Always get an amazing service, I was never a regular getting my nails done but since I went there I like to get them done every two weeks.I skate and wear boots on regular basis, so my feet look like cr@p after all the stuff I put them through. The ladies at this place are very thorough, they make sure my feet and nails look perfect.

The vibe in this place is so weird. The lady that did my toes hurt me multiple times. I had to pull my foot away from her. The woman doing my nails was not so bad but didnt do what I wanted, which was add light pink paint on my nails. I ended up paying 81 dollars for an experience I absolutely disliked. I wanted to stop in the middle but didnt because at the end of the day I needed the service. Go elsewhere ladies. For a woman like me who works hard for the money I have, I wouldnt ever spend my hard earned money here again. #Facts

Don’t let the guy do your nails. I had the dip powder done. So many issues idk where to begin. Patches of glitter missing, wrong size extensions, they weren’t even glued all the way now debris is squeezing in between, edges were missed, left hand nails way longer than right, lumpy finish.... just flat out sloppy. I had 2 different hands, I wish the pics could do better justice to show it. I paid $50 for this only to get them redone 5 days later.

Jackie was my nail lady I walked in no reservation and they took great care of me I was on a time limit and she did amazing. Book your appointment and give them a try best experience ever.

OMG, this nail salon is the BEST nail salon that I’ve ever been to in Pasadena, located in a very convenience Old Town. It is SUPER clean and Pro. Very friendly. They took their sweet time to make sure that my nails are perfectly done. Very gentle and generous. Great service. I am so so happy with my nails. Definitely worth it to come back.

I mostly go here to get my legs waxed but occasionally get a meni. Today I decided to get one and walked in. I got taken care of immediately. Diane was my nail person and was very attentive to the details of my nail shape to the thickness of the gel polish. I got the OPI chrome Do you take lei away. Beautiful clean light brown with a touch of chrome color. I feel like sailor Moon with these nails. Shape:short almond. Btw, she gives the best hand massage after the meni.

The best nail place in Pasadena! I’ve been going there for 12 years. I’ve tried other places in town and can’t find anything better. They are fantastic, all the staff! If you need a great, clean spot, I highly recommend you go and enjoy!

Love this place SO MUCH!! I’ve been coming here for gel manicures for months and the nail techs are so kind and I really haven’t had any complaints about the services... and I love this new space they’re in! So bright and sunny!

We went after reading the good review but it was so disappointing.The ‘pedi spa’ option includes 5 minutes foot massage which does not even feel like foot massage. Then when I selected the color- she said it’s going to be $2 more. Didn’t explain why. Then my big toe was hurting because she scrubbed it too hard - and then she demanded a tip. It wasn’t even gel nail and I ended up paying 30$. Not worth it.

First cons: 1. Foot/hand massages are a little too gentle and short. 2. Nail technicians are not always careful that filed nails are 100% matching. 3. Ive had over 4 gel manis here-they dont provide gloves to protect your hands from the UV lighting, and nails arent left under long enough. 5. I trust them with my eyebrows, but I have one bad experience to share: one waxer told me that my eyebrows were already crooked, to make up for having waxed them a little unevenly. I try to avoid her now.Pros: Eyebrow waxing is usually a really good experience at DeLacey besides my one fluke experience. I will keep coming back here for that. A regular mani-pedi is great - but Im sure there are other nail salons with better spa package experiences. They are always friendly with walk-ins, and have a large choice of colors and brands to choose from.

Customer service is friendly but by far the worst full set I have ever gotten! Dont recommends this place for acrylics only pedicure

Im not impressed. Got a pedicure and the final product was less than professional. My nail polish was applied sloppy. It is on my skin and areas of my toe nails arent well covered. The shop was cluttered and not organized. Just not a comfortable environment. This was the 4th shop I went looking for in Pasadena. One was closed due to fire. One I couldnt find and one wasnt open. I needed a pedicure. I was running out of options so I went with it. I should have gotten one before I went on my trip.

Got gel there, very poor quality, extra charge to remove old gel, BAD. My nails ended up looking and feeling ridgy, not smooth because the horrible job the lady did! Dont spend money there unless you wanted a bad mood for next few weeks!

I like how clean this place is and most of the technicians know what they’re doing! Will be back!
