The only place i get my nails done, everyone is so nice and i love my nails everytime. prices are reasonable and if you find the right nail tech youll keep going!! my go to people are billy, jenny, or LA for acrylic nails, and lily for pedicures. me and my boyfriend come every three weeks and everyone greets us and knows our names! great spot and i love the point system they have. 10/10, we love VIP nails!!

Never again am I coming here to get my nails taken off. Not only was I charged $19 dollars but for them to just rip them off was unacceptable. The lady I had was in a rush and just took nail clippers to cut them off then rip the rest off with an extra fake nail, which hurt. On top of all that she didn’t even buff them correctly and with her doing all of that my nails are ripping off. So what a waste of money I shouldn’t even have tipped especially for something I could’ve done myself at home And saved money. This place is horrible.

Ive been dragging to review this place even though Ive been going here over a year. I drive 35min to visit this location because theyre just that good.I have a nail tech I go see specifically and Im not disclosing her name because I dont want yall to overbook my friend 😂As someone that does her own nails, it can be extremely stressful to go out of your comfort place and let someone work on you but I can genuinely relax here and trust the nail tech.Theres a galore of color options to choose from regular polish to acrylic... theres plenty of pedicure options and so far Ive only had pleasant experiences.My only small small detail is sometimes they can be pushy for you to get certain things done but hey 🤷‍♀️ make bank yall

The lady seemed so rushed, she didn’t listen to what i wanted and left my nails so thick and made them look so wide with the acrylic. She didn’t leave the edges smooth at all, they charge 5$ to remove your cuticles and she didn’t do a good job at it. I came here because the place I usually go to Fairmont Nails and Spa across the street was closed but I wish I would’ve waited. They charged me 43$ for these terrible nails.

When you go to VIP for a pedicure ASK FOR MIMI!!! The best nail technician i’ve ever met. Her kindness never goes unnoticed and she is always so gentle and extremely patient. Her work with shellac is unbelievable! She fixed my nail shape and the shellac always last for almost two months. I come back to this salon just for her and she makes every second worth it! This ia the BEST nail place around! They have plenty of technicians so you dont usually have to wait unless its right before a holiday or something. My favorite tech. Is LAShe is the best in my opinion but they are ALL great. Thier nails last longer and are stronger than any other place. Ive been coming here for many years Love it!!!

Thieves! They’ve gotten very expensive charging extra taking off nails and charging for long nails. Mind you, I don’t mind paying for either services. But they charge double then other places. Also, why should I pay extra for long nails when it’s my own natural nail. I understand if they were placing a fake nail on my nail to make them longer. That’s where I drew the line. I work hard for my money and I don’t think I should pay extra for long nails because my nails grew naturally. They’re trying to become rich off the poor and middle class. Shame on them. I received poor attitudes from both the pedicure and nail tech and they kept talking in their language which was obvious they were talking about my requests. If I could I would give them zero stars. I was happy to walk out and take my business else where. Better customer service, better price and shiny nails elsewhere. Be wary people, watch out for extra charges. You have the right to walk out and go somewhere else.

Went for my first and last time yesterday. Lily did my pedicure and did a great job... as for my hands, thats another story. I asked for a design on a total of 4 fingers, when she finished the design, I didnt 100% love it and asked if we could change it but I also understood if she didnt have time to change it. She went ahead and removed the design and when I asked if I could just get a pink French tip, she said she would do it, then she said her coworker would do it. When the coworker showed up, her nails had the French tip and I told her thats what I want but not too thick. Then she asked the 6 other girls who were sitting there if they could do it, and between ALL 8 of them it was a big commotion and I asked to just get a top coat so I can leave since they were bickering and pointing fingers at me. Well last night my top coat started peeling off, see image.... DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I recently went here, I got acrylic done on my nails. The very next day one of my nails broke, I called to see what could be done. All I was told I needed to come back and get it fixed, I live pretty far and this was the only outcome. Today another nail broke and I am really upset because it is on top of my natural nails, I will need to let them grow out again. I would recommend visiting Milano Nail Spa, way better service and super clean. I will never go back here I only went because I was on that side of town.

Acrylic nail broke within 2 days and second nail broke in 1 week. $17 for shellac and my big toe is chipped within 5 days. Also, really wanted the pointy nails but it seemed like they didnt know how to do it because they had me change my mind to do coffin shape instead. That was my first and last visit, too bad.Edit* Updated to 1 star as 2 other nails broke while on vacation. I dont remember the last time I broke 1 nail, let alone 4! I had the other two fixed before I went on vacation.

I am not a confrontational person, and I should have said something at the time. I really just don’t like being a person to make a scene. My nails came out so terrible, I took my mom and I to go get pedicures. We were really excited because the reviews were so great. I showed the lady a picture of exactly what I wanted, they looked nothing close to the picture. I mean I can understand it not looking exactly like the picture, but I was hoping the design technique would have been correct. I just feel so horrible because I spent so much money and the design quality was not worth it! I have spent less money on getting my nails done with a waaay better result. I just really wanted me and my mom to get exactly what we wanted and paid for :( Plus my tech was kinda pushy and honestly didn’t seem like she new the proper technique of how to do an ombré nail. I just feel so cheated out of my time and money. Will not return in the future.Below are attached photos of what we wanted and of what we got. Never felt so comfy at a nail salon. Had a great chat with Lily and got to feel like a queen with their great packages. Be aware you will come and will not want to go home. Lol hands, feet and eyebrows were all perfected today.

