I went at this branch to get my own line and to order the iphone 13 max pro. When I got my phone I went to this branch to reactivate it. Only to find out that they disconnected my my account. I waited for 3 hours, and they still want me to go back again. I was passed down to 3 people including the manager, they were all so rude. They were not able to activate my phone after letting me wait 3 hours. The manager was rude, unprofessional and does not know what to do. These people need to be replaced by employees who know they are doing.

This place is Amazing. The experience with Eric was world class. He took the time to print out several reports and went through them diligently. This fellow is super business friendly with high emotional intelligence. Please consider this store as your one and only stop and work with Eric, world class professional.

By far the best experience I’ve had at an AT&T store. Damaged my iPhone and needed to purchase a new one. Their sales rep Ken was very helpful and courteous.

Nelson was a great help. No nonsense. We bought an iPhone for my dad and we’re in and out of there less than a half hour after he helped transfer the info from his older iPhone to the new one.

I’ve come to this store for over a decade and they are always helpful. They can sometimes be out of stock on items you want but they do their very best.

Priscilla at store was excellent but she had to work with ATT on the phone and they are disaster. Worst customer service I have seen in 20 years.

Karla at the Pasadena store was the perfect sales person. Her communication skills, people skills, and over all knowledge of what she was selling was above par. Shes a young lady that should be managing and running her own store. AT&T could never loose with a sales person like her on their team.

This place is awesome ! Nelson was super fast and helpful! Got the iPhone I wanted in literally less than 30 minutes! And got a great plan with all unlimited services at a great cost !

Erick helped me upgrade my iPhone and my wireless plan. After having a terrible experience at the Glendale store, Erick’s kindness and patience redeemed AT&T’s customer service. When I went to Glendale, a young male employee told me that I could not get my daughter a flip phone because she would be bullied. I did not appreciate his parenting advice. Then he told me that he would get me a discount because I was pretty and nice. This is 2021! In stark contrast, Eric was helpful, patient, and kind. He explained wireless plan options and iPhone models and even helped me get a new line for my daughter. He was even able to offer me a discount on my monthly plan, not because I was “pretty and nice” but because of my profession.

Alex and staff are amazing, I was very reluctant to come in and get help but they made my experience the best wireless experience ever.

Came to this store to get new sim card as suggested by the att customer service. Went there, the lady was helpful on getting a new sim card but her manager talked to her and ended up the manager talked to her on the back not to give the sim card. Knew was wrong when the manager followed her around.

After being on hold and getting disconnect with customer service all day, Timothy and manager Jennifer were extremely helpful in solving my issues and explaining my bill to me. They were even able to save me money on a monthly basis. Highly recommend

She was, nay, IS awesome. Verified that I was on the right plan and receiving my veterans discount. If you need anything ask for R U B Y. Dont bother going anywhere else. If shes not working, just go home. Turn around, go back to your car, and do literally anything else. Go read, do some crafts, learn French then come back when shes working. This girl is a true GEM.

Unhelpful and rude associates. Waited over an hour for help (which I understand as they were busy) and the associate refused to help me correct an error they made. Went to another location and received much better service. Pick another store this one is awful.

Earlier this year, my work life balance was non existent so I decided to get a separate phone for work. I’ve been disappointed by other providers in the past so decided to give AT&T a try.Working from home can get pretty monotonous so I was honestly pretty excited for an outing to the Pasadena store. Right when I walked in, I noticed the staff here really goes above and beyond to make customers not only feel helped but also feel safe amidst the current situation.A really sweet girl helped me browse around the models and I was able to ask the manager, Colin, my 99+ questions about starting a new account for work. Overall, the process was super easy and I especially loved shopping through their HUGE variety of phone cases and Pop Sockets!Ladies, they have very aesthetic pop sockets here with embedded daises and sunflowers (!!) which i’ve never seen elsewhere. I’ve been telling my friends from all over LA to make their way to the Pasadena store because the staff is SO helpful here and not rude or distant like other brand’s phone stores. Thanks so much guys and I can’t wait to come back in a few weeks for another aesthetic phone case! ☺️☺️☺️

This AT&T store is bar none the best experience I’ve had when it comes to customer service. Ken was very patient and his manager Colin went above and beyond fixing a situation that started with a salesmen that had come to my home. I was ready to go back to T-Mobile but I have to say this store alone makes me feel about switching my home and cell services.

***BUYER BEWARE*** Shop here at your own risk. I do not normally call people straight up scammers but that is what we have here. My misfortune begins when I was scared into believing I needed a screen protector. The sales girl hastily put it on and when I pointed it out she tried to reassure me that it would be under warrant. Well within two weeks bubbles began to form. I returned to the store and asked them to fix the problem they caused. They told me to go to some other store boutique miles away. Major inconvenience and very poor customer service.

Walking in and making my purchase was very easy. Joe made it happen with my purchase of my Apple air pods pro, which are amazing BTW. I’ve used the regular AirPods for years but these are much better. Sound quality is way better and the noise cancellation is awesome! I did my installment purchase and he was very helpful.

Came yesterday to get a new iPhone and asked Ruby if I could exchange a brand new, never opened phone case that I had gotten from this same store on December 9. Ruby printed the receipt out for me yesterday and said that there was no problem. I came today and Nelson was the guy there who tried to help . I told him what Ruby had told me and he said that he couldnt do the exchange despite of the other employee telling me it was ok to do so. Will never come back to this at&t location. Ruby was great, but Nelson has horrible customer service and an attitude.My previous review is down below. Worst at&t branch ever! Bought 6 Lines with IPhones about a year ago from that store, the staff was kind of in a hurry so the put all of my information wrong, still suffering with customer service every week until this moment to fix what they did! Even when I went there to complain they said “ It’s not our responsibility anymore, call customer service” !! The store manager always grumpy and has the worst attitude ever.

Stop by 8-26-2020 to see my options on new phones since I wanted to upgrade. Was help by Ruby shout out to her she was so helpful and answer all my questions. The AT&T staff at this location is very friendly and helpful. The nearby secure parking is $8.00 and is not validated by AT&T, as it should. General shopping and food is very near and fun. The AT&T store selection of phones to view and buy is limited.
