Awesome and honest. I called them thinking I needed my car towed because it wouldn’t start. The guy who answered the phone asked me what was wrong with my car. I explained the whole story to him and he told me it was a quick fix and didn’t need a tow. How honest of him! He could’ve just came and towed my car and charged me for it! Wow I’m amazed. There is still some honest businesses out. This is one of them. Thank you Moses!

Horrible service! Took more than an hour to get there, and the guy didn’t know what he was doing.Left the van almost in the middle of the street, my mom had to ask for help to push it to the side of her street. Plus guy got mad for not receiving a tip after that horrible experience. Never using them again 👎🏼

Flat tire on SH-225 at 10:30 pm. Car undrivable. Based on other reviews, I called Moses. They responded right away, towed the car to a safe area, then changed the tire and got us back on the road quickly. Thank you guys for taking care of us.

Very bad experience driver didn’t know what he was doing . They leaked hydraulic oil all over my new drive way scrapped it bad as well . Charged my $95 dollars just to go two blocks down an did more damage to my truck . Now I have 2 pay somebody else to come clean up my drive way an fix it from the mess they made !! I thought they was suppose to help me instead they ended up costing me more on damages an clean up !! 😡 if u love ur car don’t get towed from these ppl .....

I was quoted 135. My card was charged 175. I called and was told I misunderstood and that the quote was 165 and 5.00 each extra mile. I would have called and got extra quotes if it had been 165. Plus, I was not told anything about extra mileage. They were fast, but I do not recommend.

My tow driver Bishoy was very friendly, kind, and patient. I was having an all around rough day but he had very encouraging words for me and was very patient while sorting out the extreme mess with my rental companys roadside instructions. And my actual tow experience was also very fast and efficiently completed even though my car was somewhat blocked in. He did an awesome job with my vehicle all together.

Car broke down today. Called Many wrecker drivers. They either didnt want to get out of bed, didnt have time or some other excuse. I sat in the middle of the road blocking traffic for 2 hours. Called Moses towing and he came to the rescue. Very nice and price very reasonable. I recommend him to EVERYONE.

Locked my keys in my car near fairmont parkway. Found the phone number to this business online and they not only came to help me super quick, but were also waaaaaay cheaper than like 7 other towing company’s I called. The driver unlocked my car in like 7 seconds and was very professional. Would highly recommend.

Called and never showed called again after 30/45 minutes and said “were y’all still gonna be able to make it?” He says “is this for the camry?” I said “no the nissan” he took a long pause and said “ohhh uh its gonna be about an hour” so i said ight and called tow and go (they work for the city of Houston) and literally while on the phone with them a tow and go toe truck was in front, dont know if coincidental or cause an accident just happened moments after needing a toe truck but yes they were quick should have called them first.

Purchased a car tonight and decided to stop at a store. Returned to my car only to find out it wouldnt start.
