TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Asked for a refund for my dip service because it cracked within 24 hours and was told no. I did not want the same dip that cracked within 24hours to be corrected. A new service was offered with a charge of $25 (discounted $5). WILL NOT BE RETURNING! Not worth the money.

Their facility is very clean. The customer service is wonderful, they really want to be sure youre happy with the service you get and if youre not, they are always willing to fix it so you are. They have a huge selection of shellac nail polish, which I really like, and are always willing to take you even if it is getting close to closing time so long as you at least call ahead, and even if you dont, you can almost always still be seen. Im very comfortable coming here and am glad to have found them. Oh, and they do cute designs too. :)

Welcomed me very nicely showed the nail tech what I wanted. she showed me the tips they had and asked me to pick out tips o wanted I changed my mind 2 times and she was very nice during this time. I had Tracy do my nails she was so gentle with me I did not get a single cut. I always get cut because I like my nails short. she was cautious not to. I sure Will be going back to her 😊

Easily my favorite place for a pedicure. They have the stations in the back with the lights dim and relaxing music.

I used to love this place. Ive been a regular since they first opened but after my recent visit this past sunday I will never be going back as well as my friends; I even went in person to voice my complaint and the outcome of losing customers but still they showed no sympathy or any concern. The customer service was horrible. I came in for a pedicure and fullset and only came out with a pedicure because they were to lazy to complete my request of wanting a fullset as well. The staff here instead of treating the customer with respect and patience they treated me disrespectfully and impatiently. By them wanting to close up right at 445 (when they technically dont close til 5) when I arrived at 330 with plenty of time I was rushed to pay, while I had just started drying my nails. Before getting hung up on twice I even spoke to the manager on the phone Bella and was not given the decent respect of a sorry but instead was hung up in then told she was busy to be on the phone. Shows how much they really care about the customer opinions. DO NOT GO HERE!

I liked it when they first opened but then eveytime I went it was packed and had to wait pretty long. Then, they switched management. They were giving out stamp cards since they opened that said the 6th time would be 50% off. I had it for at least a year or so along with other cards. When I finally got to the 6th time on this card they only gave me like 20% off even though it said 50% off. They wouldnt compromise so thats when I decided never to go back! Horrible customer service!!!

Never get your nails done with Tracy she does a fast and sloppy job and thinks that she is the best, oh no never will I get my nails done with her again!

The lady there cut my finger twice and still charged me full price.

I had came in for my birthday and it wasn’t busy that day at all in fact it was just me and my cousin in there . The nail tech was half fasting everything they even made me bleed from being so rough on my cuticles and nails and was also very rude when i asked about the second color i had choose for my ringer finger nail and just blew me off and did all my nails the same color but charged me more and when i asked about it i was ignored . I haven’t been back since .
