They definitely deserve a get er done trophy cuz they really got er done they fixed up my lawn mower from from 8th birthday and I had been mowin the lawn and I done ran over a rake but it’s still runnin.... I think

If I could I would give this place no star rating. Took my mower in for repairs. Got changed almost $100.00 dollars for a tune up. Brought it home with the same problem. Took it back in and the repair guy got upset. 5 days later I picked it up and it still didnt work. The guy said the engine is bad. Why did he charge me for a tune up when he knew the mower was giving up. Stay away from this business and go some where else

Took a Concrete saw there to get fixed. Was charged for new parts . Saw came out of the shop with the same problems it had. Took saw to a Authorized repair facility they opened it and confirmed that it had NO new parts or an original filter. We paid for top service and parts got burned by this place. The owners wife is very nice and sweet. The owner is nice when you are new business but if you come in with a n issue with something he fixed he starts cursing up a storm and yells at the customers. when I asked him about why he charged me for new parts and didnt install any he became VERY agitated got in my face and told me to get the F off his property. I plan on filing a BBB complaint and a lawsuit since he wouldnt refund any of the money paid. stay away from this place. there are others in Pasadena who do what they are paid to. I hope the owner learns from this experience and realizes that you dont operate a business that way. He knows who I am and how to get ahold of me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE

Worset shop of I have ever been to the owners and workers hopped up on drugs (easy to tell when their not coherent and can barley stay still while speaking with them. Secretary is very very rude. Used all old and used parts as well. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Or TIME

Sorry ass of shop owners, dont take anything to them they dont know how to fix anything took mower they had it for over a month and then they get upset that you call asking for your own equipment!!! Had to call cops due to the shop owner and wife getting aggresive and threating to get beat up

IF YOU ARE READING THIS DONT GO HERE! We struggled with this guy for a month now and still did not have it ready. He gave us multiple false dates of when it was going to be ready and everytime we went, he accused us of rushing him. Finally we just told him to give it to us how it is and he gave it back with some pieces missing. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I have contacted the authorities to have this issue investigated.

This guy Deon has no clue how to run a business let alone work on small engines. I thonk he has mental issues. Stay away from this shop.

Dropped off the mower Friday at 5pm called on Sat at 10am said it was done asking $270 for the service. If you like getting rape then take your equipment here.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT take your stuff here to get fixed. It took 3 months to get it back and in worse condition than I left it. He only opens when he feels like it so when you go by to check on it he is closed. Its a guessing game with this place.

This place sucks the owner/service tech, was drunk as could be, I bought a pull start off them a couple months ago and when I got home to put it on I noticed it was broken, went back today to buy some other parts and he told me they dont sell just the parts I needed and I had to but the whole assembly, by the time he was done rambling on like alcoholics do the price was over $26, went to Deer Park lawnmower and got what I needed for less than $5 with no B.S. to listen to, this place on Preston needs a minus 5 stars

Took a blower there and took almost 1 month to just replace the pulling string its a waste of time and money to take stuff there besides there are more better and nice places in pasadena
