Its ok, but the security officer never gives a nice greeting, every time I have to go I give him a good greeting my goodness hes very rude cause he cant even answer back! Common I have a bunch of problems and even though I always try my best to be polite with others.

Department of Children For Sale. They REFUSE to install outlet covers on the second floor where the visitation area is. I have to chase my toddler around who is always trying to stick his fingers in the outlets. Notice also that the women who work here are all wearing no less than 6 inch stilletto heels. They made me stick my daughters doggie (a 7lb Pomeranian poodle) outside in the near hundred degree heat for three hours, and had her in tears about it - only to later allow several large dogs like pitbulls and Labradors and German shepards with no service animal identification into the common areas of the visitation areas. They strongly abhor glitter in birthday celebrations. Absolutely no pretend flying games, no matter how much it makes your kids happy. No running. No finger painting. No balloon animal making. No funny voices. No jumping, no tickling, absolutely NO FUN, plus you get to hear the sounds of all the hearts breaking when visits are over. I can never leave this place without crying at some point in my journey home.This dmbodies everything that is wrong with America. DCFS is the dream killer.

Saw my kids had fun with them and the receptionists are super cool

They treat you like a criminal. Staff makes you wait over an hour. Always freezing inside temperature.

This is a place where outstanding humen/social workers protect our abused and neglected children.