I wanted to try this place out. But to my liking they are very expensive I could easily go to my other nail place for the same price. Not to mention my nails were uneven I didn’t see when I left til I got home. They’re work was not worth the price! It’s really nice and clean there tho. Will not be returning here!

Given all of the positive reviews, my fiance and I tried this nail salon before our engagement photos. It was obvious when we first walked in that the goal is to get as many customers in and out as fast as possible. The customer service was subpar, but the only reason Im writing this review is because his nails were cut extremely short and two of his cuticles were cut to the point that he was bleeding. The technician didnt ask him how short he wanted his nails, nor did she buff his nails. In years of getting nail services, Ive never seen a manicure that terrible. Uneven, cut too short, no buffing, bleeding.My manicure and pedicure werent great. The technician got the sealant on the skin of one my fingers and had to cut it off. The polish is uneven, the service completely rushed.To the managers credit, when I showed her my fiances nails she offered a refund. We were refunded the cost of the manicure, but Ive written this review as a warning to others seeking services from this location. Save your money and go somewhere that will actually spend time and care on your nails and wont cut your cuticles open.

This place did my pedicure very nicely. They were great waiting on me to pick a color because they had so many colors to choose from it took a while. They also were very thorough when giving the massages and rubbing down your legs. The only bad thing was when we chose the basic pedicure package their attitudes kind of changed and they werent as vocal with discussions.

Today was my first time having my nails done here. I was extremely disappointed. I came here because of the great reviews and my salon were I normally go was all booked for today and I’m going on vacation tomorrow. I’ve been having my nails done for over 10 years now and this is by far the worst my nails has ever looked. First of all the place wasn’t even full and she rushed through my nails like it had a crowd there. My 10 year old daughter also had her nails done and the guy told me that I should have her cuticles done for an extra $5.00(nothing was wrong with it) I told him no that fine he said well it’s gonna look ugly. Not a very nice thing to say at all. Then I had my phone on the table right in front of me the lady said can you move your phone, not even a please excuse me I need to put the dryer here. They are very rude. I had a refill done with shellac and she did it in about 20 minutes ain’t no way it should be rushed to be done so fast. The acrylic powder is so watery, you can clearly see the line because of it being so thin and watery. Never have I seen this before. She hardly put any acrylic powder on my nails then told me she can’t gurantee my nails only the color uh ok. My normal salon charges $33 for the refill with shellac, here was $38 and not well done at all. Some of my nails looks deformed. I will never be returning here.Please don’t waste your money or time here.Update on my nails a week later all my nails are lifted, a total waste of $38.00. My daughter nails came off in 4 days.

I love my nails! The best nails I’ve had ever! They don’t make it look too thick and Ben even removed the excess powder that also dries underneath my nails! I am impressed of how good it looks. Some nail salons don’t care about how your nails look under the fake tips but Ben does. Would recommend him. My pedicure went out great with shelac. Would definitely come back 😁

A guy did my nails. I told him I prefer my nails round and he felt the need to “suggest” that my nails were too big and it wouldn’t look right.This is how I’ve shaped my nails for years and never had a nail tech tell me my nails were too big. He still filed them in a square. Didn’t listen and was rude, no massage of hands after he was finished. Won’t be back here.

Clean place, nice staff and ambiance. My bf’s facial turned out great and we enjoyed our pedicures. My only complaint would be that the cheap $14 Manicure I choose started to chip and peel in less than 15 minutes of me leaving the shop. I’ll know for next time to spend a little more for a stronger polish. Other than that…decent place and I may be back.

Went to get my brows done and the lady asked if i wanted them thinner and i said no and she did them thin anyways and put them too far apart. they did my sisters brows and messed up her brows to be two different shapes one thick and one thin. this place is bs. when i went back to say something she tried to justify it and even got wax in my sisters and my hair and in my hair as well. this place is so unprofessional and doesnt listen when you tell them how u want their brows.

I had an awful experience. the lady cut my finger and didn’t even clean it. i had to have her fix my nails 3 times and the whole time she was complaining and rolling her eyes. the guy that did my toes did not provide a decent massage job and also left polish all on my skin. i’m never coming back here again, the treatment was horrible.

Went in for a medi & pedi, the atmosphere was awesome. There was no hustle and being rushed. Everyone was very kind, especially the receptionist at the front desk. She was very bubbly. Betty did my pedi and she did an awesome job. Thanks for the great work.

My first visit to this place, I was in the area and decided to give it a try, the place is nice and there are lots of employees so that’s a plus, as for the prices BEWARE it is so expensive and they charge $17.00 for shilaq polish and they push you to buy extras, $5 here, $8 there and then $35 for just the basic pedicure so do the math and in my opinion is over priced, I did not let them push me to buy the extras and they make faces at you lol like they want you to buy more than you need. Also what’s with the “PAY CASH is better, you get points” yeah you get $20 off once you spend $350.00 on your visits, the cash only gave me weird vibes, like for what? Is there anything shady going on besides their overpriced service. Anyway, I will not return, be aware of the extras they want to force you to buy and the quality is not even that good.

