Amazing workouts with real fighting training!

*Update* New location is awesome and way better for parking.Fight Academy strikes a perfect balance between family-friendly accessibility, and high level competitive training. As a professional fighter myself, Im always impressed with the staff and the fighters Im training alongside. Everyone at the gym understands the concept of taking care of your teammates, which means if youre new the more experienced people wont be trying to destroy you which is an issue that the majority of MMA gyms have unfortunately.If youre just starting out, a seasoned fighter, looking to get in shape ect. Fight Academy is an excellent all-around MMA gym with an extensive selection of classes/programs. With the youth program they dont just coach the classes and call it a day.Theyre taking the kids out to tournaments highlighting their accomplishments to the gym which Ive noticed has really started to boost some of the kids confidence and get them to be more social/outgoing. Fight Academy running off the sweat of a great group of people.

Awesome place to learn MMA. The instructors are patient and fun to work with. It has a local community vibe and you can tell that everyone is friendly and cares about one another.

Best place in Pasadena to work out, learn to be able to defend yourself if needed, great for kids especially. Very professional staff and instructors.
