Great service! We missed them the first time they were available to tow our vehicle. So, after attempting to contact us three times they charged my card $49, which was ok with me because they were at the site where we needed service but, we werent. So, after making contact with them we requested that theyd come back out and they agreed but we had to wait an hour because the tow driver moved on to another job. We waited at the site and the tow driver showed up before we expected. He towed our car home, they never charged my card the $49 and everything was smooth. The tow truck driver was very courteous and professional. Yes, I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of service.

This company towed my truck yesterday and they gave me excellent service and reasonable price. They take cash or cards on site on pay over the phone with card. I was very pleased with their performance.

My car just stop working on the bridge, call Olympus towing, the tech come down here and saw I was stuck on the bridge. He normally does pickup customer on the bridge due to safy.. lucky for for he did..

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Popped two tires ran something over. This company was out to me within 30 mins and had my car loaded and ready to take to my house. Very friendly and very professional. Was able to help me get my car safley home.

I got stuck on the freeway on my way home from work, I called Olympus Towing and Yoel showed up in less than 20min. Great service and great price, Ill mostly call them again if I ever need emergency towing or roadside assistance.

Waited over an hour to pay 280 got a jump and one gallon of gas... which I don’t why he charged me for gas when I specify i didn’t need it

I will never use this tow service again. I called them to tow my car in downtown Pasadena just few miles away from their office at 4:24 pm. The tow truck actually showed at 7:30pm, after 3+ hours of waiting. My numerous calls were transferred between confused dispatchers and technicians and I was given time estimates between 15 and 30 minutes. Never again.

Great service. Very professional. Work truck broke down on the way home. Having a big truck its hard to find a company that can actually tow my truck. Luckly i was able to get a hold of olympus towing and they were able to send out a big enough tow truck to tow my truck back to my shop. Also the price was very reasonable to the size truck i had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The worst place to call and get a tow from they way over charge and they lie about they eta. I waited for almost 10 hours for the truck when they told me it would be there in 2 hours. And if you cancel they still charge you 50 bucks. So dont give your money to these crooks!!!

Great service my car broke down they gave me great and fast customer service and a good reasonable price comparing to other companies i would use them again and recommend them to anybody.

My daughters car became mechanically disabled near her home & she took it around the corner to a general repair shop...nice guys but they werent equipped to properly diagnose the many issues.The closest technically oriented repair shop was 41 miles away. GEICOs roadside assistance generously offers up to 20 miles Point A->Point B + hook up charge.We were faced with the additional 21 miles @$10/miles.Enter Hawk Towing~Susan, Mick, Melissa, Christina & Rhianna ALL went the extra mile to persuade GEICO to cooperate with Hawk Towing to get my daughters car all the way up to the technically equipped repair facility.We are most appreciative & thankful to Hawk Towing for taking a very bad situation making this happen for us.We would highly recommend Hawk Towing to anyone who really needs a towing company to go the extra mile for them :)
