May. It was also too late for any retroactive refund because, although it showed up on my bank statement now, it has been over 30 days, and they cannot process returns past 30 days. If it was just about the money, I would have shrugged it off. Im leaving the review because every time I have spoken with Lori, she has been deeply unpleasant to work with. If you want to be patronized, by all means, use this agency.

My fiancé and I have worked with the agent Alex at this state farm building to bundle our new home, car and life insurance . He has been wonderful, so easy going and made sure we had the best possible rates and that we fully understood what we were paying for. Definitely would recommend this insurance company and Alex is definitely one of the best people weve worked with throughout all of our new purchases!

I think monkeys could do a better job than the people at this office. When we wanted to cancel our policy, they cancelled my Father-In-Laws instead. NO, my husband is not a JR and NO, we do not live in the same town. When we call to get it straightened out, there wasnt even an Im sorry for the mistake or What can I do to correct the problem?. Nothing. Then they send my Father-In-Law a check (still wrong!) and never even bothered to call to say they still cant get it right! Its been about a month and it still isnt correct! AWFUL!
