Mayors action line, great response time in regards to city coming out and clearing city easements thank you on behalf of MeadowoodsNeighborhood

An absolute waste of taxpayer resources. Im not sure why this feature exists.

I would rate 0 (none) stars, the lady who answers the phone is very unprofessional. If there is a city action line...I asume it is to report any problem with in the city of Pasadena. Terrible experience with calling report a major leak in the front of my property’s sidewalk. The woman who answered practically yelled at me and stated that I had called numerous times! I had no clue what she was arguing about. This was only the second time that I had called. I never meant to disturb her and I only called that 2nd time because water was still gushing out, after 4 days! She rambled on about it was already clamped and sealed? Clearly water was still leaking. I think she was confused because there was another leak in the same street a few days prior to the leak in front of my home. It is not clear to me why they hire people who are not doing their job. Maybe next time whoever answers asks questions before they start yelling and arguing.

They dont do a damned thing.
