Thank you guys for picking up our bucket truck off the side of 695. The other companies we called acted as if it would be an inconvenience and we’re way more expensive. Will be calling again. They deserve less than 1 star. I waited almost 4 hours for them to just never show up. The eta said arriving soon for over an hour. My insurance company tried to call them and couldnt reach anyone. please avoid this company if you can. Thank god I wasnt stuck in the middle of nowhere in the heat of the summer just waiting for this terrible company to come take my car.

Like many others blaze was contacted by my insurance company. I saw these reviews and was a little worried, but thankfully the driver I had was great. I wish I had gotten his name. He was friendly and knew exactly where we were going even though it was well away from Pasadena. I am pleased with the service I received. Keep it up

My insurance company contacted them at 0615 to come and tow my vehicle. My first encounter was nothing but attitude- from a MAN. Then when I called back because it was close to ETA he had even more attitude. That’s how we treat our Armed Forces....not a problem. I politely informed my insurance company of their professionalism and asked them to cancel the tow. I rather give my business to someone who wants it.

Kia roadside assist assigned them. I was a bit nervous after reading these reviews but my experience wasnt bad. The driver was a bit late but knew what to do & didnt take long. All professional.

I was assigned Blaze Towing by my insurance company. I was stuck in my car. I couldn’t leave my car due to where I was. Immediately after I get assigned Blaze Towing I received a call from them telling me that I should call back my insurance company to find another tow truck that could get to me faster. Yeah I didn’t want to wait 2 hours for them. My insurance company called Blaze to see if they could get to me faster and this made Blaze Towing upset so Blaze Towing canceled on me. I sat in my car for a total of 8 hours until I finally found another Tow Truck company to come and get me. It all started with Blaze Towing being unprofessional with me. Forever and a day I would never ever use Blaze Towing again!!!!!!

They were fast, professional, and was very careful with my car as to not scrape the nose since vehicle is lowered. Actually, checked the front of the car three times before moving it forward onto the rollback. He then transported the vehicle off the hwy and took it to their towing business to get a special size socket to remove blown tire. He could have just towed the car to the repair shop and was done with it. It actually took longer to help me the way he did. He helped me get the spare on, and then I was on my way. Very much appreciated, and they are professional.

My insurance contacted Blaze to tow my car to the shop. We sat for three hours before getting a call from the driver. He said he was 17 miles away. It’s mid afternoon (around 2 pm). No traffic. 30 minutes later I call to ask for an ETA. I have been waiting 3 1/2 hours now. Driver gets rude. Tells me he’s not in a Ferrari. I asked for an ETA again and he lies and says he’s in the parking lot but he’s not going to get my car. Tells me to call someone else. I am by the entrance to the parking lot. He’s nowhere near me. Rude, late, unprofessional and incompetent. That’s the nicest thing I can say for this company. Going to do my best to remove them from my insurance company’s list of service providers.

Horrible company. Rude drivers. Not wearing a mask. When you call to talk to them they have attitude and use profanity and name calling when they were wrong with a job. When you try to call the office to report the drivers no one answers! Terrible! Will never use again!

This is the worst tow company in america!!! They are not worthy of even operating, there us dot and mc numbers need to be revoked permanently. Any company or corperation doing business with this company can only want to fail. They have the worst customer service period. If my insurance company every try to use this company for service I will cancel my insurance with no question.

This company was assigned to me through my car insurance provider. They arrived quickly and dropped off my car to the dealer I specified. However, when I called the dealer the next day, they stated they couldnt find my car and there was nothing in the night-drop off box. When they eventually found my car at the back of their lot, they found the key on the front seat of my car. This company shouldnt be allowed to continue operating.

My insurance company set me up with Blaze. They were supposed to be there in an hour. After the time promised, I called and called and called. No answer and the mailbox was full so you couldnt leave a message. Horrible communication and customer service. I would give negative stars if I could, they dont even deserve the one star I was forced to give them. If you are thinking about using them, DONT and call anyone else!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE 40 MINUTES AND DID NOT SHOW UNTIL 3HOURS AND 35 MINUTES LATER THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!

My insurance company sent Blaze Towing. They took 3 hours to come. The owner is very unprofessional. I really don’t understand how a insurance company will even consider this company, I don’t know how they found this company but this company needs new management.

Driver was great - company deserves negative stars - over 3 1/2 hours with three different times being promised. They didnt answer calls to find out where the tow truck was and apparently they didnt even have an available drive the first time my insurance company contacted them.

Scheduled for 430. No show. Called at 8 and said he’d had been dispatched elsewhere and my transaction cancelled without any viable explanation. STAY AWAY!!!

My insurance choose this company for my tow. The owner Rick was very unprofessional to say the least. Joe the actual tow truck driver was great. Definitely informing my insurance Co about my experience.

I called Nationwide insurance company at 850pm for a tow truck. They assigned Blaze Towing. The driver called me at 940pm to let me know he was on the way and arrived 10 minutes later in a state of the art flatbed truck. After some brief troubleshooting and verifying my vehicle wouldnt start, it was loaded on the flatbed in a jiffy. We then dropped it off at the service center, I had someone come pick me up from there and I was home by 1020pm. Thank you

I’m stranded and nobody’s picking up the phone it’s supposed to take him an hour to arrive he hasn’t showed up still what else is there for me to do smh! I’m very frustrated I’ve been waiting for hours

Companys hq is 12 minutes from my disabled vehicle. Made me wait 2 1/2 hours then I called them and the man on the phone gave no reason for not showing up. Read google reviews saw that I wasnt the first person to get screwed and cancelled. Huge waste of time. Completely unprofessional. Do not use this company.

If Zero Stars was an option, I’d choose it. They never showed up. I waited on the side of the road for over two hours. They told the insurance company they were onsite and actively towing me, but again they never showed. Roadside service had to call another company.

Horrible. Owner says he truck to pretty to winch a truck out of the grass what a joke. If you don’t want to tow get out of the tow business. And on top of that took two hours to get to me .

Awful. Insurance company used them for roadside service. I was about 3 miles from their office, and have been waiting over 2 hours. They dont answer the phone just send you to a full voicemail.

This placed was “dispatched” by my insurance company and never showed up. I was left stranded on the side of a highway at 11 at night. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Don’t use this company.

Ive been towed by this company two times. Both times the same guy and he was extremely helpful and understanding in both situations.