So happy with the work. The quality was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Rachel was my tech but I requested some 3d work and Sally helped her out. Team work at its best! I am so happy I got EVERYTHING I asked for. After having gone to other nail shops and being turned away because they didnt have a tech that did 3D I almost lost hope but VIP Nails delivered. Thank you I will keep coming back and recommending to all my friends.

I was super excited to try this nail place. When we got in the person doing my nails wasn’t communicating well with me. I asked for almond and when he shaped it they looked fine. Good enough. He was rushing. When he finished he was asking me if I liked them and I did. However when I got home the thick jelly like top coat started peeling an hour after I got them done. The color started coming off ... I was very disappointed. Please if you go DO NOT LEAVE until you LOVE your nails.

Pedicure was simple and quick. I asked the lady several times if she was going to take out my ingrowns and she never did. I expected more from this place and it did not meet my expectations. I will not be coming back here again.

I went back for a refill and a pedicure and Daisy and Kelly worked on me...Daisy did my nails, while Kelly worked on my pedicure. Wow, I felt like a queen. Kelly took her time and talked to me throughout the pedicure. Daisy was also friendly and super sweet! I cant wait to go back!

They do good work and very attentive. But you better make sure you got some cash on you cause they charge for EVERYTHING! Besides the usual full set price. You have to pay for cut, shape, and color! Thats not included in the full set purchase. I know first place I have come to that charges for everything! So make sure you have over 120. If you want some good nails..... very expensive here.

This was my first time doing a refill here on Saturday, while one lady (Kelly) worked on my pedi, the other lady (Wendy) did my refill. She worked on my nails really really fast, which was great however when she was done my nails werent filed correctly, about 6 of my fingers had very pointy edges like horns from the acrylic. I had to come home and fix them, I hate having to pay a good amount of money on my nails then having to file or fix them at home, dont like that at all. If Wendy took her time it would of been perfect, I understand it was semi busy however we are paying for a good job to be done.. i wasnt 100% satisfied.

Not the worst, but VERY overpriced. The salon is beautiful and there are tons of technicians. They didnt appear to rush through my fill or my pedicure and the selection of colors is hands down, the largest I have ever seen. The place I normally go to is very small compared to this but that definitely showed me how impersonal places this large are. My nails came out, just OK. I did get what I asked for... But they are different lengths, some are a lot more square than others and they arent smooth like they should be. I can feel the glitter in the acrylic piercing through the gel topcoat. I wont be returning here again, they didnt really give me a reason to. For all the services Im paying for today (fill, basic pedi and wax) my bill is $97. These same services (but a much better pedi) typically runs me about $75. In two weeks I will return to my normal more personal and quiet nail place and apologize for cheating on her...

Bad service, the male nail tech practically yelled at my 3 year old granddaughter because she moved and messed up the tip of 1 nail. The lady I had was insisting on selling me a bigger pedicure package, she was so rough that I didnt even let her massage my hands and arms. She wouldnt take no for an answer and didnt understand English enough to communicate with me, that is so annoying! The pedicure sucked. She tried to go for a tender area on my big toe to remove cuticle and went straight to dig in, rough and tough. It hurt like hell!!! I was about to kicked the F out of her. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I stumbled across this Salon on a day that I was just in a hurry, and I have been going back regularly ever since.I have never found a Salon or Nail Tech that I stuck with but this may be the place.The atmosphere is welcoming, the Customer Service is out of this world, the Techs are experienced (and Im picky). You can walk in the door and literally have any of the ladies or fellas help you and leave happy.They dont break the bank with just regular Services, but have skilled enough people to provide you with the extra bling or heavily detailed designs that some enjoy at a reasonable cost.Clean, and I cant stress that part enough.Ill continue to come here for this little bit alone.

The nails I see all over their page are beautiful. I did not receive pretty nails. Ive gotten a worse set in the past and this is so close to that nail job. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Also they have at least 3 rows to do nails and they had everyone crammed in one row. Same with the pedicures everyone was crammed together and they had the wood other side of the room open.There was a girl next to me getting her nail fixed and the technician was using a DIRTY TOWEL. He was picking off toe nail clippings 🤢🤮.

I highly recommend Jenny, she is awesome! Anna is also fantastic! If you come I would choose either of them, I have had other nail technicians and they are good as well. They also have a lot of colors and types of manis/pedis to choose from. I usually get the volcano pedicure it is😍👍

They always make sure youre satisfied before you leave, I had my bridal party get our manni-pedis here and everyone left happy. My favorite thing is their #2 sweet orange pedicure with the parrafin wax add-on, its totally worth the $5 extra!

Sara is awful. So rough and pushy. Rcut me 3 times and laughed about it. Rushed through my entire pedicure. Didnt do the hot stone of the orange hot stone pedicure. Do not recommend. Go and get it done with the cute/short older man in glasses, two, or summer.
