I spoke to Harry and he wont resolve this so im posting my experience.My car is disabled (tie rod) and i asked for a flatbed because it has all wheel drive system.Driver showed up almost 2 hours later and said he couldnt help unless i had a tow hook. So he glanced around the car and didnt see any hook at sight and said he couldnt help me. So i started looking and found it. i quickly approched him showing the hook. He said he couldnt help me and didnt want to explain again. And he already call someone else to come out.Well i called the office and no one was coming out and now im calling AAA for a different tow company.The managers at the office were not helpful and this was my experience.I hope they improve. And hopefully this review helps.3/16/21 responding to owners response.I feel owner did not address to my complains. Just excuses.Yes, you were hired to do the towing job. Yes its through AAA. But you were hired to do the job. Its not like a different company was hired and showed up late and couldnt tow an car like this. See picture.If you are not able to tow car car in this condition, maybe you should let your customer know in advance. Dont call you if car has any accident damage like this? You are welcome to use this picture and post on your website as an example that you wont tow cars in this condition.Shame on you.

The professionalism of the people I came in contact made me realize that the car was truly in good hands until I decided to take my next step. ARS was very knowledgeable and very helpful after my nephew had a minor car accident. They towed his car to their shop and stored it until we could find a repair shop and then they towed it to the repair shop for a reasonable fee... They are also an AAA Affiliated Tow Facility. Definitely would recommend Affordable Roadside Service!

5 stars for the customer service!My cars Anti-Theft system was keeping me from starting the car so I called Affordable to have it towed to the dealer. They were extremely nice about my situation and the price was reasonable. After I got off the phone I was able to push the car to a better position for the driver to load it, and for whatever reason I decided to try to start it one more time and lo and behold, it started. I called the company again to tell them what happened and told me that it was ok and theyll cancel the pick up (the driver was extremely close by too) I felt bad but they were perfectly fine with it and wished me the best with the car.Thanks again guys!

Carlos V. was excellent this morning. My five year old battery in my 2001 Land Cruiser finally died. AAA dispatched him and he was at my house in 30 minutes. The battery was shot and he got AAA to approve a new one and I was on my way in no more than 40 minutes. Will definitely recommend.

My car wouldnt start after being parked at a commuter bus lot all day. Chris came to check my car. He was very thorough and polite. After performing several tests, he gave my battery a boost and I was good to go! This was the best roadside service experience Ive had in a long time. Thank you Chris!

They towed my Jaguar and damaged the car and took no responsibility for it. They strapped the car down but failed to ensure the straps were properly placed. The damage resulted in rubbed off paint on the wheel arches. I didn’t assume I needed to supervise them!In addition, it took two different teams. One to change a tire so we could move the car out of the parking garage and a second person to tow the car. The first damaged the center wheel hub - fortunately the dealer replaced that for free and the second caused the damage to the wheel arches.With 2,000 miles on my car I now have to live with seeing damage caused by incompetent people who took no responsibility for not being professional. Be aware!!!Update:July 6, 2019In response to them. It wasn’t the company that changed the tire but the tow company that damaged the car with their strap hold downs

I needed to tow my car for some repairs today so called ARS. Within 30 minutes, my car was on a shiny flatbed truck headed to my dealers shop. The truck operator, Tony L, was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Its so great to know that professional towing help is just a phone call away!

Estimates on when they would be there were way off. When I first called they said they would be there in 30 minutes. After an hour I called and they said they would be there in 30 minutes. After another 30 minutes, they called me and said they would be there in 10 minutes. They finally came about 20 minutes later.Long story short, they said it would take 30 minutes to get there and it ended up taking them almost two and a half hours. I dont have a problem with them taking 2.5 hours to get there (I understand them being busy/trucks already on routes) but we would have changed our plans if we knew it was going to take 2.5 hours and not 30 minutes that they originally told me. I think they purposely kept telling us it would only be 30 minutes so we wouldnt call another towing company.I would give 1 star based on that. But the driver was very friendly and helpful.

Had an untimely flat and called ARS to come change my tire. They responded within 30minutes. The repairman, Gil, was excellent and made my afternoon more relaxing by leading me to a tire repair shop for further assistance. I highly recommend them and hope if you call you have Gil respond.

They damaged my car and deny doing damage. Refused to repair my car do be careful if yoi use them they will not take libility for their mistake. They are the worst company for me to deal with very nasty.

Have a flat on my 2000 Cherokee with 31 inch tires and like every other Jeep owner with larger tires I didnt have a spare. Called AAA and they sent ARS over and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Tee was the tow truck driver and he had my Jeep loaded up and on its way to the tire shop very quickly. Recently I needed a tow. So, I called AAA and they dispatched a towing service to my location. Which at the time was a theater that was 117 miles from my mechanic. After a reasonable wait, ARS showed up, and things immediately began to improve. The drivers name was Chris, and from the get go his demeanor and professionalism made a frustrating situation much better. As an experienced driver for FedEx for many years, I knew right away this young man was a pro. He had me hooked up and secure in just a few minutes and we were on our way. During our trip, we had conversations covering many topics. Life, family, travel, and numerous other topics. Not once during our trip did Chris ever forget about safety!!! I normally do not like riding shotgun, but Chris gave me absolutely nothing to worry about. Rambling somewhat I know, but I want to make clear to ARS and anyone thinking of using them that this man is an asset to the company!!! Chris, you know who you are. Well done!!

The ARS Truck are located on the parking lot of the abandoned Pasadena Skating Rink. The photo was photoshopped showing AAA and ARS Logo on the building. This towing business is located across the highway in a fenced in lot and not in the Pasadena Skating Rink parking lot.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Both Employees I spoke to over the phone sounded annoyed and impatient when I told them about my situation, and there was no way of helping me. If youre stuck, dont call them.

Unfortunately I had the misfortune of having AAA send a truck from ARS Towing to tow my vehicle today We were told by AAA that it would be a half hour wait. The drive had to call us twice before showing up an hour later, The driver and helper seemed to be over-matched trying to figure things out. They were also very hard to understand because they didnt speak English very well. They insisted on having a police officer come to sight to protect them from traffic. After waiting another hour, the police never showed up so they decided to do what they should have done in the first place load the vehicle on the truck. I would never recommend to anyone that needs a tow truck. They were the worst i have ever seen.

I am a AAA member for over 20 years and have used them for anything from tows to tire changes.Well I broke down on interstate 97 in annapolis called AAA after getting off the phone with AAA 5 minutes later I get a call from Chris a driver with ARS TOWING he was very friendly called me by my name and gave me an eta of 15 minutes.Well 10 minutes later he arrives in a beautiful and clean state of the art tow truck.5 minutes later we were loaded and in tow to my mechanic offered me a bottle of water and was very good conversation during the ride.If you ever need any roadside assistance I would recommend chris and ARS TOWING .I wish every business was as professional as these guys in a stressful situation.THANKS CHRIS AND ARS TOWING 👍🏻
