This insurance agency is great! I’ve been very happy with their service especially after I had a pipe burst in my house. They took care of the claim quickly and even brought over space heaters for my home to provide heat while the repair was being made. I’ve recommended them to several of my friends.

While placing business with Bay Harbor I have worked with I found the staff helpful and intuitive with the nuances of many types of personal and commercial products. The agency has the pen to several hard to get specialty carriers.In this cyber age of trolls it is easy to spread negative things about anyone with out repercussions. I deeply apologize that your agency has been dragged into something you have nothing to do with.

Could be better but have great working relationship

I have been dealing with John for alittle over 2 years. And he is awsome. He is always there to help when I have a question about something. He was able to save me alot of money from What I was paying with Allstate. Him and his team are there for you no matter what. I have to say that I recently got a new car and I texted John to let him know that it was ok to talk to the car company and Savannah still called to ask If it was ok to talk to them, and wouldnt until she heard back from me. And when I gave her the ok she told me everything I need to ask when I went to pick up my car. She reassured me that if I need anything, anything at all just to call and they will help me. She made me feel so relaxed that I was in good hands. They really are a great company and are willing to help in any way they can. I would and have sent some friends and family there way because of how happy i have been with them. Thanks for all you guys do.

They charged me a $500 broker fee and never provided me quotes. Refused to refund my money. Said their to busy and they need time. Scammers! Help!!
